Aleks Buterman
Aleks
Buterman leads Technology Services within Lincoln Financial Group's
Enterprise Architecture, where he is responsible for work intake
management, user experience analysis, technology strategy validation and
delivery of common technology components. He previously served as the
Chief Architect for Lincoln's Employer Markets Division, where he led a
strategic effort to merge multiple business entities with business
process and service-oriented architecture approach. Prior to
Lincoln, Aleks held positions at Caremark, Dean Witter/Discover
Financial Services, and Allstate Insurance. He contributed to successful
launch of Allstate Bank and Private Client Services, provided technical
leadership for Allstate's Enterprise Application Integration effort from
conception through implementation, and led process definition,
implementation and enterprise integration for Allstate's Information
Security Analysis Services. Aleks holds bachelor's degrees in
Economics and Mathematics from Lake Forest College and a master's degree
in Project Management from the Keller Graduate School of Management. He
resides in Chicago, Illinois with his wife and children.

Rod Cleary
Rod
Cleary currently serves as Senior Manager of Process Quality Assurance
at Sallie Mae, the largest provider of students loans in the United
States. In this capacity he is responsible for the IT Measurement
Program and for the implementation of the balanced scorecard in IT. Rod
is also responsible for driving the strategic goal setting process for
Sallie Mae IT, and is the manager IT's portfolio of strategic projects.
With over 16 years of application development management, quality
assurance, and project management experience across several industry
verticals, Mr. Cleary has provided technology leadership to companies
such as: Roadway, Simon Property Group, Cendant Corporation, and Liberty
Mutual Insurance. Mr. Cleary holds an undergraduate degree in Computer
Information Systems from Indiana University. Rod is also a certified
Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Six Sigma black belt.

Mark Goetsch
Mark Goetsch is currently Vice President of IT Strategy and
Architecture for the Life Division of Fiserv Insurance
Solutions. In this role he is responsible for technology
strategy and architecture for a leading provider of software
for Life, Property & Casualty, Flood, and Workman’s
Compensation Insurance. Prior to this Mark was a Senior
Enterprise Architect for ABN AMRO bank working with
governance and standards. Mark has been an enterprise,
domain and business architect since 1999 and has had
numerous roles in his 20+ years of experience including a
number of years as a commercial product developer. Mark is
an adjunct faculty at DePaul University where he teaches
courses for the CDM graduate school. Mark has his MSC in
Systems Strategy & Management from Northwestern University,
a MS in Distributed Systems from DePaul University and a BA
in History from Spring Hill College. Mark is the current
President of the Business Architects Association. He has
been a speaker at the local and national level and has
published articles for several publications.

Jay
Hoskins
Jay Hoskins is a Senior Portfolio Management
Solutions Architect at PowerSteering Software. He helps companies improve the
value and return of their portfolios, programs, and other business investments
through efficient and effective business processes, change management, and
system automation. Jay has helped many business leaders successfully
implement enterprise-wide Portfolio Management processes, Business PMO’s, IT
Governance, Six Sigma, Merger and Acquisition, and New Product Development
programs. With over 25 years of experience, Jay has been a portfolio management
professional for 9 years with an extensive background in aerospace,
manufacturing, supply chain, financial services, IT, and enterprise
applications. Jay also has experience in managing enterprise deployments of ERP
systems, project management, and software development methodologies.

Susan
Malisch
Susan
Malisch currently serves as Vice President and Chief Information Officer
for Loyola University Chicago. In this capacity, Susan is responsible
for developing and implementing the University’s information technology
(IT) strategic direction, and IT services that support student learning,
faculty research and teaching, administrative processes, and public
service. With over 20 years of implementation and operations experience
in IT across several industry verticals, Ms. Malisch has provided
technology leadership for a variety of initiatives related to mergers
and acquisitions, IT governance and program management, and business
strategy transformations. Prior to joining Loyola, Susan has held
technology leadership positions at Novell, Cambridge Technology
Partners, UCLA, NSC Systems Group, Inc. and Southwestern Bell
Communications. Ms. Malisch holds a B.S.B.A. degree in Computer
Information Systems from Rockhurst University in Kansas City, Missouri
and received the Women in Technology International “Excellence in IT
Leadership” Award in 2006. In addition to her current responsibilities,
Susan remains active in a number of IT leadership and community service
organizations in the Chicagoland area.

Douglas Picirillo
Douglas
Picirillo is Senior Manager of IT at Hart Schaffner Marx where he manages
the IT Service Center, internal and external web sites and governance
processes including SOX compliance and change management. His nearly 30
years of IT leadership experience spans applications development,
infrastructure management and end-user support and training. Doug is ITIL
Certified, has a BA in Communications and Organizational Leadership from
Trinity International University, a certificate in Marketing from William
Rainey Harper College and a graduate certificate in Organizational
Development from North Park University. He is also a Contributing Editor at
Employaid, Inc.

