Duane Block
Duane Block is the Director of IT Project Portfolio Management at TransUnion. He is responsible for the demand and resource management processes across information technology. Prior to joining TransUnion, Duane spent a decade as a Management Consultant focused on IT strategy and portfolio, program and project management. Duane holds an MBA from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business and a certificate in Advanced Project Management from Stanford University. He is also certified as a Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute.
 
Dave Blumhorst
Dave Blumhorst joined Daptiv in December 2009 and his professional services team is focused on enabling successful business outcomes for customers using Daptiv's PPM toolset. Prior to joining Daptiv, Dave ran EffectiveIT Group, a Daptiv partner and process consulting firm, that delivered implementation services to Fortune 1000 clients such as Carlyle Group, Beam Global, and Aegon USA.

Dave is a seasoned executive that has run IT, professional services, and finance departments. He has served as a controller and CFO for small to mid-sized companies, served as CIO at mid-sized companies such as Clarent, and was the senior director of the IT-PMO at PeopleSoft. Throughout his 30+ year career he has always found innovative ways to use technology to create business value.
 
Bill Cason
As CTO, Bill Cason focuses on the technology direction of Troux, providing business-focused oversight of R&D. Bill has more than 25 years experience in the computer industry with broad operational experience, including product development, business development, marketing, and professional services.
 
Jennifer Ciolino
Jen Ciolino is responsible for Enterprise Portfolio Management for Dow Corning and manages a department of program and project managers that deliver IT and enterprise programs and projects. She is part of the IT Leadership Team and works closely with Dow Corning’s enterprise architecture function to articulate the IT portfolio in terms of business value and its fit in the overall enterprise portfolio.

Prior to Dow Corning, Jen established and managed the governance process for technology investment decisions at Grant Thornton LLP. Jen has expertise and experience in many areas of IT, including IT Strategy, strategic business alignment, project management, vendor management, SDLC, and architecture and design. Jen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Computer Science and is ITIL v.3 Foundations Certified.
 
 
Keith Elliott

Jon Furner
Mr. Furner brings over 20 years of technology, IT Transformation, outsourcing and leadership development consulting and operations experience with large Fortune 100 companies across financial services, government, pharmaceutical, natural resources, retail, and automotive industries. He was most recently a senior Director in Accenture's Outsourcing business development and operational enablement practice, a group specializing in planning and implementing IT and outsourcing best practices to drive significant cost savings and return on investments.

During these engagements he was responsible for planning and implementing the people, process, and technology changes required to transition and transform IT organizations with an eye on achieving measurable, client-defined results such as reduced operating expenses and improved quality and satisfaction metrics. Jay Hoskins

Jay Hoskins is a Senior Portfolio Management Solutions Architect at PowerSteering Software.  He helps companies improve the value and return of their portfolios, programs, and other business investments through efficient and effective business processes, change management, and system automation.  Jay has helped many business leaders successfully implement enterprise-wide Portfolio Management processes, Business PMO’s, IT Governance, Six Sigma, Merger and Acquisition, and New Product Development programs.  With over 25 years of experience, Jay has been a portfolio management professional for 9 years with an extensive background in aerospace, manufacturing, supply chain, financial services, IT, and enterprise applications. Jay also has experience in managing enterprise deployments of ERP systems, project management, and software development methodologies.

Mr. Mejia is currently a Consultant at Digital Celerity.  Formerly, as the Manager of Operational Reporting & Development for Nokia Location Content (formerly NAVTEQ), Mauricio Mejía has worked with executives and operational teams in the successful definition and deployment of a range of business processes and modules, including Strategic Goal Tracking and Reporting, Global Capacity Management, Project Performance Metrics, Operational Health Reporting Framework.

Mauricio has solid experience in PMO operationalization, Project Management for software development, support and Off-Shore engagements, and specializes in Process Mapping & Improvement. He is a Business Intelligence expert with a successful track record on development and implementation of Dashboards and Scorecards for Executive consumption in a variety of platforms such as Business Objects, Xcelsius and Tableau.
 

Ram Narain
Ram Narain has over 20 years experience in establishing and executing IT Portfolio and Program management frameworks across various industry verticals. His expertise includes: establishment of effective IT governance processes, IT vendor management, development of Project Lifecycle frameworks and continuous improvement of operational processes. He is currently the Director of PMO for Global Initiatives and Planning at Aon. In this current role, he is responsible for the strategy and execution of a global IT infrastructure PMO. Prior to his current role, he was a senior program manager at IBM where he drove the implementation of complex program frameworks for Fortune 500 clients. He is a certified project management professional (PMP) and an IBM Certified executive program manager.

