Philip Bierdz
Philip Bierdz is the Manager of Infrastructure at Riverside Medical Center.  Phil has over 16 years of expertise in infrastructure design and management with overall responsibility for enterprise network and server systems, including email.  In his last year, Phil led a complete replacement of the college’s network systems, architected and contracted a campus-wide wireless system, and was the driving force behind adopting an email archiving solution for Moraine Valley Community College.  Phil has served for three years as President of the Illinois Community College Technology Commission, President of the Illinois Council of Community College Administrators, and as a full member of the Illinois Advanced Engineering Taskforce.  Philip earned his bachelor in science in computer science from Northern Illinois University, his MBA from the University of Phoenix, and has eight hours towards a doctorate in management and leadership studies.  When not in front of his computer, he can be found fishing or bike riding with his wife and two children.

D.J. Coluzzi
As Director of IT, D.J. Coluzzi leads the support, operations and technology implementation teams for all business systems at Rand McNally. Named to the position in February, he is responsible for strategically and tactically lowering operational costs, increasing system and service quality, and decreasing time to market for innovative and customer experience enhancing products and services.
Coluzzi has more than 20 years of information technology experience; applying that experience across many different industries throughout his career. He has a successful background of increasing productivity by implementing and improving technology and supporting processes for business systems. Prior to joining Rand McNally, Coluzzi held leadership roles with Hallmark Services Corporation, State of Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission and Career Education Corporation.
Coluzzi and his teams received the Association of Information Technology Professional award for “Most Efficient IT Team” in 2009 and again in 2010.
Len DiCostanzo
Len DiCostanzo, Senior VP of Community and Business Development, Autotask Corporation As Senior Vice President of Community and Business Development for Autotask, Len is responsible for ensuring the continued success of Autotask’s global client base and identifying, building and nurturing our strategic industry alliances around the world. Client success programs include developing and delivering business building and product education content through Autotask Academy, facilitating peer partnerships and collaboration, and advising on sustainable revenue generating opportunities. Working with our strategic alliance vendor partners, the goal is to build tight integrations across a range of cloud services and managed services tools that result in automated, scalable business and service delivery processes for our clients.
A widely-recognized figure in the IT industry, Len has more than 30 years experience working as an employee and as an outsourced IT Service Provider for SMB’s and IT Departments of all sizes. Len's career began in 1982 when he joined AT&T as a Systems Engineer in the IT Department supporting end users around the globe. In 1986, he founded his own software development firm which ultimately evolved into a full service IT Service Provider serving the needs of SMB’s and enterprise clients.
Len joined Autotask in 2008. He graduated from Brown University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
Brett Goodwin
As vice president of marketing and business development, Brett is responsible for overall marketing strategy and execution, and forging key partnerships. Brett has 20 years of experience helping emerging technology companies become market leaders, including Isilon Systems, RealNetworks, and McCaw Cellular/AT&T Wireless. As employee 15 and vice president of marketing and business development for Isilon, Brett helped lead the networked storage company from pre-revenue to $100M+ annual revenue and through a successful IPO in December 2006. . EMC acquired Isilon for $2.5B in October 2011. Prior to Isilon, Brett led product management, enterprise products, and corporate development at RealNetworks over 6+ years and through their IPO in November 1997. At McCaw cellular, Brett held product management and marketing roles as the first digital and nationwide cellular network was becoming operational in North America. Brett has also worked as a management consultant for Booz, Allen, and Hamilton.
Mr. Goodwin holds a B.A. degree in Economics from Pomona College, an M.B.A. from Stanford Business School, and studied the history of economics at Oxford University, England.

David Klauser
As the Senior vAM for VCE supporting the IL mid-market, Klauser is responsible for the delivery of next generation Converged & Hyper-Converged Solutions transforming the economics, agility and profitability of enterprises as they transition to SDN and hybrid cloud-enabled business models.
Over twenty years Klauser has aligned with data center pioneers, end-user computing innovators and enterprise software providers including RES Software, Microsoft, Dell, EMC, VMware and Cisco. Klauser built a team that developed Chicago’s first data storage integrator, and has developed a network of global alliances, National DMR’s and regional partners as well as M&A and investor lead restructuring.
Klauser graduated from The University of Minnesota with a BA in Economics and has three daughters and his son who range from a junior in high school to his youngest 4th grader in Naperville.

