Dr. Allen Butler
Dr. Allen Butler is Director and Chief Information Officer (CIO) for CTS Corporation, a $650M electronics manufacturing company headquartered in Elkhart, Indiana.  Dr. Butler is responsible for directing and coordinating all information systems of the corporation on a worldwide basis. Dr. Butler came to CTS with 21 years of diverse enterprise architecture and system development expertise in print/publishing, manufacturing, healthcare, and financial services industries.  Prior to CTS, he held positions at RR Donnelley as Chief IT Architect and GlaxoSmithKline as Regional CIO.  He has held IT leadership positions at Abbott Laboratories and Boehringer Mannheim Pharmaceuticals, and is acting CIO for Ecor Systems, LLC, a web startup company in Chicago.  Allen is married with two sons and holds a Ph.D. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

 
Len DiCostanzo
Len DiCostanzo, Senior VP of Community and Business Development, Autotask Corporation As Senior Vice President of Community and Business Development for Autotask, Len is responsible for ensuring the continued success of Autotask’s global client base and identifying, building and nurturing our strategic industry alliances around the world. Client success programs include developing and delivering business building and product education content through Autotask Academy, facilitating peer partnerships and collaboration, and advising on sustainable revenue generating opportunities. Working with our strategic alliance vendor partners, the goal is to build tight integrations across a range of cloud services and managed services tools that result in automated, scalable business and service delivery processes for our clients.
A widely-recognized figure in the IT industry, Len has more than 30 years experience working as an employee and as an outsourced IT Service Provider for SMB’s and IT Departments of all sizes. Len's career began in 1982 when he joined AT&T as a Systems Engineer in the IT Department supporting end users around the globe. In 1986, he founded his own software development firm which ultimately evolved into a full service IT Service Provider serving the needs of SMB’s and enterprise clients.
Len joined Autotask in 2008. He graduated from Brown University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
 
Denis Edwards
Denis Edwards joined Edelman as Executive Vice President and Global Chief Information Officer in January 2013. In addition to his CIO role, Denis is also a member of Edelman’s Strategy Committee.
As CIO, Denis has overall responsibility for leading and coordinating all technology functions (including internal and client facing solutions) across Edelman’s global operations.
Prior to joining Edelman, Denis was Senior Vice President and Global Chief Information Officer for Fortune 200 workforce solutions provider ManpowerGroup. Denis has also held senior IT roles with Cadbury-Schweppes, the world's biggest confectionery company where he served as Vice President of Solutions and Architecture, PriceWaterhouseCoopers, where he served as Managing Director of Application Services; Marriott International, as Vice President of IS Strategy; and Marriott Vacation Club, as Chief Technology Officer. In addition to his Fortune 500 expertise, Denis has served as Chief Technology Officer for several successful start-up organizations.
Denis and his team at ManpowerGroup were recognized in 2011 and 2012 for innovation in the delivery of IT systems by Information Week Magazine. In 2012 Denis was also recognized by Forbes Magazine for his use of social media and by ExecRank as #7 on its list of Distinguished CIOs.
Denis holds a Master of Science Certificate in Information Technology from the University of Maryland, a Master Certificate in Six Sigma from Villanova University and a Bachelor of Science degree from Nova Southeastern University, where he graduated with honors. He is a member of Alpha Chi Honor Society.
Denis is also a member of the Advisory Board for the not-for-profit organization Guitars for Vets and participates in several other charities including the Make A Wish Foundation and Best Buddies. 
 
Craig Ethridge
Craig W. Ethridge is CIO for the American Medical Association, with expertise in creating highly effective IT organizations. Craig’s career has included leadership positions at several Fortune 500 and Global 500 corporations, including Grainger, Staples, and Accenture.

Craig has also held thought leadership roles on technology Boards and Councils involving Mobile solutions and Agile methodologies and processes. He enjoys sharing his passion for enabling Organizations to fully realize the potential within their IT organizations, and has spoken on numerous occasions and conferences.

