Randy Wimmer

Accomplished, results driven leader with over 25 years of IT and business experience. Developer of strategies as well as tactical solutions enabling IT Portfolio Management and PMO capabilities within various companies such as Allstate Insurance, MillerCoors and currently Walgreens. Successfully and consistently demonstrates an ability to deliver seamless, cost effective solutions leveraging critical thinking and established frameworks (e.g. PMBOK, CMM, ITIL, etc.). Enjoys working in a team setting that utilizes common goal/objectives definition, collaboration, joint problem solving, and knowledge sharing. Develops fellow professionals (internally/externally) by providing coaching, mentoring, and serving as a volunteer conference chairman for CAMP IT Conferences. He is an avid craft beer fan and is planning to take the Certified Cicerone exam.

Deedy Alvarez-Sample
Deedy is a veteran IT professional with a progressive career that crosses private and public sectors. Her private sector experience spans industries inclusive of banking, insurance, and health and beauty retail. She’s developed three infant PMOs and has managed multi-million dollar IT project portfolios, governing and reporting on hundreds of projects and overseeing 25-50 Project Managers through all phases of the project lifecycle. Deedy is currently the IT PMO Manager for the City of Pasadena where she’s also a member of the department’s senior management team and partners with peers and the CIO to define and evolve the department’s strategic direction. Deedy is PMP certified and has a Master’s of Science in Project Management.
Maureen Carlson
Maureen Carlson has more than 20 years of technology marketing and research experience working with organizations to identify emerging markets and trends, understand market needs, and introduce new products to market. She is the author of seven benchmark studies on the topics of resource management, capacity planning, product portfolio management, innovation and collaboration. As the chief researcher of the 2014 Resource Management and Capacity Planning benchmark study, Maureen provided qualitative and quantitative research as well as analysis, articles and blogs on the subject. twitter @mocarlson
Ben Chamberlain
Ben Chamberlain is UMT360’s Chief Product and Marketing Officer and is responsible for the strategic direction and worldwide go-to-market activities for UMT360’s Enterprise Portfolio Management solutions. He has more than a decade of experience of building innovative Portfolio Management solutions that have helped global 2000 companies align investment decisions with strategic priorities and transform the way they manage their product, project, application and IT service portfolios.  
Sergey Chernov, PMP
In his current role -- Director, Enterprise Architecture at NiSource, Sergey is part of company technology team tasked to take NiSource to a new level of Business and IT operations. His responsibilities include technology strategy and planning as well as oversight of tech projects. Previously, he held a position of Assistant Director of IT Strategic Planning at Northeastern Illinois University in Chicago where he was leading strategic planning, architecture and project management for a central IT group. Prior to joining NEIU, he was with Emerson Electric where he was responsible for project management and implementation of B2B e-commerce systems. Sergey is a certified project manager (PMP) and has earned a Masters of Science in Information Systems Management degree from Loyola University Chicago and Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Indiana University.
Nitin Deshpande
Nitin Deshpande is the Director for Program Management Office at Harbor Health Systems headquartered in Newport Beach, CA. Nitin has over 18 years of experience implementing cutting edge information solutions to address business opportunities in Healthcare, Real Estate, Media/Entertainment, Banking, and Financial services industries. Nitin has held many leadership positions managing large teams in US and at Global Delivery centers around the world. He is adept at Portfolio Management, Capacity Planning, Resource Management, Problem Solving, Crisis Management and promoting Joint Application Development. Nitin has a BS degree in Electronics and a MS degree in Computer Science. Nitin is a PMP certified project professional who volunteers in the Southern California PMI Chapter to mentor newly certified Project Managers.
Baruch Gabo
Baruch Gabo has been with the company since his graduation from Columbia University, with a double major in computer science and mathematics. He is a Microsoft Certified Professional and has taught Microsoft .Net Framework certification classes at DCIC Business Institute, while completing his undergraduate studies. While at Columbia University, Baruch worked on connected battlefield command systems, augmented reality, 3d user interfaces, and encryption algorithm employing knot theory. He led the development of PDWare iTeam, PDWare Integration Engine, and interfaces connecting PDWare products to other PPM, HR and financial systems. An avid gamer, he’ll always welcome a Settlers of Catan game, or playing his level 80 night-elf warrior in World of Warcraft.
Dave Gordon
Dave Gordon is a portfolio, program, and project manager with over twenty years of experience in implementing and managing portfolios of human capital management and payroll systems, including premises-based ERP solutions, like PeopleSoft and ADP Enterprise, and SaaS solutions, like Workday. While Director of HR and Payroll Solutions at MGM Resorts International, he led a massive consolidation and modernization of their human capital management and payroll systems, through a combination of capital investment and organizational change management projects.
Dave has an MS in IT with a concentration in project management, and a BS in Business. He also holds the project management professional (PMP) designation, as well as professional designations in human resources (GPHR and SPHR) and in benefits administration (CEBS).
Dana Goulston
Dana J Goulston, PMP, Independent Consultant and PMO guru is a co-author of the PMBOK Guide, 3rd edition where he wrote the first internationally recognized definition of a PMO and most of the PMO content therein. Mr. Goulston is also a current member of PMI’s consensus committee, and has just released his latest book, “Project Management in Small Business” with Karl W. Paluchuk.
Rebecca Knight
Rebecca is the EPMO Manager responsible for Technology Delivery Transformation at a young Commercial Software Company. The key to evolving this EPMO is cultivating and balancing demands for both Agile and Traditional Project Management methods. Growing a team of skilled Scrum Masters and Program Managers is largely based on sourcing talent whom possess a strong professional foundation and professional project management education.

