Leslie Borders
Leslie Borders, CBCP, oversees Kraft’s global BCP and DRP programs and is responsible for Kraft’s Information Risk Management and Security Awareness programs. In her 28 years with Kraft, she has been responsible for leading and contributing toward business improvements in all major areas of Kraft’s Supply Chain.  

Jackie Bynsdorp
At Volkswagen Credit, Jackie is responsible for managing operational and process initiatives in support of IT Operations. Oversight of turnover from development to operations is a major focus, particularly as it applies to Disaster Recovery and integration with Business Continuity. Prior to VCI Jackie strategically managed the quality of W.W.Grainger, Inc.'s internal and outsourced technical support teams. Prior to Grainger, Ms. Bynsdorp spent many years as a consultant aligning processes with corporate goals through process re-engineering, providing strategic information consistent with organizational objectives. She specializes in developing transition strategies, determination of best business practices, life cycle strategies, quality assurance procedures, and developing information-sharing methods. As well as serving as an Adjunct Faculty Member, Ms. Bynsdorp chaired the Microcomputer Specialist Task Force for Wisconsin Gateway Technical College, served as Chair for their IT Computer Support & Network Support advisory committee, and served on their Network Security Advisory committee. She has been a speaker on various business and technical topics at major tradeshows throughout the US and Canada.
Joe Kocinski
Joe is the Data Center Services Manager for Ace Hardware Corporation in Oak Brook, IL.
For the last three years, as Ace has gone through a “business transformation” replacing home grown
mainframe systems with SAP and other application packages, Joe has directed a new dual data center operation, enhanced the data protection strategy, and built a “business services” team to support all data coming in and going out of the company. Joe earned the ITIL Foundation Certificate and uses this framework to drive process improvements, running the IT Change Management program, and working with the business to manage Service Availability. Joe participates in industry groups including AFCOM and itSMF.

Joe’s previous roles include Technical Services Manager, where he replaced old equipment with state-of-the-art technology, providing more capacity at lower cost and increased resiliency; and Database Manager.

Joe has been an adjunct instructor at Benedictine University teaching Database Systems for the Masters in MIS Program for over 20 years. Joe earned his BS in Math & Computer Science from the University of Illinois, Urbana, and his MBA degree from Loyola University in Chicago.

David Kluger

David Kluger is StorCOM's principal technology architect. StorCOM's primary focus is aiding the clientele through a consultative approach on such topics as; overall data protection, management of data and disaster recovery strategies. Having worked in the IT industry for over 20 years he has gained an extremely wide range of experience. Additionally, David has public sector experience in consulting and providing leadership to an array of projects, managing and deploying data protection, as well as disaster recovery solutions for such organizations as; US Department of Defense, Lockheed Martin Corporation and Fireman's Fund Insurance. David also spent many years working as a senior consultant and systems architect at Microsoft, XIOtech and NetApp. David attended Arizona State University, where he also acquired his Masters Degree.

David Langley
In his position at Integrated Data Storage as a Senior Solutions Architect, David leads the design and engineering for storage, backup and archiving projects, leveraging his multiple certifications and considerable field experience. He plays a key role within the company developing documentation and process standards for the sales and engineering groups, and is additionally involved with business territory and expansion.
David has been in IT since 1991, working as a storage specialist since 1999. Starting as a freelance infrastructure consultant in New Orleans, he joined Whitman-Hart in the Chicago market as an infrastructure specialist where he focused on document management technologies, including NAS as an emerging technology.
David then joined CommVault Systems where, after starting as a Pre-Sales Engineer, he became the North Central US Channel Manager and eventually the account executive for the state of Wisconsin. During his time at CommVault, David worked directly with the development staff on product innovations and field testing efforts, and was routinely used outside of his territory on integration efforts with complex environments.
David has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University.

Steve Olson
Steve Olson is currently a Manager of Technology Security & Compliance, and Data Center Operations at Elmhurtst Memorial Healthcare.  He was an IT Professional at Acxiom/Career Education Corporation. Steve has worked for Unisys, Chevron, and Career Education where jobs have included sales, sales support, project management, consulting, disaster recovery, business continuity, and IT Management.  In his current role, Steve is responsible for IT Continuity and Disaster Recovery for education delivery systems.  Steve holds the CISSP certification from ISC2.  Steve also teaches post-secondary degree courses in IT Security, including DR and BC in the area.

Jack Pressman

Mr. Pressman has over 25 years of experience in designing and deploying advanced IT projects. He has a Bachelors degree in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from Northwestern University’s McCormick School of Engineering.
Mr. Pressman has been designing and building mission critical IT facilities and wide area networks for the past over 15 years. He was the Technology Architect for the new Chicago Police Headquarters, the Chicago Police Wide Area Network, the Ford Supplier Campus (Chicago), the Burlington Northern Sante Fe Intermodal (Joliet) and the DuPage National Technology Park (West Chicago).
Mr. Pressman has extensive industry experience in enterprise-wide Business Continuity and Disaster / Workplace Recovery Plan implementation. Mr. Pressman is currently CDGI’s technology architect for developing over 1,500,000 SF of Tier 3 / Tier 3+ data center, collocation and disaster / workplace recovery facilities in conjunction with deploying a secure private 10 / 40 GbE optical network throughout North America.

Nicholas Rodriquez
Nick Rodriquez is Senior Solutions Architect at Integrated Data Storage where he focuses on designing virtualized data center infrastructure in relation to servers, desktops and applications. He also specializes in architecting solutions to fit complex customer needs.

In 18 years as an IT professional, Nick has earned multiple certifications in virtualization, networking and storage.

Nick started his career at a consulting services company, providing leading edge technology to Fortune 500 companies such as Accenture and Freeport McMoran. Before coming to IDS, he was the Director of I.T. at multiple healthcare technology organizations where he managed complex datacenter environments and leveraged technology to protect critical customer information.

John Semenek
John has over 40 years of experience in IT. His specialty is security, specifically in the domains of telecommunications, network security and penetration testing. He carries certifications from (ISC)2, EC Council, Cisco, Microsoft, and CompTIA. He has been a speaker at many COMMON (an IBM iSeries user group) conferences, and has written several articles for IT publications.
He worked for the Chas. Levy Co. for 22 years. His last position was Manager of Strategic Technology. Chas. Levy Co. is the largest distributor of book products to mass-market retailers in in all 50 states. Their cliental include Wal-Mart, Target, Kmart, Meijer and many others. During this tenure, he was responsible for the design and implementation of a strategic data center, several remote offices, and integrated warehouse facilities. His expertise in retail systems, warehousing and distribution has established him as an invaluable conduit between the business units and IT.
Today, he is a contractor for Affinity, Inc. out of Wauwatosa, WI. Affinity, Inc. is an IT services and solutions provider. Their focus areas include Enterprise Systems, Enterprise Portfolio, Program, and Project Management (EP3M), Lean IT and Information Security. For the past 4 years, he is assigned to MillerCoors as a Senior Solution Designer. His current project is an eCommerce initiative between the breweries, distributors and retailers. This solution is using GXS as a communication hub and SaaS application provider. John’s responsibilities include the design, testing and timely implementation of pricing information between all parties. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his current project team. His broad background assures that there is a consistent, real world perspective on all tasks and endeavors.