Craig lives in the Chicago area with his wife and two kids, and is engaged with several charitable organizations that include The House of Hope (an orphanage in Honduras), and CCO – a Chicago Shelter helping homeless families stay together and rebuild their lives.
 
Kevin Glynn
Kevin Glynn is the chief information officer for A. M. Castle & Co., where he is responsible for all information technology worldwide, including IT operations, new system developments, and telecommunications.
From mid-2012 until early 2013, Glynn was appointed acting vice president of operations and oversaw continued improvements in safety, reductions in overall energy costs, the disposal of unnecessary real estate, and the initial implementation of the Toyota Production System.
Previously, Glynn was chief operating officer of IRON Solutions, Inc., a venture backed IT company specializing in data, software and media in the agriculture equipment market. As the former CIO of Case New Holland, he launched several projects, including worldwide implementations for finance, after-market parts sales, warranty, manufacturing and a system for logistics. He previously was a vice president with Oracle Corporation, holding P&L positions based in Europe, the U.S., and Latin America.
Glynn has an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a B.S. in industrial engineering from Northwestern University.
 
Ron Guerrier
Ron Guerrier serves as the Corporate Manager & Divisional Information Officer (DIO) for Toyota Financial Services (TFS). Ron oversee IT service delivery for all business
areas throughout the TFS Western Region which includes the US & Latin America. In his DIO role Ron leads a group of IT Business Relationship Directors and their staff in
providing application support and delivering a technology roadmap that advocates key investments and system renewals. Furthermore Ron leads the department’s innovation agenda which has recently opened an Innovation Lab as the centerpiece in fostering new technologies. The physical space of the iLab is open to both the business and IT encouraging hands-on brainstorming sessions to answer the “what if?” question. This role requires strong collaboration with the business, the technology group, the PMO, and various IT suppliers in leveraging the best technologies in delivering timely solutions allowing TFS to sustain a competitive edge.

Ron joined Toyota at the Chicago Financial Services Branch in 1996 on the business side as an Assistant Customer Account Representative. Since 1998 Ron has held various roles throughout the IT Department from Technology Manager Western Region, National Manager Enterprise Support Services responsible for the Service Desk & Data Center Operations, and Chief Technology Officer. In his free time Ron volunteers for various mentoring programs, raises awareness & donations for his parent’s homeland of Haiti, & enjoys spending time with his wife & two children. Ron earned his Bachelors Degree in Finance & Economics from the University Of Illinois & his Masters Degree in Management from North Park University in Chicago.
 
 
Jean Luber
Jean A. Luber is Chief Information Office and Vice President at Schwarz Supply Source. She has over 25 years of information systems and technology experience with a track record of creatively solving business problems, over half of which has been in industry technology executive leadership positions. Jean has teamed with business leadership to align technology and business strategy; led technology startups and turnarounds and leveraged strong project management skills to produce value and bottom line results.

Jean holds a B.S and M.A.S in Accounting from the University of Illinois, passed the CPA certification exam and is an Adjunct Professor at the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management, teaching graduate level Project Management.  
 
Patrick Moroney
Mr. Moroney is currently CIO at Central States Funds (CSF), which is a Taft-Hartley organization operating as both a Pension Management and Health & Welfare TPA (Third Party Administrator) and is the largest multi-employer TPA in the country based in Rosemont.
Previous to CSF, Mr. Moroney was SVP Global Operations and Transformation running Kantar Information Technology Partnership, a global I.T. shared services unit of 550 staff supporting 250 market research companies of London-based Kantar, a WPP company. Prior to Kantar Mr. Moroney was President and Partner of The Barnier Group, LLC a Chicago-based business and technology search, projects and advisory firm and lead their CIO Advisory Practice. His primary work with Barnier Group was as senior technology advisor to the $8B private equity firm New Mountain Capital where he supported strategy, operations improvement, investments and staffing across their portfolio of 15 companies. Mr. Moroney has been a business and IT leader for 30+ years including twelve years experience in large-cap CIO roles at Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC - Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois, Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma), The ServiceMaster Company (Terminix TruGreen, Merry Maids, others) and the Food and Nutrition Sector of Monsanto (G.D. Searle, NutraSweet, Equal, Ortho Brands, others). Mr. Moroney has significant global experience having lead major organizations, programs and projects in large scale ERP and system implementations, business transformations, change management efforts, outsourcing and M&A.
Mr. Moroney is also President of Technology Leaders Association (TLA) (www.techleaders.net) a collegial networking organization for senior technology executives with membership of 3,500. He is a BOD member of i.c.stars (www.icstars.org) which helps train up technology and business leaders from economically challenged environments as well as a BOD member for www.Saluteinc.org which helps wounded veterans and their families return to improved lives after active duty injuries.  
 
