Randy Wimmer

Accomplished, results driven leader with over 25 years of IT and business experience. Developer of strategies as well as tactical solutions enabling IT Portfolio Management and PMO capabilities within various companies such as Allstate Insurance, MillerCoors and currently Walgreens. Successfully and consistently demonstrates an ability to deliver seamless, cost effective solutions leveraging critical thinking and established frameworks (e.g. PMBOK, CMM, ITIL, etc.). Enjoys working in a team setting that utilizes common goal/objectives definition, collaboration, joint problem solving, and knowledge sharing. Develops fellow professionals (internally/externally) by providing coaching, mentoring, and serving as a volunteer conference chairman for CAMP IT Conferences. He is an avid craft beer fan and is planning to take the Certified Cicerone exam.

Jennifer Ciolino
Jen Ciolino is responsible for Enterprise Portfolio Management for Dow Corning and manages a department of program and project managers that deliver IT and enterprise programs and projects. She is part of the IT Leadership Team and works closely with Dow Corning’s enterprise architecture function to articulate the IT portfolio in terms of business value and its fit in the overall enterprise portfolio.

Prior to Dow Corning, Jen established and managed the governance process for technology investment decisions at Grant Thornton LLP. Jen has expertise and experience in many areas of IT, including IT Strategy, strategic business alignment, project management, vendor management, SDLC, and architecture and design. Jen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Computer Science and is ITIL v.3 Foundations Certified.
Richard Cunliffe
Richard has broad international experience in Global Information Technology delivery. His experience spans multiple industries from Professional Financial Services and Recruitment in Europe to more recently Global Healthcare, Sales, Manufacturing and Distribution. He has a proven track record of building successful IT teams from the ground up while executing large scale global IT project delivery in both private and public sectors. He is well versed in project and portfolio management, planning, and delivery with thorough experience in Infrastructure, Operations, Service Delivery, Applications and Business Relationship Management. He specializes in driving positive net present value project delivery in addition to consolidating and simplifying computing landscapes to maximize return on net assets.
Charlie Curcio
Charlie Curcio is a Financial Management Consultant currently serving on UMT's Technology Advisory Committee. He is a former Vice President and Corporate Services Chief Financial Officer of MetLife where he was responsible for all financial management and reporting activities supporting all Corporate Service Areas, including Global Technology and Operations. Prior to that, he was Vice President and CFO of MetLife’s Wholesale Distribution Company. Charlie joined MetLife in April 2006.
Prior to MetLife, Charlie was Senior Vice President and CFO of the Technology and Operations Group of AXA Financial, Inc. In that role, he was responsible for all financial management, analysis and planning within Information Technology as well as Life, Annuity and Disability Operations. He also was responsible for Enterprise wide Business Continuity, Project Management and Six Sigma. He also participated with the AXA Group’s Global IT Organization on initiatives that supported the creation of a World Class Global Technology Service Organization. He joined AXA in 1988.
He served as Chairman of the Financial Assurance Federal Credit Union from 1998 through 2002 and currently serves on the Board as a Director. He is a past President of the New York Chapter of the Institute of Management Accountants.
Charlie earned a B.A. in Accounting from Queens College and a M.B.A in Finance from Adelphi University, both in New York.
Adrienne DiPaolo
Ms. DiPaolo has more than 20 years of business and information technology experience that spans a number of industries including manufacturing, financial services, insurance and hospitality. She has enabled and revitalized PMO’s with a focus on people, process and technology as well as executed major enterprise programs in dynamic environments.
Prior to joining Trustmark as Executive Director of Portfolio Management and Governance she was responsible for Delivery Services and the PMO practice for ResultsPositive, a Hewlett Packard platinum PPM implementation partner.
Preceding her role at ResultsPositive, she was responsible for building out the US PMO for a global insurance provider which included integrating the system development and project management lifecycles and supporting processes, resource management, demand management as well as portfolio management with integration into strategic planning. As a seasoned senior leader she is well versed in project and portfolio management, system development lifecycle, strategic and operational planning, lean sigma, organizational change management as well as a number of compliance and governance frameworks.
Noland Eidsmoe
Noland is a Clarity PPM Solutions Architect/Engagement Manager who is widely recognized as a CA Clarity PPM thought leader. Noland is a CA Clarity-certified consultant and educator, a frequent guest speaker in the Clarity User Group Communities, a PMI-published author on Project Portfolio Management, and an acknowledged expert in CA Clarity Financials, and Open Workbench. He is an expert in the use of training development applications including CA CAPA and Camtasia Studio for advanced CBT product development. His CA Clarity experience started with ABT/ Niku Corporation where he served as a Principal Consultant providing PMO and Project Management consulting, training, coaching, and mentoring. Certifications include Project Management Professional (PMP), Registered Professional Engineer (PE), Clarity Functional, ITIL v3, and Prince2.
Keith Elliott
Keith Elliott is an IT Portfolio Manager at Allstate Insurance. He is PMP certified and has over 30 years of professional experience working for companies such as McGraw-Hill and Houghton Mifflin. He can be reached at RKeithElliott@att.net.
John Fechenbach
John provides Digital Celerity with over 30 years of Information Technology experience, having served as a Director of IT for international manufacturing, electronics, and aerospace and defense companies before becoming engaged in consulting services. He has also held management operations and staff positions in these industries. His consulting experience has included PPM and Call Center solutions, as well as leading ERP, C RM and EAI projects. John was instrumental in starting the CRM practice for a major Siebel partner, and served as Practice Director for the services delivery organization.

