| CAMP IT's
Targeted Conference Format |
|
|
Since 1984, CAMP
IT has
successfully helped IT vendors find new business!
* Face
time with targeted end-user IT prospects in one room on one
day
* 100% of
attendees are from IT departments
* Attendees join us from
ten states, on average, at each
targeted conference |
 |
Level Playing Field Format:
Exhibits are on table-tops in the back of the same
conference room as the conference sessions. All
table-tops are of equal size. |
 |
|
The very effective table-top display,
shown below, has the company name and logo, the company tag
line, and bullet points describing the business solutions
that the sponsor provides. The custom table cloth adds
a nice touch. |
|
 |
|
|
The attendees come to interact and learn with other enterprise IT
professionals and the vendor community.
Below are
the moderator, David Braner, CIO, CIMCO
Communications and panelists:
Dan Haumann, Former VP, Service
Delivery, CNA Corporation;
Jim
Darnell, Enterprise Network Manager, City of Chicago and
David Sue, Director IT Security & Business Continuity, Dade
Behring, Inc. |
 |
Before the first exhibit break at
10:00 a.m. each sponsor is introduced and given the
microphone to describe their company's business solution.

The presentations by each sponsor not
only plant the company name and solution in each enterprise
IT buyer's head, but also begins the process of creating a
bond between the attendees and the sponsor reps. By the
middle of the day there is a community feeling in the room.

During multiple exhibit breaks,
throughout the day, enterprise IT buyers meet with the sponsors at the back of the
conference room.
Enterprise IT attendees and sponsors have
repeated opportunities to talk and evolve the conversation
- a 'winning' event format. |
 |
Enterprise IT attendees and sponsors have
additional time to
network together at a catered luncheon. |
 |
Most sponsors have a
bowl for a door prize drawing at their
table to
create goodwill with the attendees.

Sponsors line up to give
out door prizes at the
5:00 pm
conclusion of the event which is another
opportunity to
create awareness of sponsor
solutions.

Sponsors and enterprise IT
buyers win at CAMP!
