Rob Fosnaugh
Rob Fosnaugh has been involved in developing insurance-related information systems solutions for more than 15 years. He joined Brotherhood Mutual Insurance in 2007 and serves as manager of business intelligence. Rob is responsible for the implementation of business intelligence into the decision activities of Brotherhood. Over the past four years he has taken on the task of building an enterprise-wide BI culture which has been met with enthusiastic success using Information Builders WebFOCUS and Microsoft SQL Server.

Recently Rob has enjoyed speaking at multiple events demonstrating the business intelligence solutions that have been developed at Brotherhood as well as the steps involved in bringing the business into full ownership of their analytic needs.
 
Craig Jordan
Craig has been a software developer and architect for more than 15 years. After first applying data warehousing and business intelligence to software process improvement in the mid 90s, he moved into architecting and leading the development of web applications. As Business Intelligence Advisor, Craig is accountable for leading the development or a long range business intelligence architecture applying concepts from transactional system architecture to the business intelligence environment.  
 

Duane Lyons

Mr. Lyons is a member of Clarity Solution Group’s Leadership Team and leads its Retail / Consumer Packaged Goods practice. He is also the executive owner for the Consumer720 solution. Previously, he was a partner in the Information Transformation Practice at Infosys Consulting for 8+ years, where he led a $200M USD practice. He has extensive experience in customer operations, master data management (with an emphasis on customer and product subject areas) and Business Intelligence (18+ years) and acts as a subject matter expert in database marketing and business intelligence strategies. Prior to joining Infosys Consulting, Mr. Lyons led the open systems BI practice of Inforte and managed the Managed Analytics competency. That competency acted as the “data” agency of record for clients such as America Online and Estee Lauder and handled ongoing design, execution, and measurement of marketing campaigns.
Mr. Lyons has vast industry experience as well with companies such as CVS/Caremark, Hillshire Brands, American Greetings, Newell Rubbermaid, Bank of America, Royal Bank of Scotland, and United Airlines.
In addition, Mr. Lyons has been a frequent speaker at MDM conferences and numerous national and regional marketing conferences including DMA conventions, NCDM, and DMDays in New York. Mr. Lyons has also participated as chairperson of the Database Marketing SIG of the Chicagoland Association of Direct Marketing (CADM).
Duane has an M.S in Computer Science from DePaul University (1997) and a B.S. in Interdisciplinary Engineering from Purdue University (1990).

Jim Vaselopulos
Jim Vaselopulos is a seasoned business executive with domain expertise in Financial Services, Marketing, Manufacturing and Service Industries. Jim works closely with many firms to help align business needs and technology for competitive advantage. His many roles include Senior Vice President at PSC Group, LLC, interim CIO at several organizations and strategic business consultant to many others. His speaking engagements include regional executive events, various podcasts, industry organizations and technology-centric educational institutions such as the University of Illinois. Jim holds an Engineering degree from the University of Illinois and an MBA from Marquette University.