 
Jennifer Nicholus
Jennifer Nicholus has over 17 years of experience in IT as a project, program and portfolio manager. She began her career as a process analyst for Andersen Consulting, where she learned the foundational components of project planning and execution and the importance of business and IT relationships. She then went on to participate and lead projects of all shapes and sizes at Hewitt Associates, specializing in super-sized, global implementations. Her portfolio management experience started at Hewitt, as well, and carried over to Allstate, where she the led the alignment of portfolio governance across business groups. Jennifer was most recently at WellPoint leading the delivery of the first implementation of IBM’s Watson technology in Healthcare. She is now extremely happy to be part of a portfolio and project management team at CVS/Caremark.
 
Christopher Peckham
With over 20 years of technology and project management experience in the consulting, investment/banking, internet, distribution and healthcare industries, Mr. Peckham specializes in implementing sustaining project and portfolio management methodologies. His experience includes leading development and infrastructure projects and programs, establishing and leading Project Management Offices, and developing and leading training sessions. By integrating project processes with portfolio management, service delivery frameworks and other operational processes, he exposes opportunities to help improve and maintain a company-wide focus on business objectives.
Mr. Peckham is currently Vice President, Project Standards at The Northern Trust. 
 
Kim Pecylak
Kim Pecylak currently leads the AonBenfield Global Project Office. She has deep experience in both project management and process design which includes certifications in both areas. Prior to Aon Benfield, Kim lead the IT Project Office at Hub International where she established both Project Management and IT Business Office disciplines. Kim also served many years at CNA where she held numerous leadership positions in both the business and IT, mainly focusing in the areas of Portfolio/Program Management and Business Architecture. Kim also serves as Vice President on the Board of Directors for Fox Valley Habitat for Humanity.
 

Rebecca Porterfield

Rebecca Porterfield is both a Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) and a Project Management Professional (PMP), bringing 15 years’ experience in project management and project portfolio management. Over the last eight years, she has become a passionate agilist, leading several organizations through successful transformations from chaos to predictability at the team to the portfolio management levels. Rebecca is a recognized thought leader in agile project portfolio management frequently interviewed for best-practices in PMO building for PM Network, PMI’s national trade magazine. While she has worked in a variety of environments, from two-person start-ups to academics and even Fortune 500 companies, her love and specialty is in giving small to mid-sized, fast-growing organizations just the right amount of process to allow scaling without losing entrepreneurialism, agility and energy.

 
Prasad Raje
Dr. Prasad Raje is Vice President of Product Strategy for Oracle’s Primavera Global Business Unit. Previously, he was the founder and CEO of Instantis, Inc, which was acquired by Oracle in Dec 2012. At Instantis he led the company throughout its lifecycle from ideation to VC financing to growth and profitability and successful exit. Under his leadership, Instantis became a leader in the cloud-based PPM market with marquee customers worldwide. Dr. Raje is the principal architect of the Resource Management Maturity Model, a strategic framework to help organizations achieve an effective Resource Management strategy. Previously, he has led executive and management positions in Silicon Valley including at Hewlett-Packard Company. He holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University.
 

Fabrice Roche

Fabrice Roche, a Senior Vice President and Chicago Regional Director with UMT Consulting Group, has over 12 years of Portfolio and Project Management implementation, software development and consulting experience.  Fabrice is actively involved in managing, leading, planning and participating in all facets of Portfolio and Project Management, with concentrations in methodology development, governance, process design & definition, creation, prioritization, optimization and on-going management of portfolios and projects. He also has a strong financial background including Accounting and Corporate Finance.  Fabrice has taken leadership and participated in multiple strategy consulting, business process and IT implementation projects for Financial Services, Professional Services & Manufacturing clients in North America and Europe. He has worked with several Fortune 1000 companies including but not limited to JPMorganChase, Wachovia, KeySpan Energy, Ernst & Young, PricewaterhouseCoopers, IBM, Michelin, Renault Nissan, Arcelor, Alcatel, Dassault, National Savings, etc.  Fabrice holds an MBA with focus on Management and Finance from the Stern School of Business at New York University and a Master of Science and Engineering from ENSTA, a leading French engineering school.

