Mike Beal
Mike Beal currently is the
Manager of ITS System Software and Storage, overseeing Z series support
and initiatives at COUNTRY Insurance and Financial Services, Inc. Mike
has served in various capacities during his 29 years in ITS, leading
technology implementations, the Y2K readiness effort, and datacenter
relocations and consolidations. He recently managed a conversion from a
manual tape recovery/hotsite solution to an in-house advanced recovery
capability for their mainframe production environment.

Sandra Beitz
Sandra Beitz is the Manager of
Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity Management at COUNTRY Insurance
in Financial Services, Inc. where she has been coordinating the design,
implementation and testing of their recovery strategy and plans for over
20 years. Most notably, she participated in a recent conversion from a
manual tape recovery/hotsite solution to an in-house advanced recovery
capability for their mainframe production environment. Sandra serves
as the Chairperson of the Corporate Business Continuity Committee, an
enterprise-wide group of Business and Infrastructure Recovery
Coordinators whose purpose is to oversee development and maintenance of
the business recovery plans. She currently serves as the President of
the Central Illinois Chapter of the Association of Contingency Planners
and is a member of the McLean County Disaster Council.

Paul D'Arcy
As Vice President
of Marketing, Paul D'Arcy brings more than ten years of
technology marketing experience to MessageOne. D’Arcy's key
responsibility in this role is to oversee the company’s
overall marketing program including positioning, product and
program marketing, advertising, demand generation, analyst
relations, and event marketing. Prior to joining MessageOne,
D'Arcy worked for Austin-based Troux Technologies, a
venture-backed provider of IT Governance software to the
Fortune 1000, where he had responsibility for corporate
marketing, analyst relations, and inside sales. Prior to
Troux, D’Arcy held marketing management and product
management positions with Perceptant Software, Trilogy
Software, and Apple Computer. He holds an MBA from Harvard
University and a BA from Wesleyan University.

Paulette Hradnansky
Paulette
is the Director of Information Security Operations at Motorola, where she
has been involved in establishing, building, implementing and directing
various information security efforts across the enterprise for the last 15
years. In her current role, she has global responsibilities for providing
security services which include the vulnerability remediation program, cyber
emergency response program, computer forensics and electronic discovery
programs, threat analysis, detection and security monitoring programs,
external business partner connectivity program and global disaster recovery
and response. Paulette has more than 25 years in the information
technology area. Prior to joining Motorola, Paulette worked for Comdisco,
Washington National Insurance Company and Carl Fischer, Inc. in various
capacities.

Steven Keilen
Steven
Keilen is currently the Vice President of Marketing for Marathon
Technologies. He has 20 years of marketing experience in
technology companies ranging in size from Fortune 200 to pre-revenue
start-ups. Prior to joining Marathon,
he was Vice President, Industry Marketing at Stratus Technologies. Prior
to Stratus, Mr. Keilen was Executive Vice President at Interactive
Silicon, an early stage start-up. Previously, he was Chief Marketing
Officer at Forgent Networks (formerly VTEL), a conferencing and
broadband service provider. Mr. Keilen was Marketing Director, Compaq
Computer Corporation. He has also held key marketing and management
positions in the US,
France and
Japan
over 12 year period with Hewlett-Packard Company. Steve holds a BS from
Michigan
State
University.

Ken Watson
As a Director, Ken is currently leading
USG’s enterprise-wide business continuity and records retention
efforts. Working with vendor partners, he ensures USG leverages its
emergency notification system, hot site and mobile trailers at its
alternate recovery locations, as well as other tools to help meet
USG’s fiduciary responsibility to its stakeholders. This
former Deloitte consultant, with an MBA from Northwestern
University’s Kellogg School, previously led the implementation of
SUN Identity Manager and policy reengineering efforts at USG to meet
Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) regulatory requirements. Ken is a
frequent guest speaker on information security and risk management.

Dennis Wenk
Dennis
Wenk is a
Principal Solutions Architect and has consulted worldwide with HDS’
largest customers during the past ten years. His experience includes
developing highly resilient architectures and strategies for complex
heterogeneous environments, conducting quantitative operational risk
assessments that justify investments for increased resiliency; he has
performed technology assessments, transition strategies, and site
selections for complex heterogeneous technology consolidations. In
addition, he has developed charging methodologies, performed capacity
planning and performance evaluations in large, complex IT environments.
Dennis has developed a number of risk-based services that quantify the
return on the technology investments that increase resiliency and
improve continuity programs. Current topical expertise include;
Virtualization, a Resiliency Enabler; Economic Impact of Interruptions,
Risk-based Business Continuity, High-Stakes Business Impact Analysis, A
Risk-Based Approach to Internal Controls, and Resiliency, Clearing the
Five Nines Hurdle. Dennis has written award-winning professional
articles and white-papers and has been published in Information Week,
Computer Performance Review, Trends and Topics, Continuity Insights,
Infosystems, Computer Measurement Group, and DR Journal and is a regular
speaker at industry conferences world-wide. Prior to his current
assignment Dennis was a Principal Business Consultant, Senior Global
Solutions Architect, HDS Consulting Project Executive and Director of
High Availability Solutions. His background includes experience with IBM
Global Network as an Outsourcing Project Executive; Comdisco where he
was Western of Director Technology Consulting; KPMG where he was Senior
Manager, Group Leader for IT Operations and Transformations, as well as
Heller Financial where he served as VP/Information Processing. Dennis
Wenk earned an MBA in Accounting and Finance, BS in Computer Science
from Northern Illinois University. He is a certified Information
Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Data Processor (CDP), and Certified
Systems Professional (CSP), certified in ITIL Service Management. He
was awarded Best Management Paper by Computer Measurement Group, and
currently he is the ITIM Focus Expert Business Continuity.
