Chris Koeneman
As Vice President for ADTRAN’s Bluesocket Business Group, Chris is responsible for the success of ADTRAN’s virtual wireless LAN product line. Prior to ADTRAN’s acquisition, Chris served as the Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Marketing at Bluesocket where he was responsible for all market-facing functions including global sales, marketing, customer service, and business development. Prior to Bluesocket, Chris was the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Datacom Systems, a leading technology company focused on data capture infrastructure.
Chris has over twenty years of experience with leading technology and networking companies. Chris has held global leadership positions with innovative technology companies including Avici Systems and Colubris Networks. Chris began his career with AT&T before joining Cisco Systems where he served as Director of Sales in EMEA.
Known for his intriguing presentations on technology, Chris is a popular speaker on a wide range of networking topics including wireless networking, cloud applications, NFV, and SDN. Chris holds a Masters of Business degree from Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Indiana University.
 
Vladimir Milutin
As Director of Innovation and Strategy, Vladimir is leveraging his 7 years of experience in mobile strategy and advanced application productivity to advise and support strategic customers and partners on their next generation mobile transformation solutions.
Prior to Magnet, Vladimir held Strategy roles at Good Technology, an Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) company and at MobileIron, a global provider of Mobile Security Solution (MDM, MAM and Mobile DLP). Additionally, he has held numerous Business Development leadership positions at startups and industry giants including Seagate Technologies, Hitachi Data Systems, and ZANTAZ/Autonomy. Vladimir holds a BA in Communication From Santa Clara University.
 
Varun Parekh
Varun Parekh is the Director of Sales Technology & Operations for Bankers Life a SBU of CNO Financial (formerly Conseco), a Fortune 1000 insurance carrier selling life, health and retirement products designed specifically for middle-income seniors through a captive sales force of 5,500 agents nationwide. Varun oversees two teams at Bankers Life – Field Technology: providing Business Application Ownership of mobile, portal and SaaS solutions and Field Services: supporting over 40K tech support tickets annually on 15+ systems.

Mr. Parekh has 10+ years of experience in the Insurance/Financial Services industry with unique perspective from numerous roles on both the IT and business sides. In 2011, he led the CBA, definition and execution of an enterprise mobile strategy for the organization which has culminated in the release of 4 mobile apps; SaaS solutions; use of MEAP; measuring ROI; and providing end user support/training.
 
Clark Richter
Clark Richter, Director of Business and Channel Development at Lacoon Mobile Security, Clark’s IT industry experience spans over 20 years in business and channel development, enterprise sales, marketing, and management roles at Check Point Software, Citrix Systems, Hitachi and Websense. He is an “expert” contributor to UC Strategies website. As Founder of Fossa LLC he has worked with over 50 clients in the areas of cloud computing, mobility, networking, security, unified communications and virtualization and connects vendors to their ideal partners through access to its business intelligence database of over 20,000 North American IT Solution Providers called Channel Navigator.
 

Richard Rushing

Mr. Richard Rushing is the Senior Director of Information Security for Motorola; He has been implementing security solutions for the last twenty years at, Equifax, Siemens Industrial Automations, and GE Capital Information Technology Services, Secure IT, VeriSign, Network Solutions, Air Defense and Motorola.  Richard has participated in several corporate Security Council's setting standards and policies for entire organizations and has been founder of 2 Startup Security companies that were extremely successful and acquired. A much-in-demand speaker on information and wireless security, Richard has presented at many leading security conferences and seminars around the world.

 
Purnesh Rustagi
Visionary IT Leader with successful implementations in field mobility, enhanced user experience, web and multi-tier application architecture, with cross functional teams in an onshore/offshore model. Experienced technical and program/project management professional with 20+ years in IT.
In the current role as Senior Manager Business Systems at TTX Company, since June 2010, responsible for the management of architecture, development & support for all custom applications as well as technical resources. Leading Mobile strategy and mobility efforts for field mobility solutions on tablets, smartphones and rugged handhelds. Leading multiple advanced technology groups for innovation in the overall solutions resulting in increased efficiencies and/or new revenue streams. Gained excellent domain knowledge of Transportation Logistics in areas of fleet management, asset management, maintenance planning, car repair billing and invoicing and accounting.
In previous 17 years, led various IT efforts in Health Care IT vertical, specifically in areas of Enrollment, Group Administration, Claims Administration, Provider Networks, Workers Compensation, HIPAA, EDI, Clinical Management, Underwriting and Claims.
 
Abby Hassel Strong
Abby is Senior Product Marketing Manager at Aerohive Networks, where she defines market strategy and vision for the cloud and application products. Previously, she lead product strategy and development for the routing, authentication, and education-focused products and platforms. Abby has spent over a decade building and supporting network security and routing products at companies such as Concentric, XO Communications, and Juniper Networks before joining Aerohive in 2008.
 
Traci Taylor
Traci brings over 20 years’ experience in all aspects of End User Computing from Desktop Virtualization through Systems Management and IT Operations. Traci led the architecture and implementation for desktop virtualization at leading auto manufacturer. In recent years Traci leveraged her VDI assessment and profiling knowledge to develop a framework and methodology define EUC Personas. Using this framework and methodology Traci led Persona engagements for several global organizations across multiple industries. Traci has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Franklin University in Columbus, Ohio.
 
Paul Tocatlian
As Chief Technologist, Paul is leveraging his twenty years of experience in product development and service delivery to advise and support strategic customers and partners on their mobile initiatives, while championing technical collaboration to shape and drive product direction, development, and future growth. Previously, Paul was Vice President of Engineering at Magnet, where he led the development of three products: Mobile App Builder, Mobile App Server, and Mobile App Manager.
Prior to Magnet, Paul held Vice President of Engineering roles at Payfone, a mobile commerce processing service and at Minerva Networks, a global provider of IPTV solutions. Additionally, he has held numerous technical and services leadership positions at startups and industry giants including AT&T, BEA, and Novell. Paul holds an MSE in Computer and Information Science from the University of Pennsylvania and a B.S. in Computer Science from the American University of Paris.