Dale Landowski
Mr. Landowski has over 25 years experience in IT in a variety of leadership roles from front line technical support to design, engineering and enterprise architecture. He is strong proponent of the inherent value of IT Service Management (ITSM) and has successfully applied ITIL and ITSM concepts in projects of all sizes. He is currently engaged in an enterprise-wide ITSM program at AbbVie. Mr Landowski is certified as an ITIL Expert, ISO/IEC 20000 Consultant and Project Management Professional (PMP).
Raja Mukerji
Raja Mukerji is the President and co-founder of ExtraHop Networks, where he is responsible for Customer Services, Systems Engineering, and Solutions Architecture. Raja ensures customer success, leveraging his background in the financial-services industry.
Raja co-founded ExtraHop after a seven-year tenure at F5 Networks where he was a Senior Software Architect and co-inventor of the TMOS platform. He was one of the lead developers behind the BIG-IP v9 product and the major-accounts liaison for critical issues within Product Development. Prior to F5, Raja worked as a Technology Architect at Strong Capital Management.
Raja is a renowned expert in application delivery and network protocols. He was involved in the FreeBSD project and contributed several enhancements to its TCP stack. Raja holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering.
Sanjib Sahoo
As a CTO, Sanjib directs all aspects of information technology for optionMONSTER Holdings online retail brokerage, tradeMONSTER.com, and its financial media site, optionMonster.com. Sanjib has been with OptionMONSTER since it was founded in 2006 and was the visionary architect of our innovative, award winning brokerage technology platform. During his tenure at OptionMONSTER, he led and masterminded the entire technology brokerage platform which is now rated as one of the top 3 trading companies in North America and also the top options trading platform nationally by Barron’s. As a CTO, Sanjib also oversee software development, quality assurance, production support, hardware and network infrastructure and is also a member of the senior executive team. Being a leader, he strongly focuses on aligning the IT initiatives with business strategic goals while working within budgetary and timeline constraints. He has been engaged with technology for financial services businesses for over 14 years and have a wide range of expertise in technology management, architecture, open source platforms and design, project management and building real time trading systems. Previously, Sanjib has architected and built trading/financial platforms for XpressTrade (now OptionsXpress), Citibank, Deutsche Bank, Desjardins Bank and several other organizations. Last year, Sanjib was recognized as most innovative CIO’s in the CIO Magazine for innovation and collaboration in technology. Sanjib has also been recognized by AITS as a Strategic CIO for building a successful IT team and recently the Heller Report Blog interviewed him to know how his radical approach helped him in leadership development within the team. Sanjib has spoken at several events and IT conferences focusing on option Monster’s innovation in technology and how his right leadership style at optionMONSTER has build a successful IT team for the company . Sanjib has been part of various panel discussions and an active speaker at various Camp IT conferences  and other events.

Dean Sharp is an Enterprise Architect with 20 years of experience consulting to the Fortune 500. Dean has worked extensively throughout Europe and North America proving both tactical and strategic solutions to his clients.
Douglas Smith
Douglas Smith leads both Configuration Management and Knowledge Management at HCSC. His group is credited with building the foundational architecture for a holistic Configuration Management System (CMS), a departure from the monolithic CMDB that had been in place, which yielded significant benefits for the business in terms of service availability and performance. Recently
his program played a critical role in the successful migration of over 150 DR Critical Applications as part of a massive Data Center in-sourcing initiative. Mr. Smith is a certified ITIL expert with a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and a Master's of Science degree in Management and Organizational Behavior.
Mike Stankus
Mike specializes in network and systems monitoring, capacity planning and performance analysis and in developing solutions which provide key performance indicators, forensics and visibility into our infrastructure. He also focuses on improving operational effectiveness and efficiencies while maintaining operational excellence. His strengths include building relationships and collaborating with development, engineering and management to deliver value and insight into the overall health of the distributed computing environment. Mike has over 20 years of IT experience in the financial services and corporate sector.
