Keith Conlee
Keith Conlee has 30 years
in the Information Technology field delivering innovative and effective
solutions working at the National Security Agency (NSA), Bell
Laboratories/Lucent Technology, and is currently the Chief Security Officer for
Information Technology at the College of DuPage. His duties are focused on
building strong security governance, security policy/procedure and risk
management programs including Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery. He is
highly skilled in interpreting and aligning regulatory compliance and business
objectives. Keith is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional
(CISSP®), and a Certified Business Continuity Planner (CBCP). He is
an active member in the ISACA and the BRPA of Chicagoland.

Avi Freeman
As Vice President, Cloud Services for ServerCentral, Freedman
leads the definition, sales and engineering, of ServerCentral's Private
Cloud and VM Platform services. Prior to joining Server Central,
Freedman had a number of roles at Akamai from October 1999 to August 2009,
including Vice President of Network Architecture and Infrastructure and
Chief Network Scientist. Avi Freedman was most recently Distinguished
Engineer and Chief Network Scientist for Akamai Technologies, where he
oversaw the development and evolution of Akamai's network and content
delivery technologies to new applications. In his former role of Vice
President and Chief Network Architect for Akamai, Avi led the growth and
management of Akamai's globally distributed network from 250 networks to
over 1000 networks. Prior to joining Akamai, Freedman served as Vice
President of Engineering at AboveNet, where he led the architecture,
implementation and operation of AboveNet's ISXs and of the AboveNet global
IP network. In 1992, Freedman founded Netaxs, the first ISP in
Philadelphia, PA. He was CEO until 1998, became CTO after a merger in 1999,
and was on the board of FastNet, which bought Netaxs in 2000. Freedman
studied computer science at Temple University in Philadelphia, and is a
frequent contributor of articles and tutorials to networking publications
and conferences. He was on the Advisory Council of ARIN for the first four

John A. Jackson
John brings to Fusion over 30 years of IT and IT Risk Management experience
and is widely regarded as a visionary and leader in Disaster Recovery and
Business Continuity. Early in his career, John founded Chi/Cor Information
Management's IT consulting practice which developed the industry's first
contingency planning software tool. As one of the first employees at Comdisco
Disaster Recovery Services, John was instrumental in launching its Hot Site and
Consulting Services businesses. In his 18 years with the company, John ran
Comdisco's European operations, initiated and managed several Asia-Pacific
recovery businesses, and in 1999 became president of Comdisco Continuity
Services to lead its worldwide services organization. Upon initiating the
division's sale to SunGard in 2001, he moved on to general management positions
with Hewlett-Packard and IBM, running their domestic Business Continuity
organizations and achieving record results for IBM in 2004. Seeking a more
entrepreneurial opportunity, John co-founded Fusion Risk Management in 2005.
Today, John leads consulting engagements with Fusion's midsize and large
enterprise clients, and he is very active in the Disaster Recovery/Business
Continuity industry, serving on the Executive Advisory board of Disaster
Recovery Journal, the Editorial Advisory board of Continuity Insights magazine,
the Advisory Board of Private and Public Businesses, Inc., and he is the Chicago
chapter president of InfraGard, a partnership between the FBI and the private
sector for infrastructure protection.

Fred Kwong
Fred Kwong has been in the information technology field for the past 10
years in consulting, engineering, management, and director positions. He
currently works at a large financial institution providing technical consulting for
all network related activities including project management, network
design, implementation, and network architecture. In his various
positions, Fred has designed and implemented wireless solutions for
mid-sized companies, to larger nation-wide organizations. Fred has
experience using HP, Aruba, Trapeze, and Cisco wireless solutions. He
has worked with 802.11x technologies using LEAP/LEAP2, WPA/WPA2, and WEP
security.

