Kirk Fallbacher
Mr. Kirk Fallbacher, Director of the Software Group at Netrix, is a seasoned information technology executive with 20+ years of enterprise software and consulting experience, serving the Healthcare, Insurance and Financial Services industries.
Kirk works extensively with customers and industry thought-leaders to define and deliver new business solutions, and has a successful track-record as a technology spokesperson and visionary for several organizations. He has participated in all areas of the software delivery life cycle to develop various solutions, including: mobile, BI, portals, automated processing, partner/channel management, and systems management and monitoring.
Kirk has served in positions ranging from executive management to technology leadership. He has served as President at multiple firms, including a mobile software and services firm, a Chicago-Based boutique consulting firm, and a systems software vendor. He has also served as CTO/COO of a management consulting firm, and in management roles at Ernst &Young and Novell.
Kirk has a BA Computer Science/Mathematics, Cum Laude from Western Illinois University.
 
Tom Forkenbrock
Tom currently serves as Director Technical Services and Infrastructure for Shure Incorporated, an industry-leading manufacturer of high-end wired and wireless microphones and other pro-audio equipment. Tom is a senior information technology executive whose experience over 22 years includes strategic planning, project management, and assessing emerging technologies in companies ranging from small family-owned to public multi-billion dollar organizations. His career consists of consulting and organizational leadership responsibilities within manufacturing, publishing, education, and consumer products industries. He is focused on developing strategies and improving processes for data center, help desk, networking and systems administration disciplines.
 
Christopher Kouzios
Christopher Kouzios is an IT Vice President responsible for infrastructure services at Catamaran, an innovative leader in Pharmacy Benefit Management. With responsibility for all aspects of IT infrastructure from storage to network, application to security, telecom to database management, Chris is a results oriented leader constantly focused on improving delivery and working with his business and development counterparts. In his 20 year IT career, he has seen many different kinds of pitfalls - and learned to anticipate new ones while managing his teams to steer around them.

When he is not pouring over budgets, actively growing his team leads, building a roadmap, troubleshooting a problem, or trying to fill positions, Chris enjoys taking his six children to their football camp, baseball tournaments, tennis meets, etc. One of Chris' secrets is that he once held a technology "Sales" position and uses techniques learned there to improve his IT organization's communication and management processes.

Jason is the Director of Technology and Infrastructure at Autotask Corporation.
 
John O'Shaughnessy
John O’Shaughnessy is a Senior Infrastructure Architect in the Advisory Services organization at Datalink. With more than 25 years in information technology, John has significant experience designing, building and maintaining diverse, cost-effective technology infrastructure tuned to meet business requirements. He has experience with many industry segments including manufacturing, government, insurance, healthcare, retail, and managed IT services. Recently, John has focused on helping clients develop technology roadmaps as well as conducting cloud readiness assessments focused on defining key business benefits of cloud-enabled computing. John has a Bachelors Degree in Quantitative Methods/Computer Science from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota.
 
Brian Palmer
Brian Palmer is Vice President of Information Technology for Paylocity Corporation. Brian has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry. At Paylocity, Brian is responsible for defining IT strategy, aligning the IT department with business priorities, overseeing the IT budget, and ensuring availability and resiliency for Paylocity’s client facing and internal systems.

Prior to joining Paylocity, Brian spent several years at AonHewitt corporation in a variety of infrastructure and application development roles. At AonHewitt, Brian was responsible for disaster recovery, enterprise monitoring, enterprise capacity planning, third party hosting, and the global network operations center.
 
Adam Pederson
Adam Pederson is the founder and Managing Principal of Digital Celerity. He has been working with enterprise enablement technology his entire career, focused on building best of breed integrated solutions for Fortune 100 companies, both as an individual contributor and as a program manager and architect. As an expert in Service Management process and the BMC Remedy ITSM software suite, IT Governance, and ITIL Adam has a long history of delivering solutions to solve the complex problems facing organizations today.
Adam is driven to create a solutions driven organization that enables success long after the project with Digital Celerity is concluded. His gift in this regard is hiring, training and motivating professionals who operate at a higher level for our clients.
As a technologist Adam is keenly interested in virtualization and cloud computing; as IaaS and SaaS are maturing into solutions that can enable the success of his customer’s service management goals.
Adam also believes strongly that "Abtoine de Saint-Exupery" was right when he observed that, “perfection is achieved, not when there is nothing more to add, but when there is nothing left to take away” and strives to achieve perfection for our customers.
 
Adam Stewart
As Vice President of Engineering for Autotask, Adam Stewart is responsible for Autotask's software product development which includes strategy, design, development, quality, and data center operations.
Adam began his career in 1989 as Manager of Customer Support for Image Systems Technology, a start-up CAD imaging software vendor. Later, as Director of Technical Resources, he helped execute the sale of Image Systems to Softdesk, Inc. At Softdesk, he served as Director of Development Services, where he was responsible for Documentation, Quality Assurance, and Customer Support. He also managed all major software development projects and brought new product versions to market on tight schedules. Adam joined LearnLinc Corporation as Manager of Customer Service in 1996, where he built a world-renowned CS team. Later, as Director of Development Services, he implemented processes and procedures that groomed the company to be sold to Mentergy in 2000. In 2002, he managed the sale of the LearnLinc business to iLinc Communications, where he served as Vice President of Technical Operations for the following two years.
Adam is experienced in building and energizing highly effective teams that produce relentless service and award-winning products that consistently delight customers. He serves on the advisory boards of several small software companies and holds a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
