James Anfield
Jim joins the Land of Lincoln Health team as its Vice President of Information Technology with 20-plus years of experience in IT, strategic planning and program management. He is responsible for managing all aspects of the organization’s IT strategy and operations. Prior to joining Land of Lincoln Health, Jim was Director, CIO Advisory – Health Care for KPMG LLP and Senior Director of Health IT at Health Care Service Corporation. He is founder and partner of the Technology Leaders Association, founder and president of the Strategic Management Association, and a published author and speaker.
Partha Biswas
Partha Biswas is the Group President and Corporate CIO for Middleby Corporation, a global leader in the food service and food processing equipment industry. As a member of the Middleby executive management team, Partha is responsible for overall Corporate Strategy and global Information Technology functions. Partha also has full P&L responsibility for multiple domestic and international foodservice equipment divisions within Middleby Corporation.
Partha received his Bachelor of Technology degree in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology and an MBA from the Colorado State University. 
Alex Brown
Alex Brown, 10th Magnitude Founder and CEO, sees cloud as a tech industry tsunami, and he is harnessing its power to enable his clients’ businesses to thrive. “Cloud is the most profound change we’ve seen in IT since the Internet,” he says. “When we help a client adopt cloud technology—in one form or many—that company can then tackle so many new opportunities that it unleashes a torrent of business innovation. If it sounds like Alex views cloud technology’s effect on businesses like an economist, that’s not surprising. He has an undergraduate degree from Oberlin in economics and an MBA from Yale. So when he approaches clients’ technology solutions, he views their businesses and markets in a holistic way to help them add the most value with the least resources.

Alex currently sits on Microsoft’s Global Azure Advisory Committee and the Board of the Xchange Network, as well as several non-profit boards. He is a frequent speaker at a variety of industry events and conferences.
When he’s not singing cloud’s praises to all who will listen or helping clients realize their business potential, Alex spends time with his wife, two kids and their dog, Reuben, whom he named in honor of the sandwich. He lives in Glencoe, IL, where he sometimes gets to play Xbox—if he can wrest the controller from his 11-year-old son’s hand—and writes well-received Yelp reviews.
Eytan Dallal
Eytan Dallal is an experienced IT business executive specializing in IT strategy and execution, staff leadership and project management. With over 18 years of experience in IT, Eytan has worked with CEOs and CIOs from an expanse of industries developing and leading technology solutions, and has been the keynote speaker at technology seminars discussing strategies and tactics to IT professionals. Eytan is currently the CIO of the Illinois Framework, a government agency at the State of Illinois dedicated to interoperability and data sharing between State agencies. Prior to working at the State of Illinois, Eytan was Director at the Bureau of Technology at Cook County, the nation's second largest county government. Eytan holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Management from Northeastern Illinois University and is certified in Scrum and ITIL.
John Falsetti
John is an I.T executive that has spent most of his career helping Non-Profits solve business problems through technology. He has spent 25 years in the higher education, medical and for the past 14 years in child welfare. Johns present Employer Mayville Academy is a non for profit child welfare agency that serves children and young adults in need.
Johns goals for the next few years it to implement an Electronic Medical Record system at Maryville. He is also working on a long term Maryville initiative to support agency decision making in part through data driven business intelligence and outcome measurements . Also has started an initiative to map and optimize every paper/people driven workflow and migrate the result to an electronic environment.
John is a native of Chicago and lives in the near west suburbs with his wife and two children.
William Gates
Bill Gates is the Director of Enterprise Architecture at Excellus Blue Cross Blue Shield in Rochester, NY where he is responsible for the Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, Data Architecture, and Business Process Engineering team. Responsibilities for his team include Architecture Principle Definition, Target State Architecture(s), process optimization, and delivery of Solution options for specific business initiatives. His approach for delivery focuses on the communication and transparency required to provide insights to peers/stakeholders and enable sound decision making for the Enterprise.

Brian Greenberg
Brian Greenberg is the President & CEO of General System Dynamics. Brian Greenberg is one of the industries thought leaders in storage litigation readiness, eDiscovery, compliance, backup & archive, data protection, business continuance & disaster recovery and IT operations best practices.  Brian has been a subject matter expert and consultant for the leading storage services companies and Fortune 100 companies including StorageNetworks and GlassHouse.  Brian has been designing and managing data storage systems for nearly 20 years and has designed and managed systems for environments ranging from small dot-com start-ups to enterprise class storage systems for Fortune 100 companies including Motorola, Microsoft, Fujitsu, Washington Mutual and Bloomberg.  Additionally, as a frequent industry speaker, Mr. Greenberg addresses how organizations can better align legal and business requirements with IT and has presented several papers and participated as a panelist at several conferences including StorageDecisions, DataCenter Decisions, Ziff-Davis Enterprise Virtual Trade Show and CAMP IT Conferences.

