Bill Bradford
Bill has been in technology for over 22 years, which started by obtaining a job in college building from components XT and 286 based computers. Bill went on to get a Masters in Applied Computer Science and a MBA . Bill has also obtained MSCE, CNE, ITIL certifications. Bill has worked for global non-profit, commercial real estate, insurance, manufacturing and pharmaceutical organizations. Bill enjoys expediting the technology solution process in environments where business goals are highly reliant on successful technology implementations. Bill has managed large enterprise systems projects, technology upgrades, new global service delivery models, BI solutions and ERP upgrades. Bill is currently the VP of Information technology at Akorn, Inc.  
 

David A. Chapa
David A. Chapa is the Managing Partner and CTO at Elovate. He leads Elovate’s long-term technology vision and is responsible for industry thought leadership, advanced solution incubation, and partner relationships to deliver exceptional customer value.
Prior to joining Elovate, David has driven key technology roadmaps and initiatives to improve overall customer experience, partner relationships, and raise corporate awareness by as much as 40% through his blogging, articles and speaking engagements. For the last 12 years, David has managed global teams for such companies as Quantum, NetApp, Seagate, and most recently EMC, where he served as the Global CTO for the Isilon Division.
He is a member of SNIA DPCO (Data Protection, Capacity Optimization) Committee, co-founder of American Wounded Veterans Foundation, co-founder of ConneXion Spot, LLC a coworking community, and serves on the board of directors for both. He has also done voluntary work for Colorado Wounded Vet Run, the annual motorcycle ride sponsored by American Wounded Veterans Foundation, whose all volunteer staff’s mission is to raise money to support a local hero, wounded in combat, to help meet family needs. David is an active member of his community in Castle Rock, CO, where he is involved with YEA (Young Entrepreneurs across America), and the 104 Initiative, a group of local investors with a passion and mission to support local economic growth through the startup community.
David lives in beautiful Colorado with his wife Trudi and their three children. When not working, you may find David playing guitar, performing classic rock and country tunes around town and in local establishments. He has a collection of 14 guitars, with one on the way. If not music, then motorcycles; he enjoys riding his Harley to clear his mind and breathe the fresh mountain air.
David studied Computer Science at Harper College, Palatine, IL and Illinois College, Jacksonville, IL. David also successfully completed NetApp Senior Leadership Programs, which is a several week program of accelerated learning in which he studied the business side of technology.

 
David Epps
David is an IT and Security expert who for 20 years has worked with over 150 organizations to assist them with critical IT decision-making and deployments. His extensive experience spans BC/DR planning, insource vs. outsource decisions, technology selection and implementation, and IT risk assessments. David began his career as an IT manager in the healthcare industry, and then transitioned into consulting and management roles in the Managed Services industry. He has held senior level technical positions with companies that include ACS, SunGard, Velocity Technology and EarthLink Business. David has a Master’s in Business Administration and a BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of South Carolina.
 
Rick Fisher
Rick's technical career has spanned 41 years, starting in the field service organization of Control Data Corporation, where he developed and maintained diagnostic software for mainframe-class systems used in scientific and engineering applications. Rick was also Director of Research and Software Development for the leading supplier of credit union management software in the U.S. for 8 years. Rick has spent the last 23 years with Stratus Technologies, in a variety of technical and management positions all focused on ensuring maximum business uptime through the use of hardware and software platforms designed for the most demanding applications and organizations.
 

David Kluger

David Kluger is StorCOM's principal technology architect. StorCOM's primary focus is aiding the clientele through a consultative approach on such topics as; overall data protection, management of data and disaster recovery strategies. Having worked in the IT industry for over 20 years he has gained an extremely wide range of experience. Additionally, David has public sector experience in consulting and providing leadership to an array of projects, managing and deploying data protection, as well as disaster recovery solutions for such organizations as; US Department of Defense, Lockheed Martin Corporation and Fireman's Fund Insurance. David also spent many years working as a senior consultant and systems architect at Microsoft, XIOtech and NetApp. David attended Arizona State University, where he also acquired his Masters Degree.

 
Bob Laliberte

He is particularly involved in tracking issues related to data center networking discontinuity, software-defined networks, business continuity & disaster recovery, and network optimization. An expert in data center management and services, Bob shares straightforward and thought-provoking insights that have made him a popular resource for IT vendors and the media alike. He is often quoted in publications such as PCWorld and Network Computing.
 

Donald Moore
Donald Moore has worked in the business continuity field since the late 1990s, primarily in banking and financial services. He has focused on the alignment of business needs with recovery solutions at LaSalle Bank, ABN AMRO, Bank of America, Fidelity Mortgage, , Pepsi Americas, and currently at the Federal Reserve Bank of the United States. Donald is currently responsible for business continuity for FedLine Financial Services, with daily average transactions of four trillion dollars.

 

Robert Warja

Robert Warja has many years of experience in IT Data Center management, including disaster recovery and change control, working mainly in the banking sector, although he has also held roles within the beverage and insurance industries along the way. He has significant experience in Business Continuity and currently serves as the Business Continuity Officer for Marquette Bank. Bob has built DR and BCP programs from scratch, and is all-too-familiar with the challenge of selling DR/BCP to senior management.
