Mike Dickenson
Mike Dickenson is founder and CEO of Ironbridge Software Inc., a Chicago based software and consulting company. Mike has a 40 year career in IT, the last 30 concentrating in Business Intelligence. He holds a Bachelors degree in Engineering and Masters in Computer Science from Cambridge University, England. Prior to founding Ironbridge in 1989, Mike has built distribution models in the fertilizer industry and designed databases for the Electric Power industry. Since the mid-1980's he has worked in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry, most specifically with point-of-sale and consumer databases. He has authored a number of software packages, some in world-wide use, all in the BI space. In its consulting practice, Ironbridge works with many of the major companies in the CPG industry, designing large scale data warehouses and the BI tools to access them.
 
Rob Fosnaugh
Rob Fosnaugh has been involved in developing insurance-related information systems solutions for more than 15 years. He joined Brotherhood Mutual Insurance in 2007 and serves as manager of business intelligence. Rob is responsible for the implementation of business intelligence into the decision activities of Brotherhood. Over the past four years he has taken on the task of building an enterprise-wide BI culture which has been met with enthusiastic success using Information Builders WebFOCUS and Microsoft SQL Server.

Recently Rob has enjoyed speaking at multiple events demonstrating the business intelligence solutions that have been developed at Brotherhood as well as the steps involved in bringing the business into full ownership of their analytic needs.
 

Shane Legleiter

Shane Legleiter is the Practice Director at Analytics8.  Formerly, he was the Director of MIS Reporting within the Shared Services Organization for CNA.  This included direct responsibility for corporate dashboards, scorecards, and standard report design and development.  His focus was on expanding BI across the enterprise using a variety of tools to make information more readily accessible to CNA business users.  Prior to his role in BI at CNA, he worked in various business areas including Actuverdana and Claim.

 
Daniel O'Connell
Dan O’Connell applies his 15 years of experience as an application designer and web developer to cutting edge technologies and challenges facing today’s applications. His background in systems IT and graphic design influences his ability to apply modern, Web 2.0 technologies with a keen eye for creating clean, easy to understand information interfaces. With Actuate since 2006, Dan's applications have impressed audiences with their quality and ease of understanding.
 
Jerry Pancini
Jerry Pancini is a senior manager with more than 15 years of Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing, Database Administration, and Application Architecture experience in the Healthcare, Distribution and CPG industries. His background includes managing large data warehouse implementations, data management, and data governance at Fortune 500 companies. He is currently the Manager of Enterprise Architecture at Stericycle, Inc.., partnering with senior management to implement strategic operational and financial applications worldwide.  
 
Parthiv Sheth
Parthiv Sheth is an executive with over 15 years of global IT management and consulting experience. He is currently the Director of Business Intelligence at Hyatt Hotels Corporation where he leads efforts to build and improve analytics and customer relationship management capabilities. He drove IT strategy, key initiatives and IT operations for finance, human resources, procurement and other corporate functions in his prior roles at Hyatt. He started his career at KPMG/BearingPoint where he focused on delivering business and technology solutions to Fortune 500 clients. Before joining Hyatt, he led the business systems department and managed a portfolio of applications at a national home improvement retailer. He has a Master’s degree in computer science from University of Illinois at Chicago and MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
 

Richard Skriletz

Richard A Skriletz is a manager and management consultant with more than 35 years experience working in large corporate and start-up environments. His professional focus is on leading the strategic application of information technology to customer-focused business operations, improving operational performance, managing organizational and technical change, and optimizing business operations. As the global leader of the Business Intelligence and Data Delivery practice for RCG IT, Mr. Skriletz evaluates technologies, vendors, and market trends and works with customers to help them drive business results with better managed data.

 

Grant Vankerk

Grant Vankerk is a Senior Solutions Consulting Manager for Hitachi Data Systems. Grant has over 30 years of experience in the IT industry, having served as a Field Service Engineer, International Tech Support Specialist, Systems Engineer, Pre-sales Support Engineer and Technology Acquisitions Specialist. Grant has previously worked for Cambex Corporation, StorageTek, and EMC, with responsibilities for Mainframe Memory products. Grant was also involved with the introduction of the first Symmetrix systems.
