  • Was accountable for day-day operations oversight, design and strategic initiatives for the Claims technology organization that not only supports Claims business but also across business organizations as new products are launched in Product and Sales/Marketing.
  • I serve as a teacher / mentor for multiple employees within and outside the company as they look to grow professionally – mentor as part of the Organization of Chinese Americans, the Menttium Corporation, speaking on leadership at CampIT as well as teaching emerging professionals.

He has been at the forefront of some of the most critical capabilities such as Transformation, Cloud, Social, Digital, DevOps, AI and more recently Blockchain.
