Wade Ash
Wade Ash is the Director of the Project Management
Office at PepsiAmericas, the second largest anchor bottler in the world. In this
role, he is responsible for program and project execution, portfolio management,
project governance, project methodology, and change management. Wade has
more than 15 years of experience in project management and technology with a
focus on driving change and creating sustainable value for the business. In less
than three years at PepsiAmericas, Wade has established a PMO and implemented a
portfolio governance model for project evaluation, selection, and
prioritization. Further, he has ensured the successful delivery of an $80M
global project portfolio. Prior to joining PepsiAmericas, Wade worked for IBM
Global Services and Fujitsu Consulting to provide value added services to
clients such as McDonald’s, R.R. Donnelley, The Chicago Board of Trade, and
BP/Amoco. He also held various management and technical positions at AT&T and
Motorola. He earned his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois at
Urbana-Champaign.

Wayne Caccamo
Wayne Caccamo is the Vice
President of Marketing at Instantis. Wayne Caccamo
leads worldwide marketing for Instantis, a premier
provider of on-demand project portfolio management
software which he helped establish as a leader in the
IT/PMO, operational excellence and now
green/sustainability solution spaces. Before joining
Instantis, Wayne served as VP of marketing at Pathlore
Software Corporation, a leading learning management
software provider. There he helped accelerate sales
growth and positioned the company for a successful $50
million acquisition. Previously, he guided product
management and product marketing for learning management
software rival Docent, Inc. up to and through a
successful $95 million IPO. Prior to Docent, Wayne spent
11 years in a variety of strategic planning, marketing
and business development management posts at
Hewlett-Packard Company. Among his many achievements was
creating H-P's Open Source Solutions Operation. As H-P's
point man, Wayne helped establish the Palo Alto, Calif.,
company as a leader within the Linux and open source
movement. His exploits on behalf of H-P were profiled in
a front page Wall Street Journal story. Wayne holds a
master's degree in business administration from Yale
University, and a bachelor's degree in economics from
Tufts University.

Grammer
Celeste Grammer, Senior
Project Manager, has over five years of management experience and is a
certified Project Management Professional (PMP). She has successfully
managed multiple IT projects and established strong customer relationships.
Customers have consisted of large trading firms, a worldwide automotive tool
company, a well-known U.S. Retailer, and a reputable Chicago-land Medical
School. Celeste holds a BS in Management Information Systems and a BS in
International Business from Millikin University.

Hoskins
Jay Hoskins is a Senior Portfolio Management
Solutions Architect at PowerSteering Software. He helps companies improve the
value and return of their portfolios, programs, and other business investments
through efficient and effective business processes, change management, and
system automation. Jay has helped many business leaders successfully
implement enterprise-wide Portfolio Management processes, Business PMO’s, IT
Governance, Six Sigma, Merger and Acquisition, and New Product Development
programs. With over 25 years of experience, Jay has been a portfolio management
professional for 9 years with an extensive background in aerospace,
manufacturing, supply chain, financial services, IT, and enterprise
applications. Jay also has experience in managing enterprise deployments of ERP
systems, project management, and software development methodologies.

Moturu
Praveen Moturu
is currently working as an Enterprise Architect
at Health Care Service Corporation, a Mutual Legal Reserve
Company (HCSC). He has more than 14 years’ experience providing
strategic planning, enterprise leadership, driving business and
it alignment, guiding top-tier organizations in areas pertaining
to business transformation, enterprise architecture and business
performance improvement.
Mr.
Moturu has extensive expertise in leading and implementing
enterprise-wide business/technology strategies and innovative
solutions with background in senior management positions as a
Consulting Partner, Principal-Strategy Consulting, Director of
eBusiness Practice, Solutions Architect and Senior Enterprise
Architect. Experienced in turnaround and change leadership,
mentoring and managing high skilled architects, and management
of subject matter experts in the accomplishment of enterprise IT
programs. His focus areas have been planning, definition and
execution of strategy and management of complex implementation
projects, establishing strategic relationships, new technology
adoption, future state business and technology architecture
definition, and the alignment of IT investments with business
strategy by collaborating with key departments/stakeholders of
the enterprise. His current engagements are focused on processes
integration, enterprise reference model development and service
oriented architecture governance, roadmap, and adoption. Mr.
Moturu has a master’s degree in IT and is a certified Enterprise
and Business Architect. Prior to joining HCSC, he held positions
at CNA Insurance and Cambridge Technology Partners.

