Ali Mir
Mir is a Director of IT Product Development & Head of DevOps for Fitch Group, a global leader in financial information services with operations in more than 30 countries. In his current role, Mir has built a responsive IT team that consistently delivers results by aligning technology initiatives with business goals with substantial improvements to service delivery, standardization, and business/system performance. His work has been instrumental in establishing DevOps culture across business units and shared services capabilities critical to the success of production systems and performance.
Mir has over 18 plus years of experience in leading cross-functional & strategic program delivery, promoting disruptive technology, developing business transformation roadmaps and leveraging technology to bring the transformation vision to life converting challenges into opportunities to empower end users. Prior to Fitch, Mir was at HERE as Sr. Manager Engineering & Chief of Staff where he was responsible for developing products & services for HERE Real-Time Traffic platform. Before that, he was at United Airlines as Sr. Manager IT Application Development where he led several development teams in MileagePlus and Common Services business areas.
Mir holds a Bachelors of Science in Management Information System from Northern Illinois University Dekalb, Illinois. He lives in Chicago with his wife and four children, loves playing Cricket, traveling, speaks at conferences regularly, and he along with his wife runs a private non-profit 501c(3) elementary school in Wheaton, IL.  
 
Paul Bivian
Paul Bivian is the Chief Information Security Officer and the HIPAA Security Officer for the City of Chicago. With nineteen years of IT experience, Paul has worked in the financial, managed security, insurance and now public sector. Over 60% of his career has been focused around security and is CISSP and CISM certified.
Paul has a strong track record of delivering IT and Information Security solutions around people, process and technology to provide business value while mitigating risk. Among other career achievements, he has optimized team resources and improved productivity through automation, sourcing, process improvements, definition of services and self service capabilities, led sourcing engagement for an Information Security department, and delivered a strategy for the Information Security department to leverage a managed security service model for their operational capabilities to expand and enhance their services.
At the City of Chicago, he is responsible for evaluating and responding to cyber risks to the City of Chicago assets. He leads the Information Security Office (ISO) in delivering and enforcing key objectives around strategy, framework, policy and procedures that align to the City’s needs as well as legislative, regulatory and industry best practices. 
 
Eryn Brodsky
Eryn Brodsky has been designing and supporting data center solutions for clients for the better part of a decade. Believing that the best solutions are built on a collaborative foundation, she approaches data storage as a solution to a customer’s business challenges, and not just a place to keep information.
 
Amy Buss
Amy is currently overseeing U.S Cellular’ s Enterprise Security Department which is charged with ensuring end to end security of all Enterprise Class technologies. Amy has been an IT professional for over 17 years, with the last 4 years focused on driving Security. Amy is responsible for driving company Security Policies and Standards, Security Risk Management, Security Assessment program, Incident Response, Red Team Program, Security Operations, as well as protecting the Identities of the Associates, Contractors, 3PV, Agents and Customers.

Lee serves as Chief Executive Officer of FlexManage. Prior to his role as CEO, Lee spent 11 years as Executive Vice President for the company’s South-Central region. Lee's expertise in the areas of security, professional project management, computer technology, product knowledge, Disaster Recovery and Business Continuance consulting has earned him the reputation as a leader in the Information Technology industry.
 
Juan Lara
Juan Lara is the Director of Security Strategy for Imperva, Inc.. During his 8 years at Imperva, he has deployed hundreds of data security solutions to meet the requirements of customers and regulators from every industry. Juan consistently works with the world’s leading organization on emerging threat trends and best practices for data security frameworks. Juan is a frequent speaker for ISSA, OWASP, ISACA, Gartner, IANS and other professional security and audit organizations in the Americas and abroad. Juan has worked in security for over 15 years and holds a B.A. in management for the Interamerican University and is currently working on his MBA at the Isenberg School of Business of the University of Massachusetts. Juan got his started his training in IT security in the U.S. Military in 1993.

Wayne Reynolds
Wayne oversees the execution of Security Incident Management, Security Infrastructure, Vulnerability Threat Management, Threat Intelligence, Corporate Security, and Physical Security within both Armor’s corporate and customer environments. He leads Armor's Friendly Network Forces, a one-of-a-kind internal penetration testing organization designed to validate the company’s own security measures and evaluate risk from new or unforeseen threats.

Prior to Armor, Wayne served in the U.S. Marine Corps for nearly 20 years where he led the Tactical Information Technology and Avionics Departments.
 
Dr. Glenn Stout
Dr. Glenn A. Stout assists clients in the areas of Risk Assessment, Incident Response Plan Creation & Training, Security Awareness Training, and Information Security Policy creation and provides Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) Advisory Services. In addition to his information security experience, Glenn also has a background in software development lifecycles and quality assurance processes. Glenn is equipped with more than 11 years in security, 13 years in quality, and more than 25 years in IT services delivering customer-centric solutions, improving productivity, and redefining processes. Glenn has a Ph.D. in Information Systems with a focus on information security. The approach described in his security–based dissertation was adopted by a 3-billion-dollar company in 2006.
 
Nick Thomson
Nick is Chief Revenue Officer at Workshare holding responsibility for sales & marketing strategy and driving the development of the firms latest innovations, as the Security lead, in Risk Analytics & Data Loss Prevention. A serial entrepreneur, who prior to joining Workshare developed a leading cloud-based Human Capital Management platform acquired by Ceridian in 2007. Subsequently, he went on to work with the UK Government advising high-growth tech businesses, as part of their Growth Accelerator program.
