Dave Anderson

Dave is currently a Principal Consultant with Binary Visions, Inc. in Green Bay, Wisconsin.  He has over 18 years experience in the implementation, integration, and management of sales, customer service, manufacturing, distribution and financial management software applications. One of his most recent consulting assignments was at Mid-State Technical College. Dave created a system design for them that included: Server consolidation from 46 servers to 23 servers, Increased fault-tolerance through the use of a SAN, Migration strategies for migrating security principles from NT4 and directory objects from Exchange 5.5 to Windows 2000 and Exchange 2000. Previously he held various positions at Rhino Systems, Inc. before becoming president. He also worked in network services at Schneider National, Nielsen, JWP Information Systems and Price Waterhouse.  He also served as an infantryman in the US Marine Corps. He has an MS from UW-Milwaukee and a BA-Cum Laude from Lakeland College. He has a large number of certifications including: PMP, MCSE, Microsoft Exchange Certified, Microsoft Certified Trainer, Master Certified Novell Engineer, Certified Novell Instructor, A+ Certified, Security+ Certified, etc.


Larry Kallembach

Larry Kallembach is Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer of MB Financial Bank. MB Financial a Chicago based bank with assets of $11.5 billion.

 

Spanning over thirty years Larry’s banking career includes expertise in operations, payment systems, information management and technology, risk management, and mergers including FDIC acquisitions. As CIO at MB Financial his corporate-wide responsibilities include the direction and management of all information technology systems, bank operations, payments and payment systems and the bank’s enterprise risk management systems. His effective leadership is a product of his strategic thinking and interpersonal communication skills.

 

Larry is a former National Board Member of the American Institute of Banking (AIB), and former Chairman of the Illinois Bankers Operations and Technology committee.  Larry currently serves as the Chairman of the FiServe-Signature User Strategic Direction Committee and is a member of the Illinois Bankers Association Board of Directors.  He has taught Finance and Economics at Parkland College and he is a periodic speaker and lecturer for various organizations including the University of Illinois.

 

Larry holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance degree from Indiana University and Master of Business Administration from the University of Illinois.


Michael Kozlowski

Mike is the CIO for Rust-Oleum, Inc.  Mike has been a Vice President or Director in IT for 25 years.  For the last 7 years, he has led the Rust-Oleum IT organization, building a new staff on his arrival to support their just-installed SAP system.  Prior to that, he was Director of  IT for the Gas Research Institute where he re-invigorated the IT staff, directed a PeopleSoft system implementation, and helped the organization migrate their mentality and culture from a federally-funded institution to operating on a for-profit basis.  A substantial part of Mike’s experience spanned 20 years with Keebler Company as Applications Development Manager, Director of Customer Service and Computer Operations, and Director of Sales Information Systems. The last notable segment was his involvement in their very challenging SAP implementation, a 2 year plus, $50MM effort.  At that time it was, world-wide, the highest transaction volume SAP implementation to date.  One of his key experiences as Director of Sales Information Systems was that he reported to the VP of Sales, and thus Mike dealt with the Keebler IT department from a user perspective for 7 years.


Andrew Lauter
Since co-founding PSC in 1990, Andrew Lauter has guided the growth of PSC to its present day success as one of the more profitable business and technology consulting firms in the middlemarket sector. His 15 years of consulting experience has helped companies handle change in the e-Commerce and supply-chain management sectors.


 

 

 

David Lemme

David  Lemme is the EVP & CIO for Anixter.  After graduating from Iowa State University with an MS degree in Business and Industrial Engineering, Mr. Lemme started his I/T career at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) in 1978.  In 1989 he became a partner in the firm working out of the Chicago office.  In 1992 Mr. Lemme was offered the opportunity to oversee application development at McDonald’s Corporation in Oakbrook.  He remained in that role until joining Anixter in 1997 as its first CIO.  He continues in that role at Anixter today.  Mr. Lemme’s areas of focus have primarily been within the manufacturing and distribution industries.  His work experience includes the development and implementation of business systems, as well as process reengineering.