Using his broadly based background in business and technology, John brings a pragmatic perspective to his engagements, one that looks for solutions that are both elegant and provide value to the client. He leads Digital Celerity's Clarity PPM Practice, and is a thought leader in Clarity PPM Financials, Integration, and Project & Portfolio industry best practices.

John is APICS certified, and holds an MBA in International Business from the Daniels School of Business at the University of Denver.

Greg Hubbard

Greg is a technology professional with achievements in small and large organizations, from dot-com startups to Fortune 1000 companies. Currently he is the Executive Director of Technology for Cengage Learning. In this role, he is responsible for creating and executing the strategy for seamless integration of 4 core functions: Web Development (multiple teams), Architecture, Quality Assurance, and Business Analytics. Greg has been engaged as a subject matter expert for the relationship between business strategy & IT, cloud computing, business intelligence as related to revenue growth and the roles of social networking within a company. He has also acted as a technology consultant for developing companies. He previously held technology positions at Q Interactive, Trans Union Corp, and CNA Insurance.

Tom Lentz
Tom currently serves as a Senior IT Business Relationship Manager for Motorola Solutions and has over thirteen years of Information Technology experience. Tom holds a Masters in Business Administration as well as a Digital Six Sigma Greenbelt & ITIL foundations certification. The majority of Tom's career has been spent in an IT business partner facing role where he has learned the value of properly managing IT investment portfolios while maintaining a lean mentality. Tom has experience partnering with business executives on planning and directing information technology solutions across Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Services and Finance. He is proficient in Portfolio and Program Management, Business Case Development, Business Capability Road Mapping and Supplier Management. He has managed several multi-million dollar portfolios with delivery spanning numerous internal organizations and external providers. Motorola Solutions is an $8B maker of mission-critical communication products and services for enterprise and government customers worldwide.

Tony McClain

Tony brings over 30 years of professional management experience to his role as a Senior Client Partner at Geneca. He serves Geneca clients by leveraging technology to solve their business challenges and ensuring they get full value from their software investment. He is appreciated by clients and co-workers alike as a trusted, collaborative leader and mentor, committed to the growth and success of everyone he works with.
Tony comes to Geneca from Daugherty where he was Head of Delivery and a leading Principal Consultant after successfully performing several IT delivery roles. Prior to that, Tony worked as a lead Software Engineer at Dominick’s. In addition to many years in retail food management at both Dominick’s and Jewel Food Stores, Tony has vertical industry experience in Enterprise Software and Services, Media, Financial Services, Healthcare, and Retail. He received his B.S. in Finance from Illinois State University and his B.S. in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University.


