Farrukh Ali

Farrukh has a unique combination of skills having experience from the factory floor to headquarters strategic planning. His analytical, process centric, and innovation skills developed leading teams, operations and holding management positions at Pomeroy, CompuCom, DecisionOne, UNISYS and IBM. He is engaged in enabling clients revolutionize their operations to become world class. Through innovative ideas and insight accelerate the journey. Functional experience: Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Field Sales, Financial Planning & Analysis, Marketing, Field Services, New Product Development, Outsourcing Transition, Program Management, Continuous Improvement and Strategic Planning.
Farrukh received his MBA from University Pittsburgh along with an MS in Civil and Environmental Engineering. He received his BS in Mechanical Engineering and BA in Economics from Lafayette College.
 
Joe Hertvik
Joe Hertvik is the Data Center Manager for the Schwarz division of Bunzl USA in Morton Grove, IL. Joe has been involved in IT operations management for 20+ years. He is also a subject matter expert for IBM Power systems running the IBM i platform (formerly iSeries) , having written over 1,500 articles on IBM i administration. Joe is also the owner of Hertvik Business Services, a marketing that produces white papers, case studies, and other materials for tech companies.
 
Michael Hutchinson
Michael has held a variety of roles in his 23 year tenure at Oracle. Currently Group Vice President of Cloud Services Customer Management, he is responsible for all Managed Cloud customers in North America and LAD as well as a global Managed Services team. He joined Cloud Services 10 years ago establishing a Customer Management team and global governance model. Prior to dedicating focus to Cloud Services, he managed Oracle Advanced Customer Services and Enterprise Service Delivery teams as part of Oracle's Global Product Support organization.
He began work at Oracle in Oracle Consulting Services where he was responsible for the Oracle Consulting Applications delivery team for US West region. Responsibilities included: consulting sales, delivery and overall practice P&L.
Michael is experienced in large, global implementations of Oracle software across many different industries.
 
Joe Jaruseski
Joe has over 25 years of experience in IT Infrastructure and Operations management at major Fortune 500 corporations in the Chicago area. He has experience in all areas of infrastructure from PCs to mainframes and everything else in between, with extreme customer focus. Currently, he is the Director of IT Infrastructure for a leading Illinois school district covering 22 schools, 17,500 students and 2400 staff.
 
Todd Lattanzi
Todd Lattanzi, Director Product Management, is responsible for LAN infrastructure, which includes both wired and wireless LAN products, management systems, and services. Reporting to Todd are Jamie Britnell, Michelle Southerland, and Patrick Price. Patrick will soon transition back to Engineering after completing his successful rotation in Product Management. Critical to our success is to capitalize on our virtualized solution while expanding our differentiation by providing a converged wired and wireless solution. Further expansion of products and features is also essential to solidify our offerings in premise based, managed solutions, and wireless offload. Our management system will be key to this endeavor, as well as providing management solutions across the divisions by integrating with AOE. Growing services will continue to be a focus for us, and we are striving to simplify part numbers and ordering, improve delivery, and expand our service offerings.

Tom Leach – Senior Solution Strategist for Service Management at Digital Celerity. Tom brings a practical approach to Service Management. With 14 years of experience in Service Management, infrastructure, and IT Operations management Tom has great insight into the challenges IT organizations face today with increasing business demands and expectations for IT organizations to provide technology and processes to accommodate customer demand and growth. Tom is ITIL V3 certified and has been a Solution Strategist for CA Technologies and Digital Celerity for the past 5 years helping customers integrate new technologies into their business to meet and exceed expectations with successful implementations and processes to support their IT and business requirements.