Rebecca is committed to giving back to the profession of Project Management. She has been a PMP Bootcamp Instructor and is currently a Visiting Professor with DeVry University, Keller Graduate School of Management, teaching Program and Project Management courses. Since joining the PMI Phoenix chapter in 2009, she has held volunteer roles and is currently serving a 2 term on the Board of Directors as the VP, External Relations. These roles have provided Rebecca the opportunity to speak at many Universities and Corporate venues promoting the Project Management profession.

Rebecca holds a Masters Degree in Management from University of Phoenix, several industry certifications, including earning the PMP® Credential in 2010. She aspires to complete a PhD in Performance Psychology from Grand Canyon University.
Sarah Merrifield
Sarah is currently the IT Manager for Product and Program Management at Wheels Financial Group, LLC. She has over 12 years of experience implementing and managing multi-million dollar financial programs and applications. She started her career in the Originations Department at Westlake Financial Services as a Manager and transitioned into Project Management. When promoted to Director of Project Management at Westlake, Sarah was able to develop the PMO to a top performing department. At Wheels Financial Group, Sarah’s team helps build solutions that enable the company to grow business and operate with improved cost effectiveness.  
Patricia Saint
Pat is a global IT Portfolio Manager at Roche Diagnostics in Indianapolis who is leads strategic portfolio governance, process improvement initiatives, Account and Project Manager onboarding, and oversees the CIO’s - “key projects” monthly status reporting. Also a retired colonel in the United States Marine Corps reserve, Pat has over twenty-five years expertise in IT management, implementation, and consulting primarily in defense, aviation, and healthcare industries within corporate, government, and military sectors.   Pat is a graduate of Indiana University, Kelley School of Business.  
Mischelle Saunders-Gottsch
Mischelle Saunders-Gottsch is a seasoned and passionate IT PMO, Program and Project Change Management leader. Throughout her career she has held PMO and Program and Project Management leadership positions in Fortune 500 and large non-profit companies. She has a track record of success in delivering high value IT and business programs and services, projects and business process improvement change initiatives in a highly successful manner reducing company costs and improving organizational efficiencies and overall customer satisfaction. She believes when the people side of change is managed well in change programs and projects they are six times more likely to succeed.

Mischelle believes in continuos learning. She is a member of the PMI Mile High Chapter in Denver, CO and aspires to be PMP certified by the end of July. She holds a "Prosci" Change Management certification, Project Management certification from the International Institute of Learning and an Advanced Project Management certificate from Stanford University. She is also a Senior at Colorado Christian University and will complete her B.S. degree in Organizational Management in Project Management in 2016.  
Claude Scher
Claude is a graduate of Compiegne Technology University in France with an engineering degree in Computer Science and holds a master in Business Administration from Marquette University in Milwaukee. Since 2012, Claude has been a repeat presenter at the CAMP IT Portfolio Management Conferences
Throughout his career, he has had the chance to be involved and managed at different level of leadership a variety of projects and programs in the Information Technology and Supply Chain field. At GE Healthcare, Claude managed several global IT implementation projects for Supply Chain and Manufacturing spanning across Europe, Asia and North America. At Kohler and Johnson Controls, he was responsible for large ERP implementations with an opportunity to perform complex contract management including portfolio management work.
More recently, Claude spent 4 years at MillerCoors as an Enterprise Portfolio Manager, overseeing the implementation of a new PPM solution as well as the deployment of several Portfolio planning and sequencing processes as well as release / dependencies management.
Claude is currently the PMO manager for Charter Manufacturing, a very large family-owned steel and iron production and manufacturing company in Mequon, WI where he enjoys working on maturing PMO organizations.
Claude is also the current President of the PMI Milwaukee / Southeast WI Chapter.  
Barbara Schwartz
Barbara Schwartz has held leadership positions in Technology at Scholastic, Dun & Bradstreet, Citibank and Wolters Kluwer, and in a consulting capacity at Time Warner and several nonprofit organizations. Barbara has built and led global teams and achieved success managing large programs and portfolios. She is a certified practitioner in Scaled Agile Framework.  
Wade Stoddard
Since 2001 Wade Stoddard has been working in IT. Positions ranged from Help Desk, System Administrator and project manager. During a consulting job as an IT project manager Wade was asked to join on as the full-time project manager for CVR Energy Inc. and has worked there for the past 4 years helping to transform the IT department using processes that create positive change and not overhead.
Terry Yates
Terry Yates launched his career in a small start up specialty chemical company and eventually migrated to IT on an inaugural project to implement SAP at a major life science company in 1997. As a result of a corporate reorganization, a position as an IT Relationship Manager became available and through that position was able to champion the project portfolio for a diagnostics company. That role evolved to be a part of building a corporate PMO and to help drive corporate strategic project decisions. In his current position at Impax Laboratories, he has the unique opportunity to build an IT governance model in support of an enterprise PMO which now drives strategic project portfolio management aligned with defined corporate strategic initiatives.
