Jeff Kane
Jeff Kane is the Chicago based Regional Sales Director for Verivo Software which is headquartered in Waltham, MA. Verivo Software is the leading software platform that allows companies to Build, Deploy and Manage mobile applications.

Jeff joined Verivo after 14 years of consulting roles with AT&T, Nextel and Lucent Technologies – supporting all verticals including Local, State and Federal government. Jeff has been at the forefront of mobility since it’s “inception” and maintains strong domain expertise in enterprise mobility platforms, mobile device management, and mobile application frameworks, deployments and applications (B2B, B2E and B2C).
 
 
Ricardo Lafosse
Ricardo Lafosse is a Senior Security Engineer at the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago, where he is responsible for all security related activities including security architecture, access management and regulatory compliance. He has been in the Information Security field for the past 10+ years in multiple industries, ranging from government agencies to financial services. Ricardo has a passion for implementing effective and efficient security programs that align with the business and allow for operational excellence.

Ricardo has a BBA degree in Management of Information Systems with a concentration in Security from Florida Atlantic University and has earned CISM, CISA, CISSP and ITIL professional certifications.  
 
David McNeely
David McNeely is a Director of Product Management at Centrify, and works with customers to drive the roadmap for Centrify's award-winning Identity and Access Management solutions. David has worked in the Identity and Access management market for over 16 years holding various Product Marketing and Management positions at ActiveIdentity, AOL, iPlanet and Netscape. At Netscape and iPlanet he was the Director of Product Management for the Directory and Security product line where he first promoted the concept of a centralized Directory for all identity and access management.  
 
Michael Marchuk
Michael Marchuk is a Director of Client Solutions at Network Data Systems where he provides strategic business solutions using technology, process, and engineering to clients from many verticals including Health Care, Manufacturing, Financial Services, Education, and Government. Michael's technical background spans many disciplines including software design/development, data center architecture, storage design, network architecture, security design, and mobile device strategies. Highlights from his designs include the WAN architecture and security design work he had done for Sears, Dean Witter, AllState, and Discover. Michael has a BS in Finance from the University of Illinois.

Sanjib Sahoo
As a CTO, Sanjib directs all aspects of information technology for optionMONSTER Holdings online retail brokerage, tradeMONSTER.com, and its financial media site, optionMonster.com. Sanjib has been with OptionMONSTER since it was founded in 2006 and was the visionary architect of our innovative, award winning brokerage technology platform. During his tenure at OptionMONSTER, he led and masterminded the entire technology brokerage platform which is now rated as one of the top 3 trading companies in North America and also the top options trading platform nationally by Barron’s. As a CTO, Sanjib also oversee software development, quality assurance, production support, hardware and network infrastructure and is also a member of the senior executive team. Being a leader, he strongly focuses on aligning the IT initiatives with business strategic goals while working within budgetary and timeline constraints. He has been engaged with technology for financial services businesses for over 14 years and have a wide range of expertise in technology management, architecture, open source platforms and design, project management and building real time trading systems. Previously, Sanjib has architected and built trading/financial platforms for XpressTrade (now OptionsXpress), Citibank, Deutsche Bank, Desjardins Bank and several other organizations. Last year, Sanjib was recognized as most innovative CIO’s in the CIO Magazine for innovation and collaboration in technology. Sanjib has also been recognized by AITS as a Strategic CIO for building a successful IT team and recently the Heller Report Blog interviewed him to know how his radical approach helped him in leadership development within the team. Sanjib has spoken at several events and IT conferences focusing on option Monster’s innovation in technology and how his right leadership style at optionMONSTER has build a successful IT team for the company . Sanjib has been part of various panel discussions and an active speaker at various Camp IT conferences  and other events. 
 
Diana Salazar
Diana Salazar, Infrastructure, Security, Operations - IT Security Compliance at NORC at the University of Chicago, manages Enterprise Security Compliance program. Directs Enterprise Internal clients, oversight of subcontractors and interfaces with clients for support of program audits. Her responsibilities include security program management, privacy, compliance reporting and disaster recovery of core enterprise applications. She has lead her organization in 10 Certification and Accreditation programs for clients. She is working on cloud computing certification for NORC's services with the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP), and has over 20 years expertise in systems design, development, implementation and management.
 

J Schwan

J's mission is to help transition enterprises into the era of contextual computing. J is the Founder and CEO of Solstice Mobile (www.solstice-mobile.com), one of the nation's largest and fastest growing enterprise mobile software and services firms. Solstice sets sound mobile strategy and builds amazing apps for some of the country's greatest brands. J received his Bachelors in Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and began his career at Andersen Consulting. J founded the Chicago Mobile Meetup, the largest mobile special interest group in Chicago with over 2,000 members. J was recently inducted into the Entrepreneurship Hall of Fame, Chicago TechWeek 100, was awarded the University of Illinois College of Engineering Young Alumnus of the Year Award and has had recent mobile work inducted into the Computerworld Hall of Fame. J is also an active supporter of i.c. stars, a local non-profit that provides opportunities for inner-city young adults in Chicago.

 
Ed Soo Hoo
Ed Soo Hoo is a Global Strategic Partner Lead for HP Technology Consulting and is a senior member of HP's burgeoning mobility division. Ed is an accomplished veteran in technology markets. His experience spans multiple leading edge technologies associated with Mobility such as CRM, location based services, e/commerce, payments, natural language, audio recognition and more...

Mr. Soo Hoo is also well known for his game changing approaches by creating and fusing ideas and creating new opportunities from existing as well as new business models through Mobility Solutions. Ed is viewed as a strong visionary with execution skills but who also has a a gift for driving new dynamics and partnerships.
His work experience is varied as he has had over eight successful startups which resulted in two IPOs and three buyouts of companies by Microsoft, Verisign and Lycos. In addition to the startups, Ed has held senior level positions at Oracle, Wang, Unisys Corp, Phoenix Technologies, Travelport (Cendant) and Novell. These positions have focused on management and the business development of Global 1000 accounts. He has worked closely with the venture capital community and has formed joint ventures and partnerships in Europe, Japan and Brazil as well as led a team that has created a series of international mergers and acquisitions.
For many years Ed has had a passion for cars and collects various makes and models. When he is not working he is on the road driving one of his sports cars and attempting to keep his speed to a manageable level.

Asad has over 24 years of hands-on experience in information security, security architecture and digital forensics of which last 15 years of experience in the USA. He has successfully managed complex large technical projects with documented deliverables in more than one fortune 500 corporations. His understanding of both UNIX and Microsoft’s present day technologies and threats puts him into the bleeding edge in designing and Strategizing Information Security & Architecture to meet precise business needs. In the last 15 plus years in USA, Asad has worked in various positions for Dean Witter Discover, IBM Global Services, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Northwestern Memorial Hospital, McDonald's Corporation and now leading the IT Security & Architecture at OfficeMax.
