agencies contributing to the development and implementation of IT solutions and
services globally. DeAndre has a

supporting the local field
effort for Cisco Systems based out of their Chicago office.
He has 10 years
working and consulting on
TDM and IP Telephony networks with Lucent Technologies
(Now
Avaya),
AT&T, and currently Cisco
Systems.
During
Mark’s
tenure in
communications,
he has seen
the voice business
dramatically shift from traditional,
divergent
networks to IP based, open
standard networks that support
multiple
applications.
Mark has had
professional
responsibilities from
management
with Lucent
to Integrated Solutions
Consultant with
AT&T.
He
currently
lives in Chicago.

Andy
Feit
Andy
Feit has 20 years of experience with leading technology companies and
products. Prior to joining Adomo, Feit was a senior vice president for
Verity, Inc. where he was responsible for the company's worldwide marketing
and product strategy. Prior to this, Feit served as vice president of
enterprise search solutions for Inktomi, after its acquisition of
venture-backed Quiver, where Feit served as chief operating officer,
responsible for engineering, product management, professional services,
customer support and marketing. Before joining Quiver, Feit served his first
tenure at Inktomi as vice president in the Search Solutions Division. He
joined Inktomi upon its acquisition of Ultraseek Corporation, a subsidiary
of Infoseek, where he served as general manager. Previously, Feit was
director and principal analyst at the market research firm
Gartner/Dataquest, and held positions with Digital Equipment Corporation
(DEC). Feit holds a bachelor's degree in engineering from Tufts University.

Christopher Dantos
Christopher Dantos is an I.T. Security Engineer with Motorola
Information Protection Services. He is Motorola’s lead security architect
responsible for VOIP security and WLAN intrusion detection. His tenure at
Motorola includes five years in Motorola’s Wireless Access Research Center
of Excellence. He holds a M.S. degree in Information Assurance from Norwich
University and a B.S. degree in Marine Engineering from the Maine Maritime
academy.

James Mancini
James Mancini, is Chief Technical Officer for Netreo. He is a Cisco
Certified Internetworking Expert (CCIE) #2006. Prior to founding Netreo in
2000, Mr. Mancini was the Vice President of Engineering for Virtual Networks,
responsible for managing and training a team of network engineers which included
eight CCIEs, and overseeing large-scale network implementations, including early
beta testing of prototype Voice-over-IP equipment and technologies. Mr. Mancini
has also worked as a product marketing engineer for Cisco Systems, responsible
for new product development, testing, and training throughout the United States
and Europe.

Susan M. Andersen
Ms.
Andersen, joined CA in 2005 with the acquisition of Concord
Communications. Prior to joining Concord, Ms Andersen was
co-founder and Vice President, Marketing and Business Development at
Vitel Software, Inc. Ms. Andersen has more than 23 years’ experience in
the telecommunications industry. She has worked in the
telecommunications departments of several large companies, including
Fidelity Systems Co., and Blue Cross of Rhode Island. Ms. Andersen has
served as a telecommunications consultant for many companies, as well as
a researcher for the Ernest & Young Center for Information Technology and
Strategy. Ms. Andersen holds a BS in Business Administration from
Providence College and an MS in Management Information Systems
from Boston University.

Dave Braner
Dave Braner joined CIMCO Communications in
1999. As chief information officer, Mr. Braner is responsible for the
strategy and management of CIMCO's voice and network infrastructure,
application software development, and Web services technology. Prior to
joining CIMCO, Mr. Braner was president of Vector Solutions, an Internet
application development company. Before this position, he served as a
consultant for the telecommunications industry for ten years. Mr. Braner is
a member of the Information Technology Mentors and Principals Accessing
Technology (IMPACT) organization. Dave Braner holds a Master's degree in
Information Systems from North Central College in Naperville, Illinois and
graduated from Northern Illinois University with a Bachelor's degree in
Finance and Computer Science.

James Ihrke
James Ihrke is the Director of Information Technology for Arnold &
O'Sheridan, Inc. Consulting Engineers. With more than 15 years of IT experience
in a broad range of technical platforms, he is responsible for the network
infrastructure, design, purchase, deployment and maintenance of all IT systems.
James, and his Associate, recently completed the firm’s conversion to VoIP, leading the process from initial concept to completion, including the needs
analysis, migration strategy, installation, and end-user training. The final
result proved that a successful installation could be completed in-house with
minimal vendor assistance.

Joni Ferneau
Joni has worked for RR Donnelley
since 2002. As the Global Telecommunications Director, her success at
reducing costs is a two-pronged approach – actively engineer and manage the
legacy voice network against business needs and promote technology
initiatives. Joni considers building solid vendor relationships one of the
key contributors to operational excellence. At RR Donnelley, she has led
aggressive cost-cutting initiatives, resulting in a 30% annual reduction in
telecommunication expenses. She developed the IT infrastructure to support
Voice Services following an $8 billion corporate merger. She designed and
delivered RR Donnelley’s first VoIP solution, which has reduced expenses by
$500K annually. Joni has led the telephony area for many companies,
including a consulting firm, a marketing company, and in the financial and
regulatory industries. She received her M.B.A. from the Kellstadt Graduate
School of Management at DePaul and her B.S. in Music Business from Butler
University. She lives in Lombard with her husband and one year old daughter.

Gary A. Goerke
Gary
has over 16 years experience in management, operations and product development
in technology. As Information Technology Director for Ramco-Gershenson
Properties Trust (NYSE:RPT), a publicly traded real estate investment trust,
Gary is responsible for strategic technology decisions and the day-to-day
operations of the information systems department. His nine (9) year tenure at
Ramco has given Gary a perspective to how and why mid-size companies adopt new
technologies. In addition to his corporate career, Gary is a founder of Clarity
– Broadband Voice for Business, a national VoIP service provider specializing in
internet telephone/broadband voice for the small to medium sized business
segment, has conducted leadership development workshops for “The Business School
for Entrepreneurs” and has functioned as an information technology and
telecommunications consultant. Gary attended the University of Michigan for
Computer Information Systems/Business Management. His continuing education
includes technology certifications in Microsoft products and Information
Security, certified Human Behavior Consultant and he participated in several
leadership and sales training events.
