You can use either of the two options below to register.

• e-Commerce: If you are paying with a credit card please use the CAMP Sponsorship web-store. You may also use a purchase order number with this option.

• Hard copy: Print a registration form. Fax it to CAMP (847) 881-0747 with your credit card number, or mail it to CAMP with a check.

Speaking opportunities are available on a first-come first-served basis provided the talk fits within the theme of the conference and covers the subject matter outline for the attendees.