Ram Narain
Ram Narain has over 20 years experience in establishing and executing IT Portfolio and Program management frameworks across various industry verticals. His expertise includes: establishment of effective IT governance processes, IT vendor management, development of Project Lifecycle frameworks and continuous improvement of operational processes. He is currently the Director of PMO for Global Initiatives and Planning at Aon. In this current role, he is responsible for the strategy and execution of a global IT infrastructure PMO. Prior to his current role, he was a senior program manager at IBM where he drove the implementation of complex program frameworks for Fortune 500 clients. He is a certified project management professional (PMP) and an IBM Certified executive program manager.

Paul Niser
Paul Niser has twenty years’ experience in the areas of Information Technology, Legal and Compliance. Paul brings to the table a wide range of experiences in Information Security, Privacy, Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery, IT Audit, Risk Management, Vendor Due Diligence and Program Management. He has previously worked for some of the world's largest and most successful financial firms including GCM Grosvenor, Citadel Investment Group and Bank of America. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Chicago chapter of InfraGard and was selected as a participant in the FBI's Citizens Academy. He has written articles for Microsoft's MSDN, Windows Magazine, Exchange and Outlook Magazine, Exchange and Outlook Administrator and Toastmasters International Magazine. Paul is a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM).
Christopher Peckham
With over 20 years of technology and project management experience in the consulting, investment/banking, internet, distribution and healthcare industries, Mr. Peckham specializes in implementing sustaining project and portfolio management methodologies. His experience includes leading development and infrastructure projects and programs, establishing and leading Project Management Offices, and developing and leading training sessions. By integrating project processes with portfolio management, service delivery frameworks and other operational processes, he exposes opportunities to help improve and maintain a company-wide focus on business objectives.
Mr. Peckham is currently Vice President, Project Standards at The Northern Trust. 

Rebecca Porterfield

Rebecca Porterfield is both a Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) and a Project Management Professional (PMP), bringing 15 years’ experience in project management and project portfolio management. Over the last eight years, she has become a passionate agilist, leading several organizations through successful transformations from chaos to predictability at the team to the portfolio management levels. Rebecca is a recognized thought leader in agile project portfolio management frequently interviewed for best-practices in PMO building for PM Network, PMI’s national trade magazine. While she has worked in a variety of environments, from two-person start-ups to academics and even Fortune 500 companies, her love and specialty is in giving small to mid-sized, fast-growing organizations just the right amount of process to allow scaling without losing entrepreneurialism, agility and energy.

