Conference Registration and Information

Please note: Conference registrants MUST BE enterprise IT executives, IT management or IT staff employed by companies with at least 25 employees. Conference registrants CANNOT BE sales/marketing/business development professionals nor executives of companies that provide IT products or consulting services to enterprises.

Registration Details

The conference fee is $269 (for one day conferences) and $689 (for two day conferences) per person includes a luncheon, continental breakfast, course notes and a certificate of completion.

Terms and Conditions

All fees must be paid in full prior to the start of the conference.  A full refund will be given for cancellations received in writing earlier than ten (10) business days before the event. Registrants who cancel after ten (10) business days before the event, and before five (5) business days before the event will be subject to a $95 administrative fee. No refunds will be made on, or five (5) business days before the date of the event. "No shows" or attendees who aren't paid before the event and hadn't cancelled ten (10) business days prior to the event will be liable for the full fee. 

In the event of the cancellation of the event for any reason, the liability of CAMP Conferences, Inc. is limited to the return of the paid registration fee. Participants requiring special accommodations under the Americans with Disabilities Act should contact CAMP Conferences, Inc. at least ten business days prior to the event to make the necessary arrangements.

Getting There

CAMP IT Conferences events are easy to get to. 
Many attendees fly in from out-of-town because of the location's easy access to O'Hare.
The events are all held at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, Illinois. 
The center is located 2 miles east of the main terminal at O'Hare Airport. 
The CTA Blue Line "L" train, that runs from downtown Chicago to O'Hare Airport, stops in Rosemont about three blocks north of the Convention Center. The center is one mile from Interstates 294, I-90 and the Kennedy Expressway.
