Michael Buratowski
As Vice President of Cybersecurity Services, Mike Buratowski is responsible for managing the Network Defense and Forensics business area at Fidelis Cybersecurity, including the Digital Forensics Lab. Prior to joining Fidelis, he was the Business Area Director for the Cyber Operations Solutions business and program manager for the US-CERT contract in the Cyber Division of General Dynamics Advanced Information Systems. Mr. Buratowski served in various operational roles at General Dynamics, including nearly ten years on the Defense Computer Forensics Laboratory contract as an examiner in the Major Crimes & Safety section, a network intrusion examiner in the Intrusions & Information Assurance section, and the section chief of the Imaging & Extraction section. Before his tenure with General Dynamics, Mr. Buratowski was a Police Officer with the Montgomery County, Maryland Police Department where he served as a detective in the Computer Crimes Unit. He holds a Master of Science in Forensic Studies of Information Systems from Stevenson University as well as a Bachelors of Arts in Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland.
 
Barry Caplin
Barry is the first Chief Information Security Officer for Fairview Health Systems. He joined Fairview in 2013 and is responsible for enterprise information security and the security technologies, including the development and implementation of organization-wide security policy, security architecture, and consistent standards and procedures. This is a balancing act, supporting business objectives with the many difficult security challenges and compliance efforts relating to federal and state statutory and regulatory requirements, such as HIPAA and PCI.

Barry has 30 years of experience in information technology, the last 20 of which has been focused on information security. He has worked in information technology and security positions at the State of MN, US Bank, US West/Qwest, Boeing Computer Services and United Technologies. He holds an MS in applied mathematics from Virginia Polytechnic Institute (Virginia Tech) and a BS in mathematics and computer science from the State University of New York at Binghamton. He is a certified information systems security professional (CISSP), an information systems security management professional (ISSMP), a certified information systems auditor (CISA), a certified information security manager (CISM) and is active in the Minnesota chapters of InfraGard, the Information Systems Security Association (ISSA), and the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA).

He frequently speaks on a variety of security, safety and privacy topics, particularly staying safe with the internet, social media and mobile devices.

He has recently retired from 14 years of coaching youth sports, primarily soccer, in Apple Valley and served as director of coaching of both the travel and community soccer programs. He continues his service on the board of directors for the Valley Athletic Association, which oversees the local travel and community sports.
 
Yasser Fuentes
I am an IT professional with 12 years of experience in Cybersecurity. Also have a vast experience in Electronics, Telecom and ISP industry. Within last 3 years I have been working in Kaspersky Lab as Head of Support and Services for LatAm Region and lately became part of the US Sales Engineering Team. Last but not the least I've been into IT Support Management for over 15 years.
 
Darel O. Gustafson
Mr. Gustafson is a veteran Information Technology leader with experience in government, manufacturing, financial and health care industry. He is active in local community boards including past positions in community education, and government advisory boards.
 
Michael Johnson
Mike Johnson has been working in Information Technology for [9] years in varying roles with expertise in [networks, information systems, and mobile technologies] for companies such as [Verizon, JAMF Software, and Shavlik Technologies]. In his current role as Regional Director of Sales for Infoblox, Mike is focused on [helping organizations to control and protect their networks from the core—enabling them to increase efficiency and visibility, improve customer service, and meet compliance requirements].
 
Patrick Joyce
Patrick Joyce is Vice President of Information Technology and Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Medtronic. He has been with the company since 2005 serving in a variety of senior IT leadership roles. Patrick is responsible for the company’s global strategies, operations and initiatives related to all security functions, including IT/cybersecurity, physical/facility and travel security, identity & access management (IAM) and the product/device security program.
Prior to joining Medtronic, Patrick held leadership roles in both public and private sector organizations across multiple industries, including healthcare, insurance, hospitality, and IT consulting. Earlier in his career, Patrick served as an Intelligence Officer with the U.S. Air Force with assignments both domestically and internationally.
He is a member of several professional boards, including the National Healthcare Information Sharing & Analysis Center (NH-ISAC) and the Minnesota High Tech Association (MHTA). He actively serves on several not-for-profit boards and community service organizations.
 
Michael L. Kearn
Within his role, Mr. Kearn is responsible for assessing and analyzing technology solutions on behalf of the Community and Consumer Banking divisions of US Bank. As an Information Security Officer (ISO), he regularly consults with technology and operational risk management executives as an information security subject matter expert. Within his architect role, Mr. Kearn is responsible for ensuring technology solutions align with information security policy and industry best practices for securing systems. Mr. Kearn brings more than eighteen years of varied experience in Information
Technology to his current role.Prior to joining US Bank early in 2012, Mr. Kearn held several positions with Wells Fargo & Company, including roles as an IT Auditor, Application Developer, Application Architect and VP of Information Security (ISO). Prior to joining Wells Fargo in 2002, Mr. Kearn held various roles with US Bancorp Institutional Trust Operations. Mr. Kearn graduated from Hamline University in St. Paul, MN with a bachelor’s degree in International Economics. He is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and holds the Information Assessment Methodology (IAM) certification issued by the United States Department of Defense National Security Agency (NSA).

Juan Lara is the Director of Security Strategy for Imperva, Inc.. During his 8 years at Imperva, he has deployed hundreds of data security solutions to meet the requirements of customers and regulators from every industry. Juan consistently works with the world’s leading organization on emerging threat trends and best practices for data security frameworks. Juan is a frequent speaker for ISSA, OWASP, ISACA, Gartner, IANS and other professional security and audit organizations in the Americas and abroad. Juan has worked in security for over 15 years and holds a B.A. in management for the Interamerican University and is currently working on his MBA at the Isenberg School of Business of the University of Massachusetts. Juan got his started his training in IT security in the U.S. Military in 1993.