Rama
Prasad
He leads the Office of the CIO
for Hewitt Associates, a consulting and HR services outsourcing organization
headquartered in Lincolnshire, IL. In this role, he is responsible for
strategy, planning, project management, processes, budgets and organizational
transformation. In a 20+ year IT career, Rama has held senior management
positions at Orbitz, CNA, Sears and AT&T, ranging from VP of Global Internal IT
at Orbitz to Executive Director of Billing systems at AT&T. Rama started his
career in the mid-80s as a programmer with Sprint. In the mid-90s, Rama spent
about 3 years in Brussels, Belgium working for Belgacom as head of IT and
Network strategy. In 2000, Rama led the technology for InLight Interactive, a
dotcom startup which was successfully sold. Rama was on the advisory board for
ValuCom, another company that was successfully sold to Rediff in 2002.
Rama started his education in India where he got a bachelors in Engineering from
Osmania University, then moved to US to get masters' degrees in Mining
Engineering and in computer science at the University of Missouri-Rolla and then
an MBA from Rockhurst College in Kansas City. Rama has also attended the
Executive Management Program conducted by Northwestern University’s Kellogg
school of Management. Rama lives with his wife and two children in Aurora,
IL, USA.

Kalyan Raman
Kalyan is
a Senior Manager with the Clorox Company (~$4.5bn Consumer Packaged Goods
manufacturer) and currently serves as Senior Manager of IS Performance
Management. In this capacity he is responsible for the defining and evaluating
performance measures for IS and for linking IS measures with corporate goals.
The company recently adopted a measurement framework that incorporates
performance against operations delivery, project development, and costs of
services. The framework merges over 150 predictive process measures and reactive
(SLA) performance measures into a single summary level view. Kalyan's other
responsibilities include managing IS compliance with internal controls, and
evaluating cost governance of IS operations. He has extensive prior experience
with managing large system implementations and process improvement assignments
as an engagement manager with a large management consulting company. Kalyan
holds an undergraduate degree in Electronics Engineering and an MBA from the
Wharton School of Business, UPENN.

Evan
Tegethoff
Evan Tegethoff is CISSP,
ISO 27001 Certified Lead Auditor Director of Compliance Services for
Accuvant. Evan has been in the field of information security
and compliance since 1995. He has previously served as
representative to the INCITS CS1 Group, the US technical advisory group to
the ISO Cyber Security Standards, reviewing and voting on standards such as
ISO 17799 and ISO 27001. As Director of Compliance Services, Evan
oversees service delivery for all engagements within the practice. He has
published articles on security and compliance in numerous trade publications
and has spoken at a number of industry events, including the RSA Security
Conference, ISSA events, CIO forums and many others.

Doug Ulrich
Doug’s 17 years of industry
experience have run the course of technical to sales, management consulting and
project management. Currently, he manages solutions sales for Micro Focus’s
Application Modernization and Migration initiatives. Micro Focus customers
include more than 70 of the Fortune 100. Doug’s experience with enterprise IT
management has helped businesses better align their goals of improving service
while reducing costs. Doug has had the good fortune to work with the some of the
worlds’ best; he has delivered global projects with Oracle, IBM, Microsoft,
Deloitte and Bearingpoint. He plays a vital role in driving Micro Focus’s
positioning as a Global Leader in unlocking and leveraging Legacy Value.

Buzz Walker
Buzz Walker is VP
of Product Management and Marketing at ProStor Systems. Mr. Walker has
more than 25 years of experience in systems, software and technology ventures.
Prior to ProStor Systems, he was the vice president of marketing and business
development for Arkivio, Inc., a file system archiving solution provider,
leading all marketing, product management, Marcom, branding, strategy and
alliance activities. Before that, he spent 19 years at Hewlett-Packard where he
focused on sales, marketing and strategies in Storage, OpenView software and
Office Automation businesses.

Randy Wimmer
Randy Wimmer currently serves as an
IT Portfolio Manager at Allstate Insurance Company. In this
capacity he is responsible for maintaining a portfolio view of
demand, supply and delivery management for a large IT area which
enables their delivery of strategically aligned IT projects. He
is also helping Allstate Technology & Operations (ATO) adopt IT
portfolio management best practices by establishing an IT
Portfolio Management Community of Practice. Randy joined
Allstate in 2001 to provide project and process management in
the implementation of the Multi-Access Integration initiative
(get quotes and purchase insurance through Allstate.com and
1-800-Allstate). Over the last 7 years Randy has worked in
several ATO area PMOs implementing portfolio and project
management best practices including the Capability Maturity
Model-SW. His background includes 12 years in Public & Corporate
Accounting and 12 years in Technology in corporate and
consulting settings. Randy holds an undergraduate degree in
Accounting and has successfully achieved certifications as a
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Software Quality
Analyst (CSQA).