John Higginson
As Chief Technology Officer, John leads the Information Technology departments at Wheels. His teams are responsible for developing and managing our client-facing applications, systems infrastructure and security, telecommunications, internal networks, and business continuance functions.

John has more than 20 years of technology leadership experience in fields like eCommerce, software development, datacenter design, systems architecture, and customer service tools. Most recently, John served as the Chief Technology Officer for FTD Companies, a leading provider of floral-related products, services and technologies. At FTD, he ran one of the largest retail websites in North America, handling millions of orders and customer interactions each year. Prior to FTD, John spent 14 years at Applied Systems, the largest independent software company in the property & casualty insurance industry, where he held a progression of IT management roles, ultimately serving as EVP of Technology.

Throughout his career, John has been active in a number of technology forums, and has appeared as a guest speaker at the ACORD|LOMA conference and various CIO summits. He is also an accomplished writer, having contributed articles to business and technology publications like Independent Agent and National Underwriter.

John holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Northern Illinois University and a Master of Science degree in IT and Privacy Law, with honors, from The John Marshall Law School.  
Jason Hinton
Jason Hinton is a Senior Enterprise Client Executive for Neudesic. With over 14 years of experience working with technology clients, his specialties include business development, process improvement, change management and IT infrastructure amid various industry verticals. For the last five years, Jason has also served on the CIO Development Committee for i.c. stars, a local non-profit group that partners with CIOs, and offers technology training and career placement for young adults with limited opportunities.

Dan Huberty
Dan Huberty is the CTO and VP Solutions Portfolio Management at Unisys. In his role with Unisys he crafts the overall Enterprise Services portfolio strategy and client solutions. Mr. Huberty is ITIL v3 certified as well as a Six Sigma Black belt and is an industry expert in the areas of service management and IT operations. Previously he was the Director, Enterprise Strategy and Planning, Office of the CIO for the Carlson companies. Mr. Huberty is a graduate of St. Mary's University of Minnesota.
Chris Kapcar
As Vice President of Technology Services at Outerwall, Chris oversees the Enterprise PMO, Quality Assurance, IT Business Operations, Business Relationship Management, and Enterprise Information Management groups. Chris joined Redbox in 2005 as Technology’s second hire, and since then, has filled a variety of leadership roles as the business grew rapidly from 400 redbox machines to over 45,000.
Over 19 years, Chris has developed broad IT experience in software engineering, project management, support/operations, and professional services. He’s worked in a variety of industries, including retail, entertainment, defense, management consulting, telecommunications, and automotive.
Prior to joining Redbox/Outerwall, Chris was a consultant at KPMG Consulting, and held web development roles at OneSoft, AT&T/BT Joint Venture Concert Telecommunications, and Ford Motor Company. He graduated from Bowling Green State University in Bowling Green, Ohio with a B.A. in English.
Cherie Kizer
Ms. Kizer was named Metra’s Chief Information Officer (CIO) in June 2014.
Ms. Kizer has more than 25 years’ experience in information technology and began her career as a software developer, then moved into consulting in the Detroit area, ultimately becoming Managing Partner for Proforma Corp., a start-up consulting and software development firm. After leaving Proforma, she held executive-level IT positions with progressive levels of responsibility at General Motors, Motorola and United Airlines before joining Berlin Packaging as its CIO in 2011.
Ms. Kizer holds a B.A. in Computer Science from Northwestern University and earned her M.B.A. from Oakland University in Rochester, Mich. She has also completed Six Sigma for Leaders training and attended the Center for Creative Leadership.
Robert Lachs
Robert Lachs is a 19-year veteran of the ERP software industry with a unique multidimensional perspective, having worked and consulted for companies implementing ERP solutions as well as having spent many years working directly
for the ERP vendors.
For 15 years Mr. Lachs worked in a variety of customer service and sales management roles at PeopleSoft and Oracle. Prior to his departure from Oracle in 2008, Mr. Lachs spent several years as a manager in the PeopleSoft support sales organization responsible for securing annual maintenance revenue objectives and enforcing Oracle’s pricing practices and policies.
Prior to joining Rimini Street Mr. Lachs worked at NET(net), a leading software investment optimization firm. While at NET(net), Mr. Lachs led a practice focused on optimizing ERP license and maintenance investments, with an emphasis on the Oracle, SAP and Lawson product families. In this capacity Mr. Lachs assessed financial arrangements, contracts, and license/maintenance portfolios; developed and executed strategies for investment optimization; and led direct negotiations with IT vendors. Through his work, Mr. Lachs has developed a deep appreciation of the compelling business drivers behind the move to third-party support.
Mr. Lachs holds a Bachelor of Arts in Speech and Business Communications from Butler University.
Mark Morris
Mark Morris, Director of Information Technology, CIO Ball Horticultural Company Ball Horticultural Company is a privately owned company that has been successful for over 100 years. The company is an internationally renowned breeder, producer and wholesale distributor of ornamental and vegetable plants and seeds. Ball has production and distribution facilities throughout the world.
Mark has degrees in Business Administration, Computer Science, and Mathematics, and over 25 years of experience in designing and managing enterprise applications in industries including wholesale distribution, food service, and horticulture. Mark began his career as an applications developer specializing in sales force automation, manufacturing, inventory management, sales and distribution applications.
Mark joined Ball Horticultural Company in 1996. He was hired to oversee Ball's business process improvement initiatives and went on to manage Ball's international SAP implementations, and is currently Director and CIO of Information Technology.
Mark and his team have turned Ball's IT into branded applications and services that are recognized throughout the industry; providing operational efficiency throughout the supply chain, and bringing Ball competitive advantages and measurable sales growth.