Lance Masten
Lance Masten, MCSE, has planned and deployed audit, security and compliance solutions at more than a dozen organizations with operations worldwide.  Most notably, he spent a year on-site with one of the world’s largest insurance companies, deploying Quest InTrust across 25,000 servers in an environment supporting 90,000 users.  He is the author of a recent technical brief on Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and “Eliminating the Threat Within”, and was accepted to present at the Marcus Evans seminar, “Sustaining Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance: Best Practices and Lessons Learned.”  Lance applies his technical and industry knowledge to guiding the product direction of Quest’s solutions for audit and regulatory compliance in the heterogeneous environment.


Duane Meaux

Duane Mueaux is Client Partner of Geneca.  An energetic, results-oriented senior consultant, Duane has worked with Fortune 500 corporations, start-ups and growth organizations. His strengths in project management, IT governance, change management, team building, and quality/process engineering, have empowered him to lead numerous cross-functional teams to achieve remarkable success.  Prior to Geneca, Duane led vendor analysis, business case development and implementation planning for a web analytics system for Orbitz.com.  He also worked with Galileo to develop a B-B commerce and reporting portal which was named 2006 JBOSS portal project of the year. Prior to his consulting work, Duane served as the Executive Director, IT Governance/Prioritization at SBC Corporate. Here, he was responsible for developing and managing a governance process to prioritize IT and Product Development resources.  Prior to SBC’s acquisition of Ameritech, Duane served as a Business Segment Partner managing the delivery of IT and CRM system projects.  Duane has an MBA from the University of Chicago and a BS in Quantitative Business Analysis from Indiana University.


John Oborn

John A. Oborn is senior vice president/chief information officer (CIO) for Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC). He is responsible for all of the corporation’s current technology needs and future planning to maintain HCSC’s leadership role among health and life benefits organizations.  Previously, Mr. Oborn was managing vice president of consulting for Gartner Inc., a leading provider of research and analysis on the global IT industry. His primary areas of expertise include IT strategy, operations, risk management and performance measurement.   Mr. Oborn has provided research, analysis and best practices in strategic direction development for more than 100 CIOs. He also led the data center of the nation's largest government-owned utility through a three-year improvement program -- increasing effectiveness by 60 percent while reducing operational costs by 50 percent.  Mr. Oborn also held a number of IT-related technical and management positions for the U.S. Air Force, as well as leadership IT positions for the Tennessee Valley Authority and US Sprint Communications.  Mr. Oborn earned a master's degree in technology management from the Florida Institute of Technology and a bachelor's degree in mathematics from Rollins College.


 

 

Diane Orndorff

Diane Orndorff has been in the Information Technology field working in various capacities for over 33 years. Her experience in both the corporate and consulting fields includes more than 17 years at Andersen Consulting (now known as Accenture) as well as corporate IT management positions.  Additional positions include Director of Applications for Budget Rent a Car, Vice President of Information Technology for a $2 Billion process manufacturing company and Senior Information Systems Director at Sears, Roebuck and Co.  Ms. Orndorff has served as Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Laidlaw Education Services since March, 2004.  In her current position, Diane is responsible for the operational support of current Laidlaw applications as well as the planning, definition, and delivery of new information systems and services to support Laidlaw's strategic initiatives.  These initiatives include web-based vehicle maintenance, bus routing, GPS-based fleet tracking and management and other operational and administrative systems.  Ms. Orndorff received Bachelor of Science degrees in both Mathematics and Computer Science from the Pennsylvania State University.