John Nootens
Mr.
John Nootens is the Director of Networking at
the American
Medical Association.
Mr. Nootens has worked on the
systems and support end of IT his whole career. From mainframes
and their SNA network of controllers and terminals, through the
first PCs and island LANs, on thru bridged/brouted/routed local
area networks and WANs. With significant concentration in
Networking, Security, Operations, Network and Application
Performance and Capacity Planning, John has become and expert in
High Availability, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery.
With a unique ability to understand and explain highly technical
concepts in order to achieve efficient, effective decisions on
the use of that technology. John has been able to help major
corporations see the big picture in the use of technology to
solve their business needs.

Jeff Roseman
Jeff Roseman is Director of IS
Infrastructure for Patterson Medical Holdings, Inc. the world’s leading
distributor of rehabilitative medical supplies and non-wheelchair assistive
products. He is a seasoned IT executive with over two decades of experience in
both technology management and consulting roles. With past experience in
marketing, sales, business process re-engineering, and as an IT Director, CIO
and Consultant, he has worked both sides of the technology world. Mr. Roseman
possesses an extensive background working with regional, national, and
international businesses in a variety of industries including healthcare,
manufacturing, legal, real estate, construction, non-profit and professional
services. Focused primarily on IT infrastructure, he has a broad knowledge of
strategy, networking, telecommunications, training & development, systems
integration, mergers and acquisitions, facility relocation, and business
continuity planning. Mr. Roseman continues to be successful moving IT teams from
a crises management mentality to predictive, proactive, disciplined
organization. He has previously lectured on network connectivity, customer
relationship management, endpoint security, and disaster recovery planning. He
previously served as Vice President - Chicago Chapter of International
Association of Microsoft Certified Partners. Mr. Roseman has a bachelors degree
and an MBA in Information Systems and Marketing from The University of Iowa. He
is a member of The University of Iowa Tippie School of Management Advisory
Committee (SoMAC).

Schulman
Ms.
Schulman has over 28 years experience in the IT business
both on the vendor and customer side. This has included
systems programming, operations, technical support and sales
support. Ms. Schulman has worked at Hitachi Data Systems for
over 14 years. She currently works in the Global Solutions
Business Line with responsibility for Data Protection
Software including Disaster recovery and backup software.
She spends much of her time with Customers, discussing their
unique Backup/Recovery and/or Disaster Recovery challenges
and helping look at appropriate Business Continuity
solutions that meet or exceed their data availability
requirements. She has also co-authored many white papers in
the area of Business Continuity. Ms. Schulman is also a
Certified Business Continuity professional and has met all
the requirements as designated by the disaster recovery
institute.

Susina
Steve
Susina has more than 20 years of engineering and marketing experience in the
telecommunications and IT industries and currently serves as Director of
Marketing for Laurus Technologies, a business consulting and IT solutions
provider based in Itasca, IL. Previously, he was Senior Product Manager for
UTStarcom's fixed/mobile convergence product line, and has also held various
sales, marketing and engineering roles at Tellabs and AT&T. His speaking
experience includes technology conferences around the world on such topics
as IT & business strategy, optical networking, compliance and identity
management and mobile communications. Susina holds a BS in Electrical
Engineering from Marquette University and an MBA from the University of
Pittsburgh.

world’s leading independent financial advisory firms serving client
needs in the areas of valuation, investment banking and transaction
advice, and dispute consulting. Annur is responsible for planning,
designing, engineering and implementing the underlying technology
infrastructure for Duff & Phelps ranging from the Datacenter to the
Desktop. Prior to joining Duff & Phelps, Annur served as a Senior
Consultant for Unified Synergies, LLC a leading Technology Consulting
firm in the area of Strategic Infrastructure Design and Technology
driven Business Intelligence, positioning and designing strategic
technology driven process improvements for clients by aligning IT
Services, Engineering best practices, Operations Management, and
Helpdesk Support to lower Total Cost of Ownership and raise Return on
Investments. Annur’s most recent accomplishments for Q1 of 2009 at Duff
& Phelps includes the planning, designing and engineering of a Server
Consolidation / Virtualization Architecture and a Unified Infrastructure
Strategy based on the (MOF) Microsoft Operations Framework Model.
