Roy Chomko
Roy Chomko, co-founder and President of
Adage Technologies, has over 20 years experience in the IT
industry. For the last 10 years he has been developing and
delivering web-based applications to a wide variety of organizations
and industries with a focus on improving business productivity and
increasing customer value. Roy has overseen all aspects of the
software development lifecycle as it relates to web application
development. Prior to starting Adage Technologies, Roy co-founded a
successful web development company and worked as an account
executive for a large systems integrator. Roy has a degree in
Communications from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Rod Cleary
Rod Cleary is a Senior Manager
of Process Quality Assurance at Sallie Mae, the largest provider of student
loans in the United States. At Sallie Mae he is responsible for the IT
Performance Management Program. He is also responsible for the IT Strategic
Project Portfolio. Rod has spent most of his career in application
development, process improvement and IT governance. He has successfully
implemented multiple enterprise-critical IT programs and is responsible for the
development and implementation of IT Performance Management programs in multiple
Fortune 500 companies. Rod is a graduate of the Indiana University School
of Business and holds a Master's Certificate in project management from George
Washington University. He is a certified project management professional (PMP),
is Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT), and is a Six Sigma
Black Belt. Rod currently lives in Indiana with his family and enjoys
coaching youth sports.

Keith
Franklin
Keith Franklin is general
manager of the Midwest region. In addition to his role at Magenic,
Franklin is founder and president of Chicago’s .NET Users Group (CNUG),
one of the largest and most successful .NET Users Groups worldwide. He
was also appointed to the board of directors of the International .NET
Association (INETA) in 2001, was named a Microsoft MVP in 2004 and
serves as a member of the editorial board for the .NET Developers
Journal.

Todd Gill
Todd Gill draws on over ten years of consulting experience which focused
almost exclusively on web application development and systems
integration solutions. During this time, he worked with a wide range of
clients including AirTran Airways, Britannica.com and Vignette
Corporation. As a consultant, he had the privilege to see the complete
lifecycle of many projects, utilizing different management styles,
development methodologies, platforms and techniques. Through this
experience, he carefully noted the
best and worst aspects of each project, including: architecture choices,
development platforms, development methodology and management approach
and style. He then took this experience to help create the successful
software development processes and procedures used today by Ossia
Systems, which he founded in 2000. Todd studied engineering at the
Georgia Institute of Technology and music composition at the University
of Missouri.

Oliver Gorman
Oliver Gorman has 14 years industry experience. Over this time he has
worked as an Application Developer, Consultant and Architect. He
currently leads a team of Application Developers for Northbrook, IL
based Underwriters Laboratories, a multinational organization providing
product safety testing and certification services. Mr. Gorman's primary
area of focus is on custom solutions and agile development. He holds a
MSc in Information Technology from the
University of
Glasgow and a BSc in Microbiology from
the University
of
Dublin.

Bruce
Massel
Bruce Massel is the
Vice President of Information Technology and the
Project Management Office at Fidelitone
Logistics. Bruce has more than 23 years of
information technology leadership, management
and consulting experience with mid-sized
distribution companies. In addition to his IT
experience, Bruce also has more than 6 years of
operations, sales and web marketing management
experience. His career has progressed from a
technical programmer to a hands-on business
leader in the implementation of innovative and
practical technology solutions. He has led IT
departments as CIO in multiple industries after
beginning his career at Coopers & Lybrand as an
EDP auditor before becoming the practice lead
for the Midwest Middle Market IT Consulting
Services. Bruce earned his BS in Computer
Science from Purdue University and a Masters of
Management in Marketing and International
Business from Northwestern University's Kellogg
School of Management.

Nathan
Rawlins
As
Sr. Director of Product Marketing, Mr. Rawlins is responsible for the
marketing of Serena's Application Lifecycle Management, Agile
Development, and Lean Business Process Management solutions. Prior to
joining Serena, Mr. Rawlins served in a variety of senior product
management, product marketing, and sales roles at Internet pioneers
including OpenMarket, ShopSite, and FatWire. Mr. Rawlins lives
with his wife and three children outside Portland, Oregon.

Douglas Thompson
Douglas
Thompson is a seasoned IT Manager, with over 10 years in the
development and technology field. Doug is experienced both with
international clients and with distributed project teams.
Douglas currently manages the development group for
TransUnion International. He is responsible for the core
software development at many of TranUnion’s International
bureaus including
Mexico, India, and Russia. Doug’s
previous experience includes posts at McGraw-Hill, Centrifusion,
Ernst and Young, and CNA Insurance. Doug holds a MS in
Management and Information Systems from Northern Illinois University, and a BS in Chemistry and Math from
St. Norbert College.

Bob Zimmerman
Bob’s
distinguished career in custom software development spans more
than two decades and has been largely dedicated to the process
of leveraging technology to drive innovation and growth. As
Geneca's Vice President of Delivery, Bob guides the best
practices within Geneca to continually raise the bar on client
satisfaction and the delivery of software in a visible,
predictable way. Bob is a specialist in software management,
strategic planning, and software process initiatives and is
known for his success in driving software engineering teams to
improve quality and productivity. Bob's uniquely practical,
common sense approach to software development enables him to
coach and mentor people at all levels. Throughout his career,
Bob has shared his passion on software delivery with both
executive and software development teams, enabling alignment and
success throughout the organizations he touches. Bob was
recently a finalist for the Illinois Technology Association (ITA)’s
2008 CityLIGHTS Awards in the category of individual CTOs and
CIOs making a significant impact on the Illinois technology
community. His selection as a finalist was based on his
