Waqas Akkawi
Waqas Akkawi is director of global information security and network engineering for SIRVA Inc., responsible for SIRVA's global information security program and operations across U.S., Canada, Europe, Asia and Australia. He is also responsible for delivering the value of Information Security & Privacy Protection to their clients by working closely with the business and service providers to reduce inherit risks to acceptable levels. Akkawi is considered an expert on information security governance, risk management, data privacy, and global network architecture. He is ISACA CISM and ITIL certified.  
Greg Bee
Greg Bee is the Director of Information Security Governance and the Chief Information Security Officer at Country Financial. In his role, Greg is responsible for the implementation and governance of Country Financial's enterprise information security program, including compliance and risk activities. Greg has over 25 years of Information Technology experience, with the last 13 years leading the Country Financial enterprise security program as CISO. Greg is responsible for Enterprise Information Security policy and governance decisions to support overall risk management activities. Greg has experience with risk management, governance, vulnerability management, network security, incident response, and IT Security operations. Greg is a C|CISO, CISM, CRISC, and CGEIT. Greg has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a Bachelor's degree in Economics, and a Master's of Business Administration all from Illinois State University.
Erik Devine
Erik has been in the field of technology for over 18 years with the last 12 years focused on Information Security and Compliance. Most of Erik's experience is from the financial district working with community and regional banks, and recently has shifted into Healthcare. He currently holds the position as the Chief Security Officer at Riverside HealthCare.
In his role Erik manages corporate wide Information Security Policies and Systems, Networking, Wireless, Mobility and Telecommunications. Prior to the Information Technology field, Erik studied Classical Piano Performance at De Paul University.
Todd Fitzgerald
Todd Fitzgerald is the global Director of Information Security for Grant Thornton International responsible for providing strategic information security leadership for Grant Thornton member firms supporting 35,000 employees across more than 100 countries.
Todd ranked in the 2012 Top 50 Information Security Executives by execrank.com, authored the book, Information Security Governance Simplified: From the Boardroom to the Keyboard, and co-authored the ISC2 Book ,CISO Leadership: Essential Principles for Success. Fitzgerald has spoken frequently and chaired national/international conferences for RSA, ISACA, CSI, ISSA, MISTI, COSAC, HIMSS, HIPAACOW, WHIMA, CMS, ISE Programs, EVANTA and others.
He earned a MBA degree from Oklahoma State University, a BS degree from University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse and serves on the Board of Advisors to the College of Business Administration. Todd’s prior senior leadership positions with Fortune 500 firms included ManpowerGroup, WellPoint (National Government Services), AstraZeneca (Zeneca), Syngenta, IMS Health, American Airlines and Blue Cross Blue Shield United of Wisconsin.  
Mark Guth

Mark Guth, Manager of IS Security at Nicor Gas, has over 20 years of Management experience in the IT arena. Strong background in telecommunications, network, and operational management for companies such as LaSalle Partners, Ameritech, and Comdisco. For the past 5 years, my Nicor Gas focus has been on operational management, internal controls process development, Security, and Disaster Recovery.

Daniel M. Harris
Danny is an accomplished cyber security specialist, knowledgeable in all phases of the secure software development life cycle (SDLC). His career includes experience in various industries including financial, education, manufacturing, and government. He is a thought leader in information security, privacy and related technologies, with a plethora of experience in crafting security policies and standards that meet business needs and regulatory compliance requirements. His primary role at Security Innovation is to leverage this expertise to deliver world-class application and Secure SDLC assessment services and expert training to the company’s diverse client base. Danny also provides valuable content and quality assurance to the company’s TeamMentor Secure Development knowledgebase product. He has trained and presented to thousands on topics that range from application security metrics to web application security.
Prior to joining Security Innovation, he was Manager of Application Security Software Development Lifecycle and Training for Aon.  
Jibran Ilyas
Jibran Ilyas is the Incident Response Team Lead and PCI QSA at Halock Security Labs. He has investigated some of the world's largest breaches and devised Malware Defense strategies for principal clients. Jibran has 10 years of experience in the IT Security Field. He has presented at several global security conferences including DEFCON, Black Hat, SecTor and SOURCE Barcelona, in the area of Computer Forensics and Cyber Crime. Jibran’s research has been featured by many news organizations including Dark Reading, InfoWorld, Threatpost, IT World, and SearchSecurity. He is a regular presenter at the quarterly meetings of the United States Secret Service Electronic Crimes Task Force (USSS ECTF). Jibran has been the co-author of Global Security Intelligence reports and has trained USSS for Incident Response and Forensics. Jibran holds a Bachelors of Science degree from DePaul University and Masters Degree in Information Technology Management from Northwestern University.
John D. Johnson, Ph.D., CISSP
Dr. John Johnson has over 20 years of experience as an information security executive and thought leader. He is Founder/CEO of Aligned Security where he advises on industry trends and provides vCISO services. John began his career as a nuclear physicist, developing radiation systems for nuclear remediation and non-proliferation at Los Alamos National Laboratory, before becoming Network Security Manager in 1996. John then served 17 years as global security architect for a Fortune 100 manufacturing company, where he managed security infrastructure and developed strategy and secure architecture solutions for risk management of a global corporate network, endpoints, industrial systems and the supply chain. John has developed and taught graduate cybersecurity courses since 2003. He is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and serves on various conference, industry and advisory boards.