Mike Rodak
Mike Rodak has over 18 years of experience managing change and business transformation for companies both in the Unites States and Europe. He has successfully assisted Fortune 500 firms navigating complex transformation issues relating to Innovation Management, IT Transformation, Portfolio Optimization and Program Delivery. Mike leads the North American manufacturing practice for Pcubed and is based in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
Claude Scher
Claude is a graduate of Compiegne Technology University in France with an engineering degree in Computer Science and holds a master in Business Administration from Marquette University in Milwaukee. Since 2012, Claude has been a repeat presenter at the CAMP IT Portfolio Management Conferences
Throughout his career, he has had the chance to be involved and managed at different level of leadership a variety of projects and programs in the Information Technology and Supply Chain field. At GE Healthcare, Claude managed several global IT implementation projects for Supply Chain and Manufacturing spanning across Europe, Asia and North America. At Kohler and Johnson Controls, he was responsible for large ERP implementations with an opportunity to perform complex contract management including portfolio management work.
More recently, Claude spent 4 years at MillerCoors as an Enterprise Portfolio Manager, overseeing the implementation of a new PPM solution as well as the deployment of several Portfolio planning and sequencing processes as well as release / dependencies management.
Claude is currently the PMO manager for Charter Manufacturing, a very large family-owned steel and iron production and manufacturing company in Mequon, WI where he enjoys working on maturing PMO organizations.
Claude is also the current President of the PMI Milwaukee / Southeast WI Chapter.  
Claire Schwartz
Claire Schwartz is a Senior Business Process Consultant with Daptiv and has over 30 years’ experience in designing and implementing Project Portfolio Management processes and tools. She has worked with a wide variety of organizations and disciplines including information technology, new product development, supply chain management, education, transportation, and financial services.
Prior to joining Daptiv in 2009, Ms. Schwartz was the Director of Projects and Plans for the Information Technology Division of Saint Louis University where she was responsible for designing, implementing and supporting project management, project portfolio management, resource management, and strategy development and management. While at Saint Louis University, Claire managed the evaluation, selection and implementation of Daptiv across the Information Technology organization.
An authority in her field, Claire has developed and taught numerous courses in project and project portfolio management and written on a variety of topics including project management maturity, project and portfolio management methodology and implementation approaches, and choosing and implementing project management software packages.
Ms. Schwartz is a graduate of the University of Michigan and has earned a Stanford Certified Project Manager (SCPM) credential from the Stanford Center for Professional Development.
Rich Skibski
Rich has over 25 years of IT experience, with the last 20 focused on project management and PMOs. He has built, executed, and taught project management methodologies and estimating models in both consulting and in-house settings. Rich also has expertise in IT demand, portfolio, and financial management. Currently, he manages the PPM team for Grant Thornton, LLP. One of the team’s core responsibilities is IT resource utilization and capacity management, including the analysis and reporting of past, present, and future trends. Rich holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Illinois.
Lisa Snyder
Currently Lisa is the Director, IT Program Management at Walgreens Boots Alliance. Over the last fifteen years she has implemented Portfolio, Program, Project and Resource Management capabilities at several companies including True Value and Constellation Brands. She also has experience across a variety of technologies – ERP, Category Management, custom tools, content management, and custom web tools. Lisa has an MBA from Kellogg and a BS in Electrical Engineering from University of Illinois.
Bill Stamos
Bill Stamos serves as the Associate Director IT PMO for Astellas Pharma US. He has more than 20 years experience in IT Portfolio, Program, Project Management and Methodology Development. Prior roles have included Global consulting for clients in Financial Services, Pharma, Retail and Energy Services. He is an active member of the PMO Roundtable and PMI Chicagoland Chapter Executive Council.
Jeanine Vincent
Oracle business consultant Jeanine Vincent has more than 20 years of experience delivering business and technology consulting services. She is an expert in the design and implementation of innovation processes and decision support systems, encompassing ideation, phase- and gate-based new product development, project management and portfolio management. Her expertise includes the creation and use of portfolio management applications and executive dashboards for improved decision-making. Jeanine has consulted with global leaders in the chemicals, financial services, food and beverage and consumer packaged goods industries.
Tim Washington
Tim is a senior IT Portfolio Analyst at Costco Wholesale supporting demand management and capacity planning with Planview Enterprise. In his previous role at the Boeing Company, Tim was a Portfolio Analyst for a Program Planning organization and helped lead the enterprise portfolio management community of practice. He is passionate about portfolio management, strategic execution, and operational excellence. Tim is a Six Sigma black belt and will complete an MBA at Seattle University with a specialization in leadership formation this Spring. Tim has contributed to the Enterprise Management Association-International (EMA-I) and has given presentations on portfolio management at Project World and the PMI Puget Sound chapter.  
Rich Weller
Rich Weller is a senior practitioner at Pcubed and has over 30 years of experience planning and delivering successful project, program and portfolio management initiatives. Rich has delivered multiple classes on innovation and portfolio management and is an adjunct professor at Washtenaw College as well as a frequent industry speaker for PMI and MPUG events. He has an MBA, and is Six Sigma, PMI, Microsoft Project and Project Server certified.