Praveen Moturu

Praveen Moturu is an innovative, accomplished business and technology leader, visionary with strategic leadership experience in transformation, technology and operations, promoting significant business and revenue growth within global and Fortune 500 multinational corporations. He has exceptional performance in global enterprises, start-up organizations, turnaround situations, cost-cutting mandates, IT systems/technology rationalization, and growth-oriented endeavors. John Quirk
John Quirk has been responsible for managing PSC’s Chicago area operations since 2008. John has extensive experience in leading consulting organizations and providing solutions to clients.
John first became involved with collaboration technologies as he created the first use of Lotus Notes at Bank of America. He then moved to Xpedior, Inc, where, as the Global Practice Leader - Enterprise Portals and Knowledge Management, he worked closely with senior executives to provide strategic guidance on e-Business, Enterprise Portal / Knowledge Management and many initiatives. Before joining PSC in 2004, he was also in charge of implementation of an Enterprise Portal Framework at a large insurance company, creation of a Personalization Model at a food service company, and creation of an Enterprise Portal Framework/Employee portal at a larger manufacturer.
Since joining PSC in 2004, John led the Enterprise Applications and the Advisory Services practices before taking on his current role of Vice President of Operations. In his current role, John oversees all aspects of our Chicago operation. He has been extensively involved in the creation of our Five Points of Excellence program and has helped lead the organization through a phase of steady and consistent growth.
John holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Economics degree from Bradley University.

Jeff Roseman
Jeff is Director of Infrastructure & Information Security for Wilton Brands LLC. Wilton Brands Inc. is the largest food and paper crafting company in the highly fragmented U.S. crafts industry. Mr. Roseman oversees the technology management and information security for 15 facilities in the US, Canada, UK, India, Australia and China.

He is a seasoned IT executive with over two decades of experience in both technology management and consulting roles. With experience in global business, marketing, sales, business process re-engineering, and as an IT director, CIO and consultant, he has worked both sides of the technology world. Mr. Roseman possesses an extensive background working with regional, national, and international businesses in a variety of industries including professional services, healthcare, manufacturing, legal, real estate, construction, and non-profit. He has a broad knowledge of IT strategy, networking, telecommunications, training & development, systems integration, mergers and acquisitions, facility relocation, and business continuity planning.

Mr. Roseman continues to be successful moving IT teams from a crises management mentality to predictive, proactive, disciplined organization. He has previously lectured on social media & networking, IT leadership, customer relationship management, endpoint security, and disaster recovery planning. Mr. Roseman has a bachelor’s degree and an MBA in Information Systems and Marketing from the University of Iowa and serves on the University of Iowa’s Tippie College of Business SoMAC board.

Don Schmidt
Don Schmidt currently serves as the Vice President of Information Technology for Briggs Healthcare in Waukegan, IL. Don is responsible for the oversight of IT including the functional and technical strategic alignment with the business, IT governance, resource management, security, disaster recovery, mergers and acquisitions, process improvements and all other operational aspects of IT.
Prior to joining Briggs Healthcare, Don lead IT teams in various leadership roles including applications development, Help Desk, ERP and WMS implementations in the distribution, manufacturing and supply chain industries.
Paul Stubitsch
I spent the first fifteen years of my career as a programmer working on IBM mid-range systems. I wanted to have more influence in how technology was used and moved into IT management in the mid-1990’s. I have had increasing levels of responsibility ever since. I’ve had a tremendously rewarding career with the majority of my time spent in manufacturing with stints in distribution, financial services and construction.

I have spent most of my career driving the adoption of ERP, EDI, Warehousing and Business Intelligence systems to help the companies I’ve worked for succeed. Some of my current strategic initiatives include: Deploying a Common Technology Platform strategy across business units, collapsing four IT shops into a global shared services group and developing e-commerce and portal strategies to drive additional revenue and growth.
