Successfully and consistently demonstrates an ability to deliver seamless, cost effective solutions leveraging critical thinking and established frameworks (e.g. PMBOK, CMM, ITIL, etc.). Enjoys working in a team setting that utilizes common goal/objectives definition, collaboration, joint problem solving, and knowledge sharing. Develops fellow professionals (internally/externally) by providing coaching, mentoring, and serving as a volunteer conference chairman for CAMP IT Conferences. He is an avid craft beer fan and is planning to take the Certified Cicerone exam.
Louise Allen, Senior VP, Product Management & Solutions Marketing, Planview
Louise Allen is senior vice president, product management and solutions marketing, responsible for product strategy, positioning, and roadmaps for Planview’s work and resource management solutions. She has more than 20 years of experience in all facets of bringing technology products to market.
Louise joined Planview in 2008 from QuickArrow, where she served as vice president of product strategy and drove the company from self-funded startup to consistently profitable. She also has held leadership positions with Tivoli Systems, an IBM company, and NetQoS. Louise has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Trinity University and an MBA from The University of Texas at Austin.
Jeff Manhardt, Chief Project Officer, Kaleida Health
Jeff Manhardt is a strategic technology leader with over 18 years of a proven track record achieving project & program management objectives while utilizing situational leadership to manage global teams. He has managed dozens of projects & programs for a Buffalo-based top 20 Bank and is a bank acquisition specialist. Jeff’s experience, skill-set and thought leadership propelled him into managing the Technology Program Management Office in July 2014 responsible for program managers, project/program support personnel & business requirement analysts and a portfolio of over 100 projects & programs.
Over the last 10 years, Jeff’s results oriented, process driven leadership approach has culminated with projects & programs completing within 10% of time and cost earning him an award for Best Technology Project Manager in 2014.
Jeff has also served as Adjunct professor at Canisius College Center for Professional Development and spoken at conferences such as Finance Transformation Summit, Recession Proof PDUs and at multiple PMI chapters in the Northeast and internationally.
Jeff received his PMP® certification in May 2005 and has served on the PMI Buffalo chapter Board since 2007 in the positions of VP of Programs, VP of Professional Development and currently as VP of Technology & Business Services.
Jeff has also served on the boards of the Buffalo Chapter of the IIBA, BA/PMWorld Toronto Board of Advisors & the Graycliff Conservancy.
He holds a BS degree in Business Management from D’Youville College and is the principal owner of the Dramjam Consulting organization. Jeff’s professionalism, extensive banking experience and strong community leadership serves the Bank & community with distinction.
Amit Mehta, Senior Consultant, Sia Partners
Amit Mehta, MBA, PMP is a Senior Consultant at Sia Partners, a global management consulting firm focused on delivering superior value and tangible results to its clients as they navigate the digital revolution. With a specialty in the Healthcare and Technology sector, Mr. Mehta brings forth 15+ years of progressive program and portfolio management expertise to clients. He has a reputation for collaboration and delivering results of large, complex initiatives. Underpinning his core values are integrity, collaboration, excellence, altruism, and family. He thrives in environments where he can impart positive change, wade through the noise, and ensure alignment to organizational strategy and goals. Mr. Mehta has a passion for mentoring others and giving back to the community. Outside of work, he volunteers as the lead project manager for TEDxSeattle coordinating across the organization to bring forth thought-provoking events to the Greater Seattle area.
Todd Myers, Director, Global IT PMO, Stericycle
Todd is the Director of the Global IT PMO, with project managers located in the United States and UK. The Global IT PMO manages IT projects, both strategic and tactical, across multiple business units and technologies while also providing project management support for non-IT projects as well.
Todd has been with Stericycle, Inc. for nearly three years, building the Global ITO PMO from the ground up, including PM Processes, artifacts and tools. Todd has an extensive background in both IT and business operations, having spent the majority of his career in health care and the last 15+ years building and developing PMOs.
Claude Scher, Director Applications Development and Maintenance, Charter Manufacturing
Claude has been a repeat presenter at the CAMP IT PPM conference. He is currently the PMO manager for Charter Manufacturing, a family-owned lead producer of steel and iron headquartered in Mequon, WI. Claude has over 20 years of experience leading large IT programs and managing diverse portfolio of projects for various size businesses and industries. Over the last 10 years, he has been a very active volunteer with the PMI organization acting as president and board member of the PMI Milwaukee Chapter as well as an active member of the US delegation for TC258, a global ISO initiative focused on standardization in the field of project, program and portfolio management.
Tim Washington, President, Acuity PPM
Tim Washington is the founder of Acuity PPM, which provides lightweight software and services to new PMO’s. He has over 13 years of project portfolio management experience in advising and supporting organizations to prioritize and optimize their portfolios, and has set up Project Management Offices (PMO’s), governance teams and governance frameworks at several Fortune 500 companies. He is one of the original Portfolio Management professionals (PfMP) certified by Project Management Institute.
