Alex Bratton
Alex Bratton is the CEO and chief geek of Lextech Global Services, a mobile app development company that helps clients evaluate business workflows to identify and build apps that improve processes. Their mobile apps are reinventing industries for the global 2000 through mid market companies, generating billions of dollars for clients.

Alex is a technology visionary, author, and entrepreneur who founded 9 other companies before Lextech. He also currently serves as CEO for LexRay, an organization that offers award-winning mobile operations center technology to clients ranging from federal agencies to universities. Alex received his BS degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois.
 
Dale Forbes
Dale Forbes is Corporate IT Lead and VP of Enterprise Applications at Reyes Holdings. After starting out as a software developer at Jim Beam, Dale’s 25-year career expanded to leading global areas of IT such as Applications, Infrastructure & Operations, PMO, and IT Strategy. Dale has served on Advisory Councils for technical publications and technology companies. In addition to serving as IT Lead for Reyes Holdings Corporate, Dale is responsible for providing application strategies for enterprise systems shared across Reyes’ multiple business units. Recent initiatives include strategies for BYOD and Mobile Application Development. Dale is active in the support for i.c. stars and the annual Avon Walk for Breast Cancer
 
Jim Johnson
Dr. James (Jim) Johnson is the Director of Instructional & Information Technology in the Bayh College of Education at Indiana State University. He received his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with a Secondary Education certification from Muskingum University. He also holds a Master of Education degree from Ohio University in Curriculum and Instruction with an Education Technology specialty. Jim completed his Ph.D. at Indiana State in Curriculum and Instruction with an Education Technology specialty. Jim has worked as a Director of Technology at the K-12 and university levels and has taught graduate courses as an adjunct professor for several universities. His research interests include the use of social media in education, open source software, the use of mobile technology in education, digital textbooks usage in education, and teacher education. He also operates his own business, JohnsonTech Computer Services.
 
Bill Kleyman
Bill Kleyman is a veteran technologist with experience in data center design, management, and deployment. His architecture work includes virtualization and cloud deployments as well as business network design and implementation. Bill enjoys writing, blogging, and educating colleagues about technology. He has published over 800 articles, numerous podcasts and webcasts and has participated in many other forms of interactive media. He has also published whitepapers on cloud computing, mobility, data center design, and managing IT environments. Bill works as featured writer, contributor and author and his work has been published on Data Center Knowledge, Business Week, Tech Target, UBM DeusM, UBM TechWeb, and many others. Fred Kwong

Dr. Fred Kwong has been in the information technology field for the past 15 years in working in education, financial, and telecommunication sectors. Fred currently works at a Farmers Insurance where he currently is the Global Head of Privileged Access Control. Fred is currently building a new program seeking to govern, control, and profile privileged identities throughout the enterprise.
Fred’s work includes the creation of security and privacy policies, standards, and procedures. He is a subject matter expert in PCI, leading organizations to pass their report on compliance. With an extensive background in IT technologies, Fred continues to challenge the status quo by providing guidance in security and network architecture creating holistic designs that align to todays’ threat vector for organizations.
Fred has a passion of combining IT skills with organization development values. His broad range of IT skills has allowed him to view IT from many different paradigms and present them to the business partners in an easy to understand language. Fred servers as an adjunct professor at Benedictine and Roosevelt University teaching courses in international business, organization behavior, project management, and information systems. He holds a Ph.D. from Benedictine University and earned his master’s degree in business administration from Roosevelt University. Fred is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), a Certified Information Systems Manager (CISM), and a PCI Professional (PCIP).

 
Shaun Lovick
Shaun is a hands-on technology executive who is very involved with the solutions that NVISIA's practitioners provide to industry leading enterprises. Shaun's deep experience in bringing leading edge technology to NVISIA's enterprise software development customers gives him practical insight into the enterprise's adoption of mobile applications.

Shaun started with NVISIA nearly 20 years ago and has worked his way through the ranks to become the company President. Over the years he worked as a software developer, an architect, a project manager and for the last 5 years has worked with many clients on their adoption strategy for innovative technologies. In addition to his technology leadership experience, Shaun has significant experience in the financial, healthcare and healthcare insurance industries.  
 
Avinash Misra
Avinash Misra is a technology entrepreneur with a passion for mobility. He Co-Founded Endeavour in 2002 and is currently serving as CEO; he sits out of Endeavour's Austin office. At his core Avinash is a die-hard mobility enthusiast who pushes the limits of technology and emerging markets. He is driven by the idea that the impact of mobility on both individuals and enterprises is as seminal as it is pervasive. His ability to engage with customers to create new ideas around mobility and execute large-scale projects has helped Endeavour.
 

Mark Panthofer
Mark recently returned to NVISIA after spending the last 7 years working as an IT Executive. His last 5 years included deep involvement in the software development process and design as the VP of IT for a SaaS provider where he leveraged a lean development process to support a highly agile business model. His team supported over 600 websites, 2 million visitors per month and more than 3000 leading corporate customers using a continuous integration model with several feature releases per week.

In his new role as NVISIA's Executive Director of Strategic Marketing, Mark works closely with NVISIA's President to package NVISIA's 22 years of enterprise software development experience into high-impact service offerings for clients who need a trusted software development partner.

 
Duane Schau
Duane J. Schau – Has spoken at many national and international venues including the Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE), South Pacific Users Conference (SPUC), Microsoft MIX, EDUCAUSE, Citrix, Acuta and others. As Director for Leveraged Support; Duane is charged with realigning the leveraged support model for efficiency and effectiveness developing university-wide strategy for information technology to leverage IT resources efficient and effectively and provide services and support to IT leaders throughout Indiana University. He oversees two action items associated with the Indiana University Strategic Plan. As project Lead for Strategic Plan Action Item 29, he is building productivity awareness to better leverage skills with IT professionals across the university. Additionally, as project Lead for Strategic Plan Action Item 22b is developing the new enterprise model for managing the compute lifecycle. This model optimizes efficiencies for IT associated with procuring, managing and securing personal computing and application delivery. Duane holds a B.A. degree in Geography from Indiana University and past positions include Executive Director for Engagement for Alumni Relations as well as Chief Technology Officer for the College of Arts and Sciences at Indiana University.
