Dave Braner
As the Chief Information Officer for Nitel and a private pilot, Dave Braner relies heavily on his skill set and knows that a little luck never hurt anyone.
A visionary in both his personal and professional life, Dave spends his days cultivating Nitelís technology strategy -- developing internal and external tools to improve client experience while ensuring the integrity of Nitelís technology infrastructure.
His passion for technology has allowed him to explore and learn different aspects of the telecom industry. Prior to joining Nitel, Dave was the CIO of Chicago-based Cimco Communications for ten years, responsible for strategy and management of their internal voice and network infrastructure, application software development, and Web services technology. Before Cimco, Dave was President of Vector Solutions, an Internet application development company. Additionally, he served as a consultant for the telecommunications industry for ten years. His years in telecom have allowed him to not only appreciate, but also understand how to correctly take care of the client.
Dave received his Bachelorís degree from Northern Illinois University. He also earned a Masterís degree in information systems from North Central College. He also is working towards his MBA at DePaulís Kellstat School of Business.

Sean Canevaro
Sean has over 25 years of professional experience in the IT Solutions Industry, spanning a wide range of areas including, product management, product marketing, consulting and business development. Sean has a profound understanding of both technical and business aspects of building and implementing enterprise IT solutions and services. He possesses deep expertise in Virtualization technologies, is fully certified and well-versed in vendor solutions across the board. Sean's dedication to his clients and employees, long history of community involvement and impacted schedule set him apart from many business owners in the industry.
Sesh Iyengar
Sesh Iyengar has over 35 years in communication, and computer industries spanning avionics, defense, Government, telecom/datacom, semiconductor, and software industries on R&D, broadband service, and high availability design/service areas. At State of Illinois, Sesh has successfully helped implement a state-wide MPLS IP backbone, a public safety radio, disaster recovery exercises for mainframe and virtualized distributed applications in a new data center, and Information Security framework. Previously, Sesh as director/chief architect at 3Com developed a VoIP end-end system (30 defects per million calls over 10 million calls per day), and cellular data service. As director of network integration at Ameritech, Sesh developed from start a modern broadband end-to-end Digital Cable TV network including secure settop as well as an ADSL modem and service, and the first-ever burglar alarm monitoring business. Earlier, Sesh led his start-up company with switched 56Kbps digital modems. Earlier, Sesh led the design for CMOS chips for frame relay, and military modems, and reliability testing of aircraft display and control systems. Sesh has published several research papers, and reports on semiconductor devices, image compression, and fiber optics while at the university of Wisconsin, Madison. Sesh lives in Chicago suburb with his family and enjoys writing political satire.

Elias Khnaser
Elias is the virtualization and cloud computing practice manager for Sigma Solutions. In this capacity he draws on over 12 years of experience architecting some of the largest server-based computing environments in the world. As Sigma Solutionsí virtualization practice manager, Elias advises clients on all aspects of virtualizationófrom server to desktop, all the way through application virtualization. Prior to helping found Sigma Solutions, Elias worked for some of the countryís leading Fortune 500 companies managing teams responsible for environments as small as 2,500 users and as large as 14,000 users. In addition to his role at Sigma, Elias is a recognized industry analyst, speaker, published author, and frequent blogger at publications such as InformationWeek. His publications include: VMware ESX Server 3.0 & 3.5 CBT, VCP Exam Cram: VMware Certified Professional; Exam Cram: Citrix CCA MetaFrame Presentation Server 3.0 and 4.0 (Exams 223/256) (co-author); MCSE Designing Security for a Windows Server 2003 Network: Exam 70-298 Study Guide and DVD Training System (co-author); Citrix MetaFrame XP Including Feature Release 1 (co-author). He is also Contributing author at Windows IT Pro Magazine, Techrepublic.com, Certcities.com, Cramsession.com, InformationWeek and DABCC.com. Elias has a bachelor of science in business marketing from the Lebanese American University and holds numerous industry certifications from Microsoft, Citrix, VMware, Cisco, and other leading vendors.

Mark Nafe
Mark is a Software Professional who has worked with numerous Enterprise software startups bringing concepts to reality. Have taken roles such as Product Manager, Marketing, Sales Engineer and Channel Rep to get the job done. Am interested in early to mid stage startups. I believe in a well rounded position that exposes you to new experiences and leads to learning and growth.
Dmitriy Sandler
Dmitriy Sandler is a Senior Systems Engineer with Nimble Storage, the industry's most efficient, high performing, and scalable storage platform on the market. Dmitriy is an industry veteran having spent time both as a hands-on data center technologist as well as playing an advisory role as a vendor engineer. Prior to joining Nimble Storage, Dmitriy spent several years as a leading systems engineer for Compellent Technologies (later acquired by Dell). During his tenure at Compellent, Dmitriy worked closely with companies to design and implement efficient storage solutions that enabled them to overcome the limitations of their current IT infrastructure. His most recent focus has been around improving data center efficiency through well integrated virtualization and storage solutions.
Paul VandeVen
Paul VandeVen is the Director of Solution Architecture for Heartland Business Systems, a premier provider of technology infrastructure, software and data center solutions. Paul leads the Enterprise Solutions Architect team responsible with aligning customer organization goals and objectives with relevant IT strategies and solutions. With over 17 years of professional IT experience, Paul has become the trusted advisor to CxOs across diverse customer profiles.  
Dave Zolnier
David Zolnier is the Senior Solutions Architect for Sentinel Technologies.  Previously, he was an Enterprise Solutions Architect for Heartland Business Systems' Illinois team and brings over 16 years of diverse IT experience to his role. Most recently, he served as the CIO at Indian Prairie School District #204 in Naperville/Aurora and led many virtualization efforts for this organization. His blend of high-level understanding of the organizational, operational and financial benefits of virtualization combined with a deep technical knowledge of the implementation, management and strategic impact of these technologies has allowed him to shape the direction and overall benefit for his numerous customers at Heartland Business Systems. He holds a B.S. in Management Information Systems from The University of South Florida, is a published technical writer, sits on numerous national technology board of advisors and has keynoted many presentations and events around virtualization, innovation and IT optimization technologies.
