Rob Brooks
Rob
Brooks is an Executive of Network Data Systems. A 12 year veteran in the
IT products and services industry, Rob is responsible for business
development and managing key accounts. Prior joining NDS, Rob held
various positions including Sales Executive at CDW, and Senior Trader
for Societe Generale at the Chicago futures and
options markets. Rob is a graduate of the University of Illinois. As an active member of his
community, Rob as on various fund raising committees and as a
Commissioner of Telecommunications for the City of Highland Park, where
he resides with his wife and 3 children.

Joni Ferneau
Joni has worked for RR Donnelley
since 2002. As the Global Telecommunications Director, her success at
reducing costs is a two-pronged approach – actively engineer and manage the
legacy voice network against business needs and promote technology
initiatives. Joni considers building solid vendor relationships one of the
key contributors to operational excellence. At RR Donnelley, she has led
aggressive cost-cutting initiatives, resulting in a 30% annual reduction in
telecommunication expenses. She developed the IT infrastructure to support
Voice Services following an $8 billion corporate merger. She designed and
delivered RR Donnelley’s first VoIP solution, which has reduced expenses by
$500K annually. Joni has led the telephony area for many companies,
including a consulting firm, a marketing company, and in the financial and
regulatory industries. She received her M.B.A. from the Kellstadt Graduate
School of Management at DePaul and her B.S. in Music Business from Butler
University. She lives in Lombard with her husband and one year old daughter.

James Fielder
James Fielder is Director of
Information Systems at Farm Credit Services of Illinois,
in Mahomet, Illinois. He is a dynamic technical
professional who has more than 16 years of experience in
the development of technical strategies and solutions,
network administration, technical training and end-user
support. He also has expertise in the installation,
upgrade, configuration, administration and maintenance
of network systems. He is highly experienced in
analyzing IT/IS needs, evaluating end-user requirements,
and custom designing solutions to complex data
management infrastructures. He has served in his
current position for six years. He has utilized his
proficiency in project management methodology to
successfully lead various projects within the
organization, to include the following: conversion from
Novell 6.1 directory services, to Windows 2003 active
directory and Exchange 2003, deployment of the
association CRM system, MOSS 2007, Citrix 4.0, Cisco
VoIP etc. He currently supervises six technicians and
spearheads the analysis, design and evaluation of the
association infrastructure. Most recently he
supervised the move of the association data center from Champaign, Illinois to
Mahomet, Illinois, with zero percent operational
downtime. He is a 12 year, highly decorated Marine
Corp veteran, (two Navy Achievement Awards, numerous
other commendations). He is also a graduate of
Parkland
College (AAS business), Illinois State University (BS Organizational Leadership/Business
Information Systems), Liberty University (MRE). He has one daughter,
Najha, and he is engaged to be married to Tonya Jones of Champaign, Illinois.

Gregg Kalman
Mr. Kalman is currently VP Sales Operations and
Channels at Meru Networks. He has over 24 years of industry experience, working
for organizations in almost every aspect of the networking and communications
supply chain: enduser, reseller, manufacturer’s rep, distributor and
manufacturer. Mr. Kalman spent 6+ years at Cisco Systems in regional channel
management roles and 4+ years at Avaya managing Avaya WW Channel Strategy,
Operations, Alliances and US Distribution. Mr. Kalman has a BA from
University of
Michigan and resides in north suburban
Chicago with his
wife and two young daughters.

Duncan
Potter
Duncan
Potter is Chief Marketing Officer and has been with Westcon Group since
May, 2004. Prior to joining Westcon, Mr. Potter held various positions
as Vice President, Product Marketing and Vice President, Corporate
Marketing at Extreme Networks, where he was responsible for the
company's worldwide field, channel, corporate, and relationship
marketing activities. From October 1999 to October 2000 he was Senior
Product Line Manager, Storage and Local Area Networks at Cisco. From
September 1989 to October 1999 Mr. Potter held various positions at 3Com
Corporation including Director, Product Marketing from July 1997 to
October 1999 and European Product Marketing Manager from November 1994
to July 1997.

Nick Schmidt
Nick Schmidt
is currently the senior manager of CDW’s Information Technology, overseeing
IT infrastructure Services. Mr. Schmidt’s organization encompasses
Telecommunications, Network Services, System Engineering, IT Security, and
Data Center Services. He is a 30-year I.T. veteran. with extensive
experience leading organizations ranging from domestically focused
operations to multi-million dollar global technology organizations.
Prior to CDW, Mr. Schmidt has served in multiple capacities in private and
publically held companies primarily focusing on infrastructure excellence.
With extensive experience gained from within major telecommunications
providers as well as leading consumers of telecommunications services, Mr.
Schmidt brings a wealth of information to his perspective.

Troy Tate
Troy Tate is an IT Manager
at CTS Corporation, which designs, manufactures and sells a broad line of
electronic components and electronic assemblies, primarily serving the
electronic needs of original equipment manufacturers (OEMs). Troy provides
day to day support and strategic direction of the CTS global network for
information security and data communications. Troy has over 18 years of
experience in data networks. Previous to his experience indata networking,
Troy was in the US Navy Nuclear Power program as an instructor. He has
previously held positions with Cutler-Williams and GAB Robins, NA.

Jeff Trawick
Mr. Jeff Trawick has
over 18 years of experience in network architecture,
implementation, management and troubleshooting. He has been
contracted by many Fortune 500 and public sector clients to
provide expertise in performance optimization, problem
resolution, and IT security assurance. He was one of a very
small group of network engineers summoned by the Pentagon in
the wake of the terrorists attacks of September 11th, and
subsequently served as a primary security consultant for the
DoD. Mr. Trawick has been an invited speaker at industry
events, such as Networld+Interop. Mr. Trawick received a
B.S. degree from the University of Alabama and holds the
following certifications: Certified Information Systems
Security Professional (CISSP) designation, and Certified
Network Expert (CNX).

Satyam
Tyagi
Satyam Tyagi joined Sipera Systems (the
pioneer of Voice over IP and Unified Communications Security) at its
inception. His roles at Sipera Systems have ranged from Software
Development, VoIP Exploit Research, Product Management and Technical
Marketing. Prior to Sipera Systems he was a Developer for Cisco
Systems CallManager Enterprise grade IP-PBX. Satyam holds an M.S. in
Computer Science from the University of North Texas and a B.Tech.
in Computer Science and Engineering from
the Institute of Technology Banaras Hindu University.

Al
Zieba
Al
joined Options Clearing Corporation in 1995 as a Server Administration
Intern while attending his undergraduate studies at Depaul University.
Upon completion of his undergraduate studies in 1997, Al joined Options
Clearing full time as a Network Engineer. Since then Al has been a
key role in the development and execution of several data center
migrations and installations across the country. He is designed and
implemented Options Clearing's "Thin Building" Network Architecture
which span's the nation and handles the options clearing communication
platforms for some of the largest financial organizations in the US. In
2007, Al was responsible for the design and deployment of Options
Clearing's Voice Over IP Telephony platform. The project included the
development and deployment of a Quality of Service (QOS) architecture as
well as the integration of Unified Communications, Video to the Desktop,
Enterprise Video and Enhanced Mobility features. Due to the limitations
of the legacy telephony platform, phasing in VOIP was not an option.
Therefore, over a weekend, Al and his team cut-over to the new VOIP
telephony system which included two call centers, over 450 phones
regionally dispersed across five locations nationwide and several
complex call routing groups. Al holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer
Science as well as a Master's Degree in Telecommunications, both from
Depaul University. Additionally, Al is ITIL certified.