Brian Rogan

Senior VP Strategic Business and Marketing- As Senior Vice President of Strategic Business and Marketing, Brian is responsible for the company's compressive global marketing strategy. In that capacity, he leads Sierra Atlantic's marketing efforts which encompass a wide range of growth activities designed to identify market opportunities, develop and communicate Sierra Atlantic's value proposition, coordinate go-to-market strategies, corporate communications, as well as the formulation and execution of the company's overall strategy. Brian is also responsible for the management of strategic relationships with category-leading software companies, including Oracle, Microsoft, SAP, TIBCO, and others.


Patricia Shafer
Patricia Shafer is President of Compel Ltd., an international consulting and research firm dedicated to Evoking.Courageous.LeadershipSM. She is also co-founder of The Change Leaders, a global network of consultants and coaches on the human dynamics of change. She and her associates specialize in Inspiring Leaders, Mentoring Multinationals, Transforming Technology, and Empowering Women. This work includes keynote speeches/presentations, workshops/seminars, simulations/games, facilitated dialogues, and strategic client engagements. Patricia has provided consulting and coaching services to executives and private sector and public officials in 15 countries and held senior leadership positions in change management and communications at two global Fortune 100 companies. She is author of the forthcoming book Whole Work: Developing Tomorrow’s Truly Global Leaders (IAP, Fall 2008), based partially on the global research “The Whole World at Work: Managers Around the Globe Tell Us What Still Needs to Change in Organizations” (Compel Ltd. 2006). In 2007, in conjunction with WITI, she led a large-scale research initiative on technology workplaces. And she has agreed to serve as chief editor of a book series focusing on Transformative Technologies, including organizational mindsets and behaviors that affect the success of technology initiatives. Patricia holds Ms. Shafer holds an MSc., Consulting and Coaching for Change, Oxford University, UK, and HEC, France; MBA, Northwestern University J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management; MA, Journalism, the Ohio State University; and certifications in numerous individual and team assessment tools.


Yvonne Scott

Yvonne Scott is Chief Information Officer for Crowe Chizek and Company LLC.  She joined Crowe in February, 2008 and is responsible for directing all aspects of the firm’s information systems related activities.  Prior to joining Crowe, Yvonne was Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer for GATX Corporation, a Fortune 1000 NYSE traded company that specializes in the leasing of long-lived assets to corporate customers.  Her responsibilities included the management of all Information Systems related activities.  Yvonne joined GATX in 1990 as Manager, Information Systems Audit and held the positions of Assistant Director of Information Technology; Director, GATX Chemical Logistics; Vice President, Integrated Solutions Group; Vice President, Strategic Initiatives GATX Rail, and Vice President and CIO GATX Rail.   Prior to joining GATX, Yvonne worked for over ten years at Unocal Corporation in various positions, including internal consulting services.  Yvonne currently serves on the board of directors of i.c. Stars, a non-profit organization that trains and prepares inner-city youth for careers in information technology.  She is also a member of this organization’s strategic planning committee.  Yvonne has a Masters degree in Business Administration from Northern Illinois University and a Bachelor of Science degree in General Management and Accounting from Purdue University.  In addition, Yvonne has published articles in professional journals, presented seminar topics on third-party managed services, and served as a CIO panelist at several conferences and seminars.  She is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Certificate in Data Processing.


 

 

Scott Zimmerman

Scott Zimmerman has been CenterPoint Properties’ Chief Information Officer since joining the firm in 1997.  Mr. Zimmerman is responsible for directing CenterPoint's MIS Department as well as the design and enhancement of its information technology platform.  Under his supervision the company has developed a customized, state of the art, real estate software solution that has dramatically increased the productivity of the employees.  As a result, the company has realized double-digit growth for a decade – without increasing staff.  He is a member of the Company’s Management Committee and is also responsible for designing and optimizing the company's business processes.  Mr. Zimmerman graduated from Loyola University in 1990 with a Bachelor in Business Administration and earned his Master of Science degree in Management Information Systems from DePaul in 1995.  Currently, he is an active member of RealComm, the Association for Computer Machinery and the IEEE.