David Otte
David
Otte is the Chief Information Office (CIO) for Sidley Austin LLP.
His team is responsible for the global Information Technology that
supports Sidley’s 17 offices in the United States, Europe, Asia, and
Australia. Prior to becoming the CIO, David was the Project Manager
Office (PMO) Director for three years and prior to the PMO David was
the Financial Systems Director for five years. As the PMO Director,
David helped standardize the Firm’s Litigation Support department
processes and technology as well as actively participates as an
administrative member of Sidley’s E-Discovery Committee. David has
participated in large scale projects and initiatives spanning both
business and technology including office openings, technology
implementations, disaster recovery planning, human resources
technology/process reviews, and practice development initiatives.
David is a CPA and holds a Bachelor’s in Finance degree from the
University of Illinois and a MBA/MIS from DePaul University in
Chicago. David was formerly with Baker Robbins, Arthur Andersen,
and Andersen Consulting.

Mark Price Perry
In 1999, Mr. Perry founded BOT International, a boutique
project management firm now celebrating its 10th year
anniversary. As the head of operations, Mr. Perry manages product
marketing, R&D, technology integration, and foreign language enablement
for Processes On Demand,
a productized
offering for PMO Setup.
Mr. Perry has been with BOT International since its
inception and has led over twenty Japan/China market entry engagements
and has implemented Processes On

Rebecca
Porterfield
Rebecca oversees all projects for a
fast-paced internet marketing company. ith a penchant for
aligning technology with business goals, she conducts project
evaluation, program planning, capacity planning and company
portfolio management. Her Project Management expertise runs the
gamut from traditional PMBOK to Iterative Processes. Most
recently, Rebecca successfully rolled out an Agile methodology
across the enterprise portfolio. Previous experience includes
managing technology teams, and carrying out business process
improvement in both academic and start-up environments.

Mark Price
Mark Price is currently a
Director in the Enterprise Project Management Office for CCH,
a Wolters Kluwer company. He was responsible for the
development of the first CCH Project Office and assisted in
the migration of five local PMOs into the now, enterprise
level office. Mark has been a business leader for seventeen
years in both industry and management consulting. His
project experience and success covers a variety of
industries and business initiatives including Mergers and
Acquisitions, New Product Development and Launch, Event
Facilitation and Management, Process Redesign and
Development, Real Estate/Facilities Planning, and Technology
Management/Deployment.

Fabrice Roche
Fabrice Roche, a Senior Vice President and Chicago Regional
Director with UMT Consulting Group, has over 12 years of Portfolio and Project
Management implementation, software development and consulting experience.
Fabrice is actively involved in managing, leading, planning and participating in
all facets of Portfolio and Project Management, with concentrations in
methodology development, governance, process design & definition, creation,
prioritization, optimization and on-going management of portfolios and projects.
He also has a strong financial background including Accounting and Corporate
Finance. Fabrice has taken leadership and participated in multiple
strategy consulting, business process and IT implementation projects for
Financial Services, Professional Services & Manufacturing clients in North
America and Europe. He has worked with several Fortune 1000 companies including
but not limited to JPMorganChase, Wachovia, KeySpan Energy, Ernst & Young,
PricewaterhouseCoopers, IBM, Michelin, Renault Nissan, Arcelor, Alcatel,
Dassault, National Savings, etc. Fabrice holds an MBA with focus on
Management and Finance from the Stern School of Business at New York University
and a Master of Science and Engineering from ENSTA, a leading French engineering
school.

Irwin
Tedoro
Irwin Teodoro is Director of Systems
Integration for Laurus Technologies, and has been with Laurus since
September of 2007. In his role, he is responsible for leading the
team of engineers, consultants and architects that work with
customers on customized solutions to their IT challenges. He is
responsible for assessment services, integration of multi-vendor
solutions, and coordination of professional service projects.
Previously at Laurus, Mr.Teodoro served as Practice Manager.
Prior to Laurus, Mr. Teodoro served in various professional services
and consulting roles for Sayers, EMC, StorageTek, and Comdisco.
Irwin holds a BS in Business Administration from
DePaul University in Chicago, is a Certified Business Continuity
Professional (CBCP) and Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
He resides in Frankfort,
IL with his family.

Randy Wimmer
Randy Wimmer currently serves as an
IT Portfolio Manager at Allstate Insurance Company. In this
capacity he is responsible for maintaining a portfolio view of
demand, supply and delivery management for a large IT area which
enables their delivery of strategically aligned IT projects. He
is also helping Allstate Technology & Operations (ATO) adopt IT
portfolio management best practices by establishing an IT
Portfolio Management Community of Practice. Randy joined
Allstate in 2001 to provide project and process management in
the implementation of the Multi-Access Integration initiative
(get quotes and purchase insurance through Allstate.com and
1-800-Allstate). Over the last 7 years Randy has worked in
several ATO area PMOs implementing portfolio and project
management best practices including the Capability Maturity
Model-SW. His background includes 12 years in Public & Corporate
Accounting and 12 years in Technology in corporate and
consulting settings. Randy holds an undergraduate degree in
Accounting and has successfully achieved certifications as a
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Software Quality
Analyst (CSQA).
