Sponsor Participation

You can use either of the two options below to register. 

• e-Commerce:  If you are paying with a credit card please use the CAMP Sponsorship webstore.  You may also use a purchase order number with this option.  Click here for the web-store.   A confirmation/receipt/invoice will be displayed on the screen and sent via e-mail.
   
• Hard copy: Print a registration form.  Fax it to CAMP (847-881-0747) with your credit card number, or mail it to CAMP with a check.

  A confirmation/receipt/invoice will be sent to you via e-mail.

Speaking opportunities are available on a first-come first-served basis provided the talk fits within the theme of the conference and covers the subject matter outline for the attendees.  Talks cannot cover a speaker's products or services.  For an example of the format of the program please click here.