Todd Nugent
Todd Nugent is Chapman's Chief Information Officer. He is responsible for all Technology and Information Services departments. He developed a process of continual service improvement and business goal alignment as well as many first-of-their-kind internal and client facing services. He has also helped improve the efficiency of the Records, Library and Document Production departments, including Word Processing, Night Staff and the Chicago office secretaries.
Todd is also an adjunct professor at the University of Chicago, and formerly worked as the Chief Executive Officer at Aero Systems Consulting, the Director of Research Computing and the Senior Operating Systems Programmer at the University of Chicago, and as an experimental physics team member at the Fermilab National Accelerator Laboratory.
 
Frank Reneke
Mr. Reneke is responsible for corporate strategy around product lines offered, service components offered for each product line, service level commitments, geographies served, global tax, legal and regulatory strategy, and global service delivery models. His responsibilities include collaborating with Rimini Street’s marketing group on product marketing projects, demand generation projects, and marketing communications. He is also in charge of Rimini Streets Payroll TAX engine product for SAP.

Mr. Reneke holds a Bachelor of Science from Florida State University and a Master of Science from San Diego State University, and has completed all but his dissertation at the University of Florida for a Doctorate in Educational Leadership.
 
Bob Ruf
Mr. Ruf is Managing Director of the Chicago and Milwaukee markets for Judge Technical Staffing, a subsidiary of The Judge Group.

Mr. Ruf has 14 years of experience in technical staffing and human resource consulting. Prior to Judge, he was a senior account manager for a leading IT staffing firm, where he successfully managed the staffing and professional development needs for various Fortune 500 companies.

Mr. Ruf received his bachelor's degree in business marketing from Eastern Illinois University.
 
Nag Vaidyanathan
Mr. Vaidyanathan is a senior leader with 16+ years of P&C insurance experience in the strategy, solution design, delivery and implementation of very large scale initiatives - Enterprise Application Integration, Reporting, Dashboards and Analytics capabilities, Electronic Signature, and overseeing multi business unit initiatives. I have been accountable for the budget, financial and non-financial controls, ensuring compliance and risk management in addition to delivery during this time frame.
My areas of expertise include the domains of P&C Claims Management, Product Management, People transformation, Human Resources and Skills Management, Inventory and Production Management, and Finance.
 

Jim Vaselopulos
Jim Vaselopulos is a seasoned business executive with domain expertise in Financial Services, Marketing, Manufacturing and Service Industries. Jim works closely with many firms to help align business needs and technology for competitive advantage. His many roles include Senior Vice President at PSC Group, LLC, interim CIO at several organizations and strategic business consultant to many others. His speaking engagements include regional executive events, various podcasts, industry organizations and technology-centric educational institutions such as the University of Illinois. Jim holds an Engineering degree from the University of Illinois and an MBA from Marquette University.

 
Joe Visconti
Joe Visconti is the Chief Technology Officer for Parsons, headquartered in Pasadena, CA. His role is to develop the corporate IT roadmap to help achieve Parsons business goals. This entails having an intimate knowledge of Parsons market strategies, a wealth of understanding as regards the state of IT in Engineering and Construction, and a practical sense for how to incorporate the latest IT trends at Parsons. The role includes oversight for computing standards, enterprise architecture, IT innovation, competitive intelligence, and vendor management. Joe has spent 33 years in IT related positions for global engineering firms during an IT career that spans 39 years. Other industry experience includes IT engagements for local government, financial, and mortgage banking institutions.