 
Dr. Robin Sarkar
Dr. Robin Sarkar is the Director, Global IT PMO at Whirlpool Corporation and is based at Benton Harbor, Michigan. Prior to assuming this position in early 2011, he has held a number of business and IT leadership positions with Whirlpool in the US, Italy, India and China. His business experience covers the functional areas of supply chain, consumer service, sales, marketing and innovation Dr. Sarkar is also an adjunct Professor of Management at 3 Universities in Michigan and Indiana. Prior to Whirlpool, he worked with Tata Steel and Bank of America.
 
Claude Scher
Claude is a graduate of Compiegne Technology University in France with an engineering degree in Computer Science and holds a master in Business Administration from Marquette University in Milwaukee. Since 2012, Claude has been a repeat presenter at the CAMP IT Portfolio Management Conferences
Throughout his career, he has had the chance to be involved and managed at different level of leadership a variety of projects and programs in the Information Technology and Supply Chain field. At GE Healthcare, Claude managed several global IT implementation projects for Supply Chain and Manufacturing spanning across Europe, Asia and North America. At Kohler and Johnson Controls, he was responsible for large ERP implementations with an opportunity to perform complex contract management including portfolio management work.
More recently, Claude spent 4 years at MillerCoors as an Enterprise Portfolio Manager, overseeing the implementation of a new PPM solution as well as the deployment of several Portfolio planning and sequencing processes as well as release / dependencies management.
Claude is currently the PMO manager for Charter Manufacturing, a very large family-owned steel and iron production and manufacturing company in Mequon, WI where he enjoys working on maturing PMO organizations.
Claude is also the current President of the PMI Milwaukee / Southeast WI Chapter.

Vishal Shah
Vishal Shah, Portfolio Manager in Manufacturing IT at Ford Motor Company, has more than 15 years of progressively responsible experience in the automotive manufacturing environment. Vishal currently manages the global Pre-Production portfolio with 62 applications. Recently, Vishal has led efforts to complete the global upgrade of the Maximo application by driving alignment of common maintenance processes across all manufacturing business units at Ford Motor Company. Vishal was also active in the IBM Maximo Manufacturing User Group and held a leadership position in the group for approximately 2 years. In 2011, he was selected to be a Keynote Speaker at the Manufacturing and Automation Summit and a Client Presenter at the IBM Pulse Conference as well as the Maximo Middle East User Group Conference in Dubai, UAE. In his previous role in Manufacturing Systems, as a Business Planner, Vishal managed a multi-million dollar capital budget for IT related software development. Vishal is also a Certified Six-Sigma Black Belt leading various projects resulting in over $1 million in savings. Vishal also has an extensive background in Material Planning & Logistics with experience as an Industrial Materials Supervisor, Material Handling Supervisor, Change Control Analyst, and Scheduling Analyst. His passion for the Business environment goes beyond the professional level and into the classroom, as Vishal currently teaches Business classes in Information Technology, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, Project Management, and Organizational Management at the Undergraduate and Graduate level.
 

Sara Strock

Ms. Strock currently works in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry in a PMO & IT Strategy function managing the Enterprise IT Portfolio and enterprise resourcing. With over 30 years’ experience in project delivery and PMOs, Ms. Strock has worked in a variety of industries, including Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, Banking, Publishing and Insurance. She has executed local and global projects ranging from $100K to $40M in a variety of functional areas including claims, call centers, business intelligence, logistics, marketing, IT Security and finance. Ms. Strock has won awards for delivery excellence and is the co-author of 2 books on project management, and numerous articles on project management topics. Ms. Strock holds an MBA from The Ohio State University in marketing and logistics, a Bachelor of Music from Bowling Green State University and an Associate’s Degree in Computer Information Systems from Ivy Tech State College.

 

Randy Wimmer

Developer of strategies as well as tactical solutions enabling IT Portfolio Management and PMO capabilities within various companies such as Allstate Insurance, MillerCoors and currently Walgreens. Successfully and consistently demonstrates an ability to deliver seamless, cost effective solutions leveraging critical thinking and established frameworks (e.g. PMBOK, CMM, ITIL, etc.). Enjoys working in a team setting that utilizes common goal/objectives definition, collaboration, joint problem solving, and knowledge sharing. Develops fellow professionals (internally/externally) by providing coaching, mentoring, and serving as a volunteer conference chairman for CAMP IT Conferences. He is an avid craft beer fan and is planning to take the Certified Cicerone exam.