Leilani Lauger

Leilani Lauger is the Information Security Officer for Loyola University Chicago, where she is responsible for all aspects of information security.  Her 16 year career in IT includes positions managing information security for companies such as Laidlaw Transit, Inc. and the Chicago Stock Exchange. Leilani holds a B.A. in Economics from Claremont McKenna College and a CISSP certification.

Todd Petty
Todd Petty is the leader in building a new global IT Security structure for the True Value Company. Todd is a Senior-level IT Security/Fraud and Loss Prevention professional with a comprehensive leadership background in all aspects of security protection with premier global firms. He is well versed in IT Security, Creating global corporate security programs, and building grass roots security and fraud prevention organizations. Todd has spent several years working with global law enforcement communities and training them on technology based crimes. Todd has enjoyed 25 years in global roles with firms such as Motorola Wireless, Whittman-Hart, marchFIRST, and divine Interventures. Todd is currently a graduate level adjunct faculty member for Webster University. Todd holds a BS in Criminal Justice Sciences from Illinois State University and an MBA from National-Louis University. Todd and his family enjoy time as volunteers with “Home of the Sparrow”.  
Prasanna Ramakrishnan
As a senior information security and risk management professional with over eighteen years’ experience in risk management, information security, compliance, regulations and IT systems management, Prasanna is adept in understanding and reviewing business requirements and translating them into information security and privacy solutions with an eye towards enabling business to grow. Prasanna’s expertise is in building and transforming information security programs to be service driven with focus on KPIs as opposed to controls driven that are very linear.
At CEC, Prasanna is responsible for leading and managing the strategy and operations for IT Security Policy, IT Risk Management, Logical Access, Security operations & engineering, IT Compliance and Change Control, and Business Continuity. Prasanna has a strong background in IT risk management and information security functions and controls. He has been instrumental in building and implementing IT security programs and compliance initiatives in prior companies. In his last role Prasanna was the Director, IT Risk Management at ULTA Salon, Cosmetics & Fragrance Inc. leading all the IT security and risk management activities while guiding the retail organization through all compliance challenges.
Prasanna earned his BS degree in Computer Science and Engineering at the Government College of Technology and his MBA at Northern Illinois University.  
Eric Robinson
Eric has been involved in multiple IT disciplines over the last 25 years. He started in the early days of distributed computing and has worked in Sales/Sales Management in Networking, Professional Services, Service/Systems Management and Security. Eric moved to a security focus in 2005 and in October of 2007 he earned his CISSP certification. For the last 5 years, Eric has been focused on Identity and Access Management. He now runs a team of IAM Sales Specialist across the Central and Eastern United States and Canada. Previous to Dell, Eric worked at CA Technologies, IBM/Tivoli. Eric holds a BA from Purdue University.
Michael Smith
Michael Smith is a security consultant for ePlus Security. A ten-year veteran of the IT industry, he has a diverse background covering security, infrastructure, offensive, and defensive security. Michael is currently a Doctoral candidate at Capital College. He holds his Masters of Science in Information Assurance and several certifications including his CISSP, OSCP, GPEN, and Security+. When not testing or securing the enterprise, Michael enjoys spending time with his family, learning new skills, research, and going to Disney World.
Richard Thompson
Richard Thompson joined Guidance Software in 2012 and has over 20 years of experience in the security industry, managing regional and national interests for retail organizations. Most recently, Rich was the Director of Information Protection for Big Lots Stores Inc., an Ohio based retailer with over 1400 stores nationwide. There he managed or participated in all aspects of information security, incident response, loss prevention, investigations, computer and network forensics and e-discovery. Rich earned the FAIRLite certification for information risk assessment in 2009 and has maintained the EnCase Certified Examiner (EnCE®) certification since 2005.
